OMG. There is crystal. There is bohemian crystal. And then there is Moser. Nothing comes close to the quality of these fully hand-made, lead-free bohemian crystal products. A bit on the pricy side, but we’ll worth it. The staff are well trained and equipped to help you. Some items take months to produce. But it’s well worth the wait.

Beautiful shop with the most lovely crystal displayed elegantly around the top floor.

You might miss the entrance but don't. The shop above has greater quality than many a museum of you are interested in beautiful glass and have the wherewithal to invest in it.

This place had some beautiful examples of exquisite Czech Crystal. Some of the pieces are completely handmade and are a sight to behold. This was a bit out of my price range but I still enjoyed window shopping in the different galleries that were available. The staff is very attentive and helpful, knowledgeable about the wares. If younger in the market for some exemplary crafted Crystal this is the place, setting for individual pieces range from 2000 to 100000 Koruna's and more

Prague is the home for Bohemian glass antiques. Moser, is an exceptional place for luxurious Bohemian glass. We were interested in getting some crystal animals and it was a great choice; abstract, minimal and luxurious design that made a nice gift.

An absolute must stop for anyone who wants to even look at crystal in Prague. While it's definitely on the expensive side, the staff is very helpful. Its always a worry in a place like this that the staff will be rude to you if you aren't buying top shelf items, but that was not the case at all. I will be recommending Moser to all my friends and family in the future!

The guided tour was a disappointment. Our guide did not tell us anything worthwhile during the tour, we just walked around the workshop on our own. If you want to see the craftsman in action, it could be for you, but for me personally it was not worth the ticket price.

Prices have doubled in USD in the last 10 years. Still, the best quality commercial crystal. Attentive help.

We have purchased nice glasses and paid the delivery to Switzerland. We asked explicitly for tax and duty paid, which cost us an additional amount. On the delivery, we received the invoice for the customs fees, another 15%. On request for clarification, we were told to read the small print... Thank you Moser, never again
