Beautiful route and great customer service. Firstly, we overslept our alarm and they allowed us to join in on the later group. Then, when we had difficulties on the trip (along with others), they sent out help to troubleshoot and/or pick up as needed. That however segways into why I only gave 4/5 stars. This trip is not for the mobility-challeneged (even if you have done eBikes in the past) or only ride a bike, let alone an eBike, infrequently. I say this because the tour starts off on a SIGNIFICANT hill - uphill for the whole first half hour or so. Also, this tour may take place in several parks but there is a hefty portion that occurs on the roadways (cyclists are not allowed on the sidewalks), with Czech drivers, and cobblestones approx 90% of the time you're on the road. It was a good bit intimidating in conjunction with (re)orienting to a bike/eBike to start off in that environment. Otherwise, the operators were great, Berry was a total sweetheart. They had coats for the ill-prepared, and kept good communication between the tour guide and main office. Would recommend....those those very comfortable on bikes, busy streets, and eBikes ;-)

Great people for a great service. Highly recommended. We chose the 2.00p tour and the e.bike were perfect for the purpose. In 4 hours we visited places and viewpoints hard to find by oneself. Our guide Roman was professional, nice and friendly as ours tour went as smooth as possible.

What a fabulous experience. Even though I was born in Prague and know quite a lot about Prague, this tour has spread my knowledge with many facts and stories behind the scenes. We had a four-hour bike ride with a group of 5 people. Our guide Honza(Jan) is a friendly guy who lives in Prague since he was born and he is passionate about Prague and willing to share his knowledge. All equipment is provided and it is in great condition. We had a stop for drink and food at the biggest beer garden in Prague/Letna with a fabulous view.

Last minute booking but well worth it - saw Prague from a completely different perspective plus it was a lot of fun. Our guide was great, very knowledgable and friendly, we picked up plenty of interesting local information and anecdotes. The bikes were in excellent condition and we quickly got used to the motor - it's really the only way to scale the hills around Prague. I would recommend this to anyone - a great adventure!

Biking Mala Strana and Prague was delightful. Gary was an excellent guide and a wealth of knowledge.

This was a great way to see Prague! It got us away from the massive crowds and gave us panoramic views that were incredible. Our guide, Gary, was awesome! He gave us some facts and anecdotal stories that were interesting and from a personal perspective of someone who has lived in Prague 30+ years. The bikes took a little time to get used to, but after a few minutes of riding it’s easy to adjust. It’s a little stressful to navigate through people on the paths and the cobblestone streets, but, again, Gary was a great guide and always cleared the way. We stopped for pictures often and before we started again he would prepare us ahead of time for what was coming up in the next section of the ride. That really helped us to be aware and navigate any hills or turns easily. I hadn’t ridden a bike for 15 years and had very little trouble using my bike. My husband and I are in our 50’s and this was very manageable for us. We would definitely recommend this tour!

I would recommend! Great way to see the city through a local’s eyes. We went when it was raining and it was still fun. Get Patrick he’s a great guide and very passionate as well as knowledgeable about the history of the city.

We’ve had a lovely and very inspiring 4 hours with our guide Gary on Christmas day in the snow. Gary is a storyteller and his knowledge about Prague and the Tjech Republic is impressive. He knows the fine spots in town and shares his tips to make your stay even more pleasant. Gary is like a friend showing you his city and we felt welcome.

We took one of their eBike tours on our second day in Prague, at the beginning of a 20-day trip, and it was one of the most fun things we did. Our guide was a student in between sessions who took us on a varied and just a little challenging 11 mile trip. The bikes worked well, she was knowledgeable and very pleasant to be with and we had a great time. A week later we took a similar tour in a different city but this one in Prague was significantly better.

We had so much fun on this tour! Gary was an amazing guide with lots of knowledge and interesting stories. We were a group of 8 and he made sure to give us all individual recommendations. I would recommend the 7 views tour to anyone and we would definitely do it again!

I do not ride a bike often but Gary was very helpful letting us all know what to expect between stops -- from what gear to be in, to what is next on our route!!
