Sehr klein, es gab überhaupt keine Broschüren, nur so etwas wie Vitrinen mit Souvenirs, keine Toiletten. Dafür Rollstuhlgerecht und gut einsehbar.

They saved my trip! I lost my luggage on a public bus. It was Christmas time and I had to travel back home in a few hours! The guy helped me calling by himself several places... It was very helpful! Go there if you have travel issues.

All the staff were so helpful and warm. The room was clean. The hotel locations is actually the best because it's in the middle of touristic areas, the bridge, lesser old town, and everything.

The woman at reception is not respectful, not helpful and the feeling is that she makes the great exception for you to answer the call. Taking into account that it was the second day I was trying to reach them.... I am more than unsatisfied.
