Paul was the best bakery and coffee shop we found in Prague. They have multiple locations, but this one was our favorite. We stopped every morning and got some croissants and other delicious baked goods. The pistachio one was our favorite. They had good hot chocolate too.

Best place to have dinner in city! We just loved it, we visited them 4 times and all were great experiences. The coffee is good, yogurt is amazing, and bakery is delicious. We will come back.

Exquisite food, amazing ambiance and great service. Best breakfast I've ever had in Prague. Both savory and sweet pastries are delicious beyond compare. The coffee was top notch as well.

Sandwiches are ok, you can get a filled croissant and medium coffee for 110 CZK. Decent wifi and more seating downstairs.

A lovely place to have a snack or a meal with friends or single. The staff were very friendly and there was a good selection of food available. There was seating available upstairs & downstairs and the place is kept neat and tidy. Overall a good experience.

It is nice! Great place for a tasty breakfast, not the cheapest but you don't feel like they are ripping you off! ☺

This is a pleasant café in the heart of Prague conveniently located at Wenceslas square close to the metro. It has comfortable seating upstairs at street level as well as downstairs. It is quiet and ideal for chatting over a cup of tea or coffee. However, we were there during a hot summer day and the air-conditioning was unpleasantly cold, we were so cold, we had to leave earlier than expected and looked for another café which was warmer.

Bunch of ill mannered tourists trying to cut in lines constantly, I was waiting for quite a while and talk to the staff and she said she will serve whoever asked first??!!!! This shop don't even have a queue system, please take a look of Starbucks next door and learn how to manage your customers. Please don't come here If you have good manners and patience and not used to cut in lines. Because they will ignoring you forever! Comments for the reply: You should not feel sorry that I encountered rude tourists. You should feel sorry that your shop is lacking of basic customer service and queueing system and your staff are rude. That is why rude tourists can be rude in your shop!! So sort out your system and be better!

Amazing coffee! The food is also very good. The staff is trying it’s best, but due to the amount of people and the self-service policy the entrance is extremely chaotic and crowded. We found a relatively calm table downstairs, our dog was also allowed in under the condition he “stays calm”.

I was very surprised to find relatively low prices comparing to the other places around the place where I stayed . And Paul considered as an international brand, with a high quality of food and beverages and also great service , whereas you have other cafes and restaurants which are not far away from Paul itself ,where they serve food and beverages in a higher prices and quality in my opinion can’t compare with a quality that Paul is providing.. I highly recommend!

Good quality, exactly how you get your food in France. Polite girls working. I‘d suggest to take care a bit more of the toilet

Very average coffee, plain croissant ok, but probably made at 5am - not very fresh - everything overpriced for the mediocre quality. Rude staff, filthy facilities. Go somewhere else, there are plenty of options for an excellent breakfast in the centre of Prague.

Great coffee space with a relaxing area downstairs where is possible to work while listening to chill music

Worst coffee I've ever had. I've ordered ameriano but instead received mainly water, it was without taste and greatly diluted. Lady at the counter didn't apologize, never mind suggesting another coffee after I gently mentioned that coffee was pretty bad and maybe sth is wrong with coffee machine.

They make a great Americano here. They also have almond milk-which has been a bit tricky to find in Prague. They have a nice and reasonably priced selection of pastries. On a cold afternoon, it’s a perfect and easy stop to warm up!

We went in to buy some pastries as we have had this before in France and it was delicious. As we are not Czech we were ignored while standing at the counter, then spoken too rudely when being served after we asked for a particular pastry and paying. We went back later for a baguette, the same rude man seen us and mumbled to his colleague while she was serving us, she rolled her eyes then said we are closing in 20 minutes. We then walked out without purchasing an item, went nexr door and bought a product from them. Tourism is what keeps businesses in Prague flourishing, I don't understand why you would behave in such a manner, especially when the custom was being pleasant saying please and thankyou after being treated in such a way. I wouldn't recommend this business in Prague.

Great taste at affordable price. Large cups and a special price for a treat + drink. I do love their sandwiches and croissants. There are restrooms inside.

Average price/quality. Not clean. In general, it’s difficult to compare this place in the centre of Prague to the Paul in Kyiv (insta @paul.kyiv).

Lovely little coffe shop/patisserie. Enjoyed a tea outside didn't try the pastries but they looked very nice. Friendly staff who served us in english.

A classic. A very busy location but very nice interiors and atmosphere. I enjoyed the sweets very much but at the time of my visit the toilets were in a bad state (it was approaching the closing time so it’s understandable).

I like this establishment, delicious coffee and pastries, besides, you can sit outside, which is extremely nice, but in general, the interior of the establishment is beautiful .

I always buy bread and pastries from Paul, but the last time I was there, the service was quite bad. After waiting for quite a bit of time to order, the staff just randomly served the last person to come in instead. When I pointed out about the situation, she said that she didn’t see us. I believe that it is the minimum to keep track of who is next in line to sell products. It is hardly possible that she didn’t see us either. She just didn’t care about it. That’s disappointing, but I am still leaving three stars for the goods. I will probably just prefer going to other Paul branches from now on.

Drinks and cake were absolutely Devine and the lady that served us Anna was even better!!! Fantastic service and felt very welcomed, will definitely visit again if we come back to Prague, Kate & Rish from England

Paul has a reputation for good quality food. This bakery serves cold pasties and sandwiches with no option to heat due to a broken microwave. They offered to heat it in the oven and we said yes only for them to serve the food cold minutes later. Big disappointment. Waste of money.

Fast, English speaking, affordable! Surprisingly great for a touristy area, and the prosciutto sandwich was so juicy and buttery and amazing Bread, and the almond croissant is to die for!

Very good located cafe in the city center of Prague. Good coffee and cakes, bread, fresh baked cookies. All their cafes are working on the same concept. You can sit there with your laptop and drink your coffee, or do a break during your shopping. In the shopping street not far from the Museum. Easy to get there by Metro to Mustek or Museum stop. And with trams as well.
