This is a 3 star hotel level at most. I feel cheated: 1.The room is poor quality/finished materials 2. The hotel is being renovated and they did not say anything before arrival. So you are getting noises, dirt and much dust anywhere, including a falling dust on the breakfast food !!! 3. Pictures at the website are not true, the reception and dining erase ! 4. The level of service is of cheap MOTEL. It's an absolute disgrace !!! It feels like a scam

The room (Standard Double) was completely different than the Standard Double room prezented on the pictures at Booking.com. The room was smaller and had small window. Instead of a shower there was a bath-tube. The room 520€/3 nights was a bit dingy, the furniture and equipment are old. The lining was dirty (I wonder if it was changed after previous guest). We asked for a change but it was not done. The cleaning service was very late. We left our room about 9.30 AM and when we came back about 3:00PM and the room was not done. We asked for cleaning but after 5:30PM. Than we experienced a cleaning lady entering our room without knocking at 4:40PM during an intimate situation. She left but kept knocking obnoxiously every few seconds on the door shouting “cleaning cleaning”. We wrote twice to the manager but we did not receive any response. We travel a lot and don’t have exageratted expectations. Concerning the price we expected something more, this hotel is not worth its price.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this hotel, staff are very nice and friendly, breakfast is amazing, the room is very clean and the bathroom is splendid, theres also a snack bar from 2-8 pm which is free for hotel guests, what a nice touch, very much enjoyed the snack bar (you can find coffee, tea, sweets and small snacks like salads, fruits, etc). The location is superb and close to all major attractions. The rooms however are a bit small, but a small sacrifice for such an amazing hotel!

Great boutique hotel with an outstanding staff. There are a lot of things to like about Pytloun: free breakfast and afternoon tapas, a welcome drink, comfortable modern rooms, friendly and professional staff, and centrally located. We stayed three nights here and my wife and I loved every minute of our stay. Disclaimer: The hotel is under major construction at the moment (which should be completed by Nov 2022) but the work didn't bother us one bit. This hotel will be even better once all the renovations are done.

The location of the hotel was very good. If I go to Prague again, I would stay there again. The rooms had an iron, umbrella etc. The whirlpool bathtub was very good. The toilet was also very functional, with heating, drying etc. But, despite all these extras, there were no slippers. The free snack bar was perfect and there was a really good variety.

Such a great place! Superb service. The breakfast is top-notch. You can even pour your own mimosa! Fully-stocked bar. Rooms are very good: comfy beds, good shower, cheap minibar. And the location is walkable to the train station, Old town, and there’s a metro stop just outside. Stayed on the 6th floor with a balcony. Sweet.

BE AWARE before booking this hotel !!! We have made a reservation for a 4 star hotel with great customer ratings and paid hundreds euros per night but found a huge consumer deception. 1. The hotel is under construction, a lot of mess outside very noisy and dust all over the area inside. 2. When we booked it there were nice photos of bar and restaurant, but unfortunately none of them are exists. 3. The reception located at a small counter on minus 1 floor where they serve drinks etc. 4. The breakfast located in a place that looks like a night club. 5. Rooms are dark with odd smell, there are led lights with a remote control that we hardly operated, no one showed us how to function anything there. 6. The elevator located in the entrance of the kitchen and when going up and down it makes bad noises. This was our worst experience ever, Such a shame that they don't disclose their current situation and have the courage to sell a product that is the complete opposite of what is described. BE AWARE !!!

We loved our stay at this hotel! We got the room early and it was very spacious. Great bed and lovely bathroom with a bathtub. The location is ideal. Breakfast was versatile. The only downside was that the walls were quite thin and we could hear everything from the hallway.

Very beautiful and spacious room with all comfort. Only missing slippers :( The hotel is undergoing renovations so the reception is temporary in the basement, so the arrival is not very pleasant, but then improved when reaching the room! Good Breakfast with wide choice. Location is perfect!

The amazing part of booking this place was its location. It's literally in the heart of the city where the action happens. Everything is in walking distance. Rooms : The room that we got was on zero level. The room was spacious however it could have been better positioned. The placement of the bed could have been much better allowing increased leg room space. The bathrooms had a unique feature as the door and walls were of transparent glass (see through). So if you're travelling as a couple it's still fine; however if you are traveling with kids then you might have privacy concerns. There are curtains to cover the glass but the runners of the curtains were broken and hence could not be used. Breakfast : it opens from 7 am to 12 noon Breakfast has a good spread so no complaints there. The hotel provides complimentary food in the form of small starters throughout the day which is an additional plus point.

Stayed for 4 nights for our wedding anniversary in early November. The hotel was in renovation, which nobody bothered to tell us about beforehand. The breakfast was served in a cramped hall and was very crowded all the time. Their "famous" tapas are actually breakfast leftovers that are left on a non-refrigerated table for an entire day. Quite disgusting. Our room was cramped. The only positive I can write down about the hotel is its location.

Guys this is the best hotel in Prague. I met wonderful receptionists right from the start. Kateřina and Simona the were lovely and Very helpful about any questions I asked. It was wonderful to eat there and stay. I will definitely be visiting again. Only thing was that the heating didn’t work but warm treatement of staff you have her was enough for us to love the place.

Location is amazing, very central, close to all touristic places. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are stylish and very clean. Breakfast is good with a lot of choice. Our room was on the first floor and we could hear the basses of the music (starting at 8am in the morning), which was a bit annoying. Another point was the fact that it was impossible to connect the TV with Netflix or YouTube (due to the TV setup in hotel mode). Overall very good stay!

Firstly, I have to say that the breakfast at the hotel was excellent. There was a great variety of food on offer, including both hot and cold options, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day, and I really appreciated the effort that the hotel staff put into making sure that everyone had a good breakfast experience. In terms of the room, I found it to be very comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I slept well throughout my stay. The room was also clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities that I needed. I would also like to give a special mention to Arina, one of the staff members at the hotel. Arina was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and she went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed. She was always available to answer questions or offer assistance, and her positive attitude and welcoming demeanor really made my stay even more enjoyable

The staff is courteous and friendly, and the Hotel is perfectly located in the city center. The rooms are very clean, unfortunately our air conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was great (continental with plenty of healthy options such as fruit, vegetable, yogurt, etc.)The view from the roof top terrace was also beautiful.

The location is the best you could wish in Prague. When you sort the hotel, you are surrounded by restaurants, stores, music, shops and above all of that, it’s a car-free street. The breakfast is the best I ever ate, there are lots of sweet dishes but there are even more other things like fruit and vegetables, bacon, eggs, sausages and little dishes served in little plates with lids on top. The rooms are very modern with all the new gadgets like led light, self-opening and closing curtains and a Chinese toilet. We had a problem with the shower and they fixed it the day after already.

A great hotel right in the heart of Prague! You simply cannot beat this hotel. First, it is in a phenomenal location. Second, the included breakfast is excellent. Third, and most importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly. Frankly, I don't know that I have ever met a friendlier hotel staff in all the many years I have been traveling with my family. They met us with a glass of prosecco. Yes! And, they were friendly throughout. A big shout out to one of the managers, Kate, and her entire team who made us feel very welcome. This is a great hotel if you're looking for one.

I recently visited Pytloun in Prague and had an amazing experience. The food was exceptional and the service was even better. The smiley and positive server Molly was large part the reason for my positive experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that my table had everything I needed and was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the meal. The menu had a great variety of options, and everything I ordered was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very pleasant, with a cozy and elegant interior that made for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal in Prague. And if you're lucky enough to have Molly as your server, you're in for an extra special treat!

Great place. We took the family room so it was quite big. The place looks renovated, the bathrooms and showers look very cool and modern. The breakfast is amazing, huge selection (wine, variety of sausages, cheese, eggs, bacon, peas, beans, pineapples, melons, croissants, bread, jams, chocolate, oatmeal, coffee and tea). The staff are very nice and speaks a few languages. You get a welcome drink when you check in. We were there for our wedding and they served us breakfast in bed during all the hair and makeup for the bride. Orit is a darling. On the downside: Our room was on the first floor so we heard music until 12 at night everyday from the bar lobby. Also couldn't fall asleep because of all the people outside shouting and partying all night (the hotel is located right at the main street with heavy people traffic) We were there for a week, the sheets were never changed. I think the pillows were changed because I found a different set of hairs each day on them. The shampoo, body gel and conditioner mini bottles, although were not needed because we bought our own, were restocked only once throughout the week. During the shower sometimes I got pulses of scalding water, was quite annoying. To summarize, the price is on the high side but you do get an amazing breakfast, good looking rooms and a very nice staff. Hope all those small things I mentioned can be fixed for our next time!

We enjoyed this place so much!! Central location, has great breakfast with a nice variety of food, and friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is also a bar and a restaurant, which in the evening becomes sort of a nightclub with a DJ. There is no noise in the rooms whatsoever. Special thanks to Adema. We had some issues in our room, so she helped us to change the room and made sure that we were satisfied. The room is nicely decorated and was equipped with a comfy double bed, espresso machine, TV, bathtub, bidet toilet, and more. The restroom is separated from the room with a glass wall but has a black curtain for privacy. Most of the things in the room, such as lights and curtains are controlled with buttons. Very nice modern hotel!

Such a nice hotel. Good room, nice quality of breakfast, perfect location. Was hard to find a reception, since it was at the bar, but anyway want to thank Adema. She greets us with big smile and we had nice conversation. Also, she helped us with a room, because it was some troubles at first. We will come back.

What a fantastic hotel this is, located in probably the best part of Prague you could wish to be. Easy to get around the city, on foot or by public transport. I have just had a client stay at the hotel this weekend, and he absolutely loved it. Staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms are spotless and comfy, and for those into it, there are even Japanese style toilets with a range of different functions! As a travel agent, I value the feedback from my clients, as I can’t possibly get to visit every hotel I offer. I definitely will be suggesting the Pytloun to many more people, and booking them in. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of hot and cold dishes. Meals in the evening, should you not want to go out, are great value for money and very tasty too. My grateful thanks to all the staff who looked after my client, and I look forward to spending a weekend with you, next year.

Took my partner for a stay in Prague over Christmas. First time in 7 year having time off and glad we chose Pytloun hotel. The service was exceptional and they deserved being 5star hotel. Staff at the reception were so helpful to us. At one point we had the pleasure to meet their hotel manager Tomas. Such a great guy down to the earth. Going above and beyond so we can have an amazing stay in Prague. If you see tall guy with moustache that’s him. Don’t be afraid to chat to him like we did. We definitely will go again once.

Location is 10/10, right in the centre of Prague and within metres of metro/tram stations. The hotel itself is very modern & stylish, the buffet breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly. Only deducted 1 star because there was building works going on at the hotel that we could hear very loudly from our room & woke us up early every morning unfortunately!

The whole stay here was amazing. The service and staff were incredible, the rooms were lovely and clean and spacious, the food was great and the light snacks throughout the day were just an added treat. The hotel is in the best location being so central to it all and nothing was too big of an ask!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Location is certainly amazing: easy to walk to the main train station, Old Town and close by is a main tram stop so you can easily get other parts of Prague. The room (607) was extremely quiet. It’s well equipped and has a big bed. I liked the bathroom and the spa bath/shower options. Breakfast selection was great and the fact that it runs until 12, is really such a convenience. And the staff… are lovely: extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Will stay here again. Service: 5* Super nice staff. Can do mentality, positive. Big like👍🏻. Location: 4* Amazing location, but no parking. Pretty challenging when coming with kids and luggage. Breakfast: 4.5* very good selection and fresh. Big plus for having break fast until 12pm. Rooms: 4*. Nice room, size is good. (We stud at the suite with 2 bedrooms). Reason gave it 4* and not 5*, as the room lacks some light, and it's not well ventilated. As well there led lights and electric curtains that didn't function well. Thanks for your hospitality 🙏🏻

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location is central right in the middle of everything so you can walk to shops, clubs, restaurants and all the major sight seeing places. The room was really nice and the hotel was clean overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the manager was awesome. I definitely recommend staying here you won’t regret it.

Breakfast: great choice, modern location, good service Room (standard double): tidy, but too small for given furnishing, at least one third of space is occupied by bathroom and the rest by a huge and comfortable bed, lots of unnecessary technical gimmicks can make your life complicated, rather functional design, not a “design room”, big tube for two, quiet, no view from the window Location: close to the old town and train station, perfect for sight seeing Conclusion: good service, small room dominated by bed, central location, great breakfast

Absolutely amazing place. Modern, stylish, and perfectly clean rooms. Breakfast with a great variety of options and the most helpful and nice staff. Also the location is great - right in the city center but the rooms are not noisy at all so you can get a good night sleep. On top of all that, I got a free room upgrade since it was available! I will be definitely coming back in the future.

Wow!!! Amazing hotel! In the center, very kind staff. Especially Pavel from the reception! Worth the money. The hotel upgrade our room for free. Did exactly as I requested to decorate the room with some balloons before the birthday of my boyfriend. Really happy me of the best hotels I’ve been. The staff are willing to help, and the breakfast is amazing! Also- the hotel itself is very clean!

This hotel is one of the few I stayed at that actually looked just like the pics from booking. Absolutely ideal for couples! The staff were very friendly and accomodating, they offered us welcome drinks and were easily available. The hotel was also really clean. They also offer free tapas in the breakfast area throughout the day which we thought was great! A little headsup though: the downstairs reception area is being renovated therefore the reception desk along with breakfast are located at the -1 level. Not a problem for us at all, but it can give a strange feeling when you first enter it, almost like you aren't in the right place. The location is very very good especially for the price we payed so we totally recommend this hotel.

We just came back from our holiday in Prague and stayed three nights in this wonderful hotel with our two kids. The location is fantastic, so central. Room was spacious and clean. We loved the breakfast and the afternoon free tapas. Staff was so nice and friendly, they offered us a welcome drink and breakfast on the day we arrived. Definitely recommend, we'll be back for sure

Loved this boutique hotel for short stay in Prague. Central location, lovely welcome drink which was appreciated. All Staff friendly & helpful, especially manager Georgie. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Rooms are quirky with heated toilet seats, mood lighting, remote controlled curtains & a unusual bathroom. Definitely a hotel to remember! Breakfast was good, running from 7:30 - 11am with lots of choice & Prosecco available for making a cheeky mimosa. Our room had a balcony too which was a bonus. Recommend for couples.

Hotel location is great, right in the heart of Prague. Our room was clean and very modern. Personnel was helpful, kind and very friendly. Breakfast was decent and standard. I was very pleased when the hotel manager Tomas came to us while having our first breakfast asking if we are enjoying our first time here.

An absolute perfect location - close to everything you need. All the important places to visit are in a walking distance. Great food, and the most important thing - such a lovely and helpful staff. The manager Lucy was incredible and everyone was so nice and thoughtful. You can't find this approach these days and it really made our trip that much better! I highly recommend staying here and there's no doubt we will visit again when in Prague. Thank you Pytlon for a wonderful visit!!!!

Lovely hotel in a great location for site-seeing in Prague! The manager Marketa was fabulous and made sure we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and fresh food. The rooms are modern and clean.

Update 2: turns out the whole square lost water so its unfair to take a star. Update to our review after talking with our second room with the loss of 1 star. They lost water much sooner and lacked water longer. This is a staple of why you book a hotel and a significant inconvenience. We had a wonderful visit at the Pytloun hotel in the center of Prague. They offered a great tapas style breakfast and tapas throughout the day. Check in and check out were effortless. The staff was helpful and courtesous. Our room was expansive with a balcony view of the main strip. This hotel will rate 5 stars after they finish the extensive remodeling that was ongoing. We would have preferred a little warning that there was significant on site contruction that included losing water right as we were checking out. The workers were quiet and, for one room, there were no other issues so this would be a 4 star review. We hope to come back and see the completed renovations. A warm thanks to our bartender who recommended the rooftop views of the city!

Pytloun Boutique hotel is an amazing one with an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious as well. The staff are super friendly. Radka was lovely. She helped us in all our questions, checked several things for me and my wife and made us feel very welcome. Radka also helped book for us appointments and gave us info we needed in Prague. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one!

What a fabulous stay. I arrived right after a sports injury, so Tomas, the hotel manager, helped me with faster check-in and made sure I was provided with ice for my leg over the stay. The location is right at the heart of Prague, a walkable distance from the main train station and surrounded by shops and eating out options. The room had a very comfy bed, a stunning view of the square, plenty of geeky perks (remotely controlled lights, blindfolds, etc.), and a roomy shower. I enjoyed their breakfast options and the bar for late evenings. If something negative is to be said, parking might be a bit of a hassle (you have to park approximately 5-10minutes of walking away from the hotel) so keep that in mind. Overall it was a great stay.

An absolutely great experience in this hotel in the heart of Prague. The front desk is super helpful, the manager was very nice to help us to check in even before 14:00, welcomed us with complimentary drink and breakfast. The room is very high tech, hotel is freshly renovated. The location is perfect-you can reach all attractions by feet. Highly suggest💕
