The House at the Stone Bell (Dům U Kamenného zvonu) is another building that is simply a treat to photograph. Built in the 14th century, the facade of this former Gothic Palace was considered one of the most beautiful ones in Europe. The house was subsequently rebuilt into a Baroque residence after it supposedly housed the Royal Elizabeth I of Bohemia and her son Charles IV. In the 1980s, the house underwent extensive restoration in the Gothic Revival style and features towering narrow pointed arched windows and a facade of pale stone. The eponymous stone bell is still found on the house corner. Legend says that the bell fell from Týn Church and was then placed on the corner of the Gothic structure in 1413. Today, the two restored Gothic chapels inside now serve as branches of the Prague City Gallery and as chamber-concert venues.

One of the strangest places I've ever been to in my life. To have to pay for entrance was honestly regrettable. It was the most random uninspiring art gallery I've ever been to. Please do not waste your money.

Will not recommend this place. Horrible goulash soup and disgusting hot chocolate (it tastes like water mixed with Nesquick). The only good thing was a warm interior. The owner should think about improvement of cuisine and there will be people coming (now we understood why there was empty when we came )

Went during the Heroin and Crystal exhibit. Trippy awesome art, real feel of the 90s.

It is one of a very few original gothic houses in town and it is very well preserved. I enjoyed wondering around the rooms and trying to imagine how life would look like inside this house many centuries ago. Unfortunately the house is utilised for exhibitions and the one in place when I visited was not really worth it. If you are on a budget or don't have a lot of time you can skip it

The building itself is beautiful, the exhibitions are usually very interesting, though not always petfectly orginized. You need to put some effort in orienting yourself.

An attractive old building in a very heart of Old Prague. It often helds really good exhibitions, especially interesting for those who wants to know about Czechia a bit more that is said in the guide-books. It worth checking the posters on the building's walls for the information

👍👍 The selection of unique flavors can tell from the start that you are in the right place. They choose an excellent name to describe their product. My large cup had a deep dark cherry chocolate, an apricot, and a lavender-blueberry scoop. The artisan ice-cream here is served by awesome staff that kind...
