Awesome experience! My best VR experience so far. We loved the scenic sights of medieval Prague (almost willing to take a picture of it in VR), the thrill during the mystical ritual and even the little details like interactions with animals. Can definitely recommend, suitable even for people with zero gaming or VR experience!

Fun family experience. I went with my wife and two kids ages 9 and 12. It lasted about 25 minutes and it was very well done considering the technology is still quite young. It was expensive. I recommend buying a Hamley's card which will give you a discount on the VR experience. After the experience was over three out of four of us felt a little nausea for 10 minutes but it was not bad and was worth it.

Game has a perfect start by old charles bridge until u entre Lewi room where helper is making all task instead of you. Game is very short and no escape question or interesting quiz.

Not hard for begginers. Nice service. Could be longer experience. We tried Golem play, really like historical Prague and the story. Game will draw you into story.

It was a spontaneous experience for us, while visiting the toy store the operators reached out and introduced the VR game, and we needed up playing the zombie game It's real fun, scary at times, not boring although it's 40 minutes and could be, especially for my wife, be prepared for the gun selection and don't give your wife a shotgun or a sniper Overall highly recommend !

Brilliant family activity and top class friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back the next time we're in Prague. The zombie game would make for a great family or work team building activity!

Insane VR-experience. We played the scary game. Very immersive game play and fun to solve the puzzles. I also like the creative story and how it evolved. It’s not horror-film like scary, more a cool and fun scary. Super friendly staff aswell. My girlfriend and me first thought it was expensive but it’s actually worth every penny, because it’s so catchy and intensive. Takes about 20 minutes of gameplay.

ABSOLUTELY LUNACIE!!! The gamee play is pretty simple but the VR is totally emersive. The designers created rooms that match the so the walls and railings tactile match. Amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Super cool, me and my 10 years old daughter loved the experience! We played the spider game, we wanted something scarier and it delivered. Awesome game play and attention to details. The staff is super kind and helpful!

It wasn't my first time with VR but definitely my first time using VR this way. I was a bit nervous to do it but I really wanted to try. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had the Golem game but you can also try a scary version with spiders if you are brave enough. I am very sensitive and I was very scared of moving during the play. I only moved by touching the walls haha. It's very strange to be in a animated universe. You brain really is lost because you feel like it's real life but you also feel like it's not. I don't know how to explain but it's something you have to experience. I can't wait to see what the future will offer us with VR. At the moment it's not perfect, there was some bugs but it was okay as it's not something that much developed yet. Like we want to touch each other there was like 3cm of distance between the real body and the body of the character. But it wasn't a big deal! We enjoyed our experience and we had a lot of fun.

Interesting experience. It is an easy game. 👌 The movement is lagging a bit and a resolution could be much better. My girlfriend is a gamer so we had to go. She loved it. 🤓

Amazing experience. Staff was great and it was not as expensive as I thought it would be. I love the fact you can actually see your teammates in VR and that you have to work together.

Good experience but low graphics. If the cost is ok for you, you can try with your family

Much more than I expected, it’s also a game. The whole family really enjoyed with much laughter watching each other’s avatar’s.

Was playing the Golem VR experience. The price was okay, maybe a little high for the short playing time, but it was fun, probably especially if it's your first time playing VR. Unfortunately my glasses broke in there. An employee told me that I could wear my glasses underneath the VR glasses. So she tried them on me, but she pushed to fast and before I could say stop, they broke (and I was clearly told to be not allowed to try it on my own). After that the employees didn't really know what to do, which isn't their fault, because they never got told the procedure what to do in such a case. I had to ask several times what we could do about the insurance, but the effort of them was very small. Finally I should contact the superior, but I always had to write him/her twice until he/she answered. In the end I got no answer so I gave up (luckily I still had a warranty on my glasses). So if you guys go there, be aware that your glasses might not fit underneath their VR glasses and if something of your own breaks, they won't care. Furthermore there were no COViD regulations, no one was wearing a mask, the VR-glasses weren't disinfacted after the use and there was no disinfection spray for customers at all.

Awesome! Went in with 3 friends and after a short introduction we started. It is an interactive tour which lets you walk around medieval Prague. It is really cool to see an entirely different world, being able to look around you and interact with it. A must see for everyone! It is recommended to make a reservation.

Marvelously breathtaking and sensually captivating. In less than a half hour, you'll get a much more enjoyable experience than a perfect dinner for two can offer, but for less than the same price. Right in the heart of old Prague, you either can get yourselves transferred four centuries back in time and take your part in taming the unfathomable Golem, and then (beware, spoiler!) meet face to face a giant prehistoric creature while on your way back. Or you can choose a classic dystopian escape game that will require you to crawl through confined underground places and search for mysterious blobs of dark energy, trying to collect enough to prevent the cave complex from exploding. And after you succeed (spoiler, again!), a gigantic spider comes to the scene unexpectedly right from above. All in all, time and money perfectly spent with any of both the VR games featured here in Hamleys.
