I went there with my girlfriend and we left pretty disappointed with the food itself and the price which is outrageous. Quality of the food is low. The pepper "dip" that came with the burger was burnt - not palatable. The overpriced burger was otherwise less than mediocre. The only tasty thing was the cheese dip. Chinkali buns were not tasty at all and had a thick skin. They had live music and 4 women mistaken this restaurant with a disco. There are awful tables and chairs in the restaurant that do now allow you to sit comfortably if you have more muscular legs. Never again!

This was probably the worst experience in terms of service I had in Prague in the last 5 years. When we arrived we informed that we'd have an extra person joining us and the waitress looked at us like criminals. She didn't give us extra cutlery or a glass. We were then handed menus in Czech and when the waitress came over to get our drink order she also said we had to order food even though we had the menus for less than 2 minutes. One of my friends wasn't ready to order yet and she simply walked away and didn't come back. My friend was waving his hand like a movie goodbye scene and she just ignored him for a whole 20 minutes. Finally they consistently refused to speak a word of English, until we had to pay, they must have attended a course while we were eating. The food was not bad but still pricey for what it was. Shocking.

We chose this restaurant to break the routine of Czech cuisine and we really enjoyed it. There are so many courses on the menu and choosing is really difficult. I recommend going hungry and making reservations as seats are limited. Everything we ordered was yummy and prepared to perfection.

The arrogant owners reapply says it all! They can't take customer's feedback. Read other reviews you'll know. Who turn the milk in the Chicken Chckmaruli dish to a curd? 1. Better go to Sunday Terrace in IP Pavlova not because I benefit from it because they cook really better than these arrogant restaurant. (I don't get anything, I'm not endorsing, I'm stating from experience) 2. The milk in the Chicken Chckaruli was fully seperated at this old Armenian, that's not how it's done. In Sunday Terrace they prepare fresh hot Georgian bread, not from the afternoon what Old Armenian serves. 3. Wine served 15 mins after food was served. I invite the chef in my home and I will serve him much better chicken Chckmaruli.

Overall quite disappointed as we had great expectations. Especially with the chicken. Looking at the portion, it should be listed as appetizer, not main course. I could have ordered the soup and feel more full. Also, the meat was very dry. The meat dumplings according to the menu was supposed to be 20 pieces, but we received only 19. And it was the only dish we were happy with. The last dish my partner had was nothing special. It tasted like watery bolognese sauce but without the spaghetti. Ambiance-wise, there was live karaoke and it was too loud and distracting. Sadly, food was not worth the price tag. And don't go there if you are expecting to have a peaceful meal.

Ordered lots of dishes. Everything was tasty and very good. We sat on the terrace and it's a nice place. Specially Lavash with minced meat and vegetables was very good and Adjaruli with cheese and egg. What I liked about our dishes that each had distinct flavor and taste.

A piece of Armenia in Prague, authentic meal and atmosphere, followed by their ethno-music. Pleasant staff, abundant but quality portions. Excellent choice of Armenian's and Georgia's wine.

Honest review. This was the third Georgian restaurant that I’ve tried to in. What can I say? I didn’t enjoy khachapuri po adzharski to. It was too dry and was lacking of cheese inside. And egg didn’t satisfy me too. Chicken shashlyk from the breast was nice and I’d definitely come there to eat it again. Price is also fine for this kind of food. Lula kebab from chicken worth buying. Khachapuri megruli as another khachapuri i tried was not good.

I never ate Armenian food. And after going to Old Armenia I feel I've been wasting my life! The restaurant is out of town but well worth the visit. The place is really nice, the menu is well made (no english version, just look at the pictures or at their website), the waiters spoke harldy any english but eventually we managed. The proposed dishes were pretty simple but so delicious! Dessert was something else, really. We also tried a semi sweet red Armenian wine and it was fantastic. The only bad thing about this place is that we found it only on our last night in Prague! We would have definitely come back if we could! Super recommended!

This restaurant brings the soulful essence of Armenia to the heart of Prague …

Armenian/Caucasus cuisine, plenty of meals. I really liked the lula kebab and the staff was polite and professional. 2 stars down for some meals have prices not corresponding to its quality - salads using cheap supermarket ingredients without taste (tomatoes). Another disturbing element was loud live music which made conversations hard. I would go again, but be more careful about menu choices

The food was superb. Reasonably priced as well. Underground restaurant (like many in Prague - I love light too much but there's no choice in this city). Efficient waitresses.

The place was quite nice at the first sight. After choosing a table I did have smelled slight smell of burned oil from the kitchen. Food was tasty even thought not as nice as on photographs in the menu. Still quite nice experience.

We came with a baby stroller and there was noone to be found when we entered, after a few minutes we went down the stairs and asked if they could fit strollers, they said we could use tha garden and that they would open the door there. After several more minutes we saw noone and was close to leaving. Finally a grumpy person came and lead us outside and next door to the garden. The food was a bit pricey and did not hold up to expectations. Somehow we got appetizers served last. The creamy chicken was too runny and not very creamy. The lamb dish had an overwhelming tomato sauce taste. The thin bread with minced meat in the middle tasted good at start but everyone lost taste for it quickly. Only kachapuri was liked by everyone. The green drink tasted like mint candy/ toothpaste

From a Georgian acquaintance, there seems to be more Georgian dishes on the menu than Armenian, but I could not tell the difference. A very good visit. On the menu for this visit was: veprovy saslik (pork), kureci stehna bez kosti (chicken thigh), chačapuri adžarské (cheese-filled bread with egg), mixed chinkali (large dumplings filled with broth) and a side of fries. Ideal for solo or large party meals. Service was fine.
