Again just another bar out of popularity but there is nothing really special. Another note: tip is something you earn for your service. You do not get to indicate on the check and recommend how much someone shall leave!

Not as bad as all the reviews say. Prices were on par with the other restaurants in the square. Food was good. I did order a gin and tonic and was not sure if there was any gin in it - tasted mostly like tonic. Service was fine. They do add 12.5% to the bill for a tip. One of my photos is a QR code to their menu. The best thing about this menu is the location. It is right across from the clock tower.

Do NOT go here. Waiter was extremely rude and was trying to force us to pay a tip on 2 pizza and a couple of drinks during lunchtime. We found our own table, didn’t get asked how our food was or if we wanted anymore drinks. The tip was optional as he stated before - but then he was insisting if we didn’t pay the full 12.5% tip we would not be welcomed here again. He told us to never come back. He’s got nothing to worry about because we wouldn’t after the way he spoke to us.

This restraint destroy my impression for Prag, the funny tinny shrimp dish cost euro30, all the price on the menu are scaring the tourist They force you to pay 12.8% tips, and add extra 10%VAT on the total cost, it’s a simple maths to calculate how they earn the money

We had three espressos, one tea and a bottle of water and paid 42 eur for it because we found out that we had to pay 10% extra VAT and 12% tip for it. It is so ridiculous that they force you to pay exactly the 12% tip, while you could tip them even more if you were satisfied with service instead. The waiter was so unscrupulous that lied to us about this when asked. It's clear that it is a tourist trap and they have the arrogance due to location but the way they think of their clients is unbelievable that I must say they HATE their clients. P.S:They need to learn how to earn their money instead of stealing them.

Great view of the clock, a bit expensive. Mandatory 12.5% tip. There was a women walking around taking photos and insisting that you buy them. Lots of people coming up to the table trying to sell you something.

The location of this restaurant is unbeatable, right across from the Prague, astronomical clock. It’s one of the restaurants that has the best views for you to enjoy some wine and food and at the same time look at the clock. However, the food selection is not spectacular. And the servers were in rushed manors, definitely not the best service in area, I wouldn’t even consider as decent. And yes , this restaurant is super touristy, and they do expect ti at the end of your meal. Do recommend for the convenience, do not recommend for the service or the food.

We came one night and our order was wrong. The manager was fantastic. We came again the next day with our kids and the manager remembered us and we had tremendous service. The view of the clock is perfection. Fun atmosphere and the pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and garlic sauce is heaven! Also, keep in mind you’re paying extra for the amazing location. Can you find less expensive places to eat? Absolutely. Can you find some thing with a better view? Not really.

Great location, coffee is better than I expected. We also liked their tiramisu!

The staff was very pleasant. The place is nice and has it’s own atmosphere. I loved it . I had penne and they were great

The most of the staff was really rude. They had nothing for breakfast and the prices were outrageous, we paid 30 euros for 4 coffees. Also, they prefer cash (there is also a label saying so) and not card, so when we wanted to pay the bill they were insisting that the system was "down" and we had to pay only cash and if we don't have, there is an atm next to the restaurant. We told them that we would be waiting till the system restored but they didn't want us to occupy the table and go to atm. They were telling the same story also to other clients hours later, even the next day.
