👍👍 Really beautiful place to have dinner or drinks with a warm atmosphere at the centre of Prague. The prices are good and the personnel really friendly. The interior is beautiful and offers a wide variety of beers, too, but the wine is not very qualitive. People often mention good,

We did not feel welcome there from the moment we sat down. The waiter was rude. We were hungry and ordered the daily offer with price of 159 krones per person + drinks. We got: soup 1/5 goulash 5/5 Apple pie 3/5 The waiter kept serving us with a grumpy face until he hid inside and his colleagues took ¨care¨ of us. They were only a bit better than him. When they gave us the bill we got this. There was two ¨couvert¨ x 20 krones added. Don´t get me wrong, it was still cheap but where the heck this came from?!? However, the most annoying thing was how they underline that the service is not included and is normal to tip 10 %. After the worst service we got in this city they blackmailed us to tip! And when the waiter (not the first one) came back to get the money, he repeated and showed us what was written. Extremely cheecky!

Nice restaurant in the city centre. Great food, only problem was gnocchi: the cream was made with garlic and it wasn't written on the menu. Must try the Rumpsteak! No tap water but they brought a free basket of bread as appetizer. All in all cheap, even though a little more expensive than expected. Seating charge, expect tipping.

This place is a gem amongst the madness from the market around the corner. For less than £10 u can enjoy the days 3 course speciality with a drink and bowl of bread at the side. Good home made Czech food at very reasonable price. They do a main menu which offers some lovely pasta or chicken and ham dishes. A good stop off for this busy days wandering around the market.

Sehr schönes Restaurant, authentisch, netter Service, aufmerksam, gutes Essen, Schnitzel perfekt gebraten, tolles Kartoffelgratin, super Bier. Der Cappuccino danach war auch perfekt. Sehr gutes Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis. Können wir empfehlen.

The food is delicious, especially the potato pancakes (in the pic under the steak), skip the bread dumplings, just a bit boring. The do bring bread to the table, but no tap water. The bottled water was very small and expensive, and there was a seating charge. The only reason I gave them 4 and not 5 was that it was more expensive than it needed to be, with the added little charges. Otherwise, nice staff, good food.

The food was incredible. Our first meal in a Slavic country and I'm glad it was authentic Czech. Great beer, lovely cozy dining room, good service. The duck in plum sauce was phenomenal. Only reason I docked a star is because there seemed to be some extra charges on our check that I couldn't account for (maybe for the bread?) since I don't know Czech. But that's my problem as a traveler so c'est la vie, it certainly didn't ruin this fabulous meal.

This very friendly restaurant/bar is fantastic. The food is amazing (and not to costly); try their traditional Czech food - beautiful. Every time I visit Prague, this is the first place I hit. My wife and I call it 'The Clock'; the proper interpretation is 'Old Times'. A straight, short walk from Wenceslas Square.
