Still can’t believe that ugly Dancing house in Prague has more reviews and better grade than this breathtakingly beautiful building. I was there during public holiday, so it was closed. Amazing place full with history and old buildings. Wenceslao Square represents the new city center of Prague in Czech Republic and you can see the National Museum at the end of it. It is beatifull to walk around it, full with restaurants, bars, clubs and play stores to spend a nice time in the city. We also made a tour with virtual reality, where we could learn, not just about the history but also relive it. We were there with our guide and when we used the VR headsets, we travel back time to see how was the Spring of Prague in 1968, it was a great experience!

Hi visited this museum to see the Tutankhamen Exhibition. Which was good. It had some artifacts and mummy's displayed. Then it went into two virtual experiences to watch. Which was amazing and very well put together. The whole experience was about an hour and a half at the most. The rest of the museum is an impressive building as you can see from the pictures but I didn't think much of the exhibits. But believe they change. Although for all it costs it's not bad at all. As to enter all the museum's in Prague it only costs 200kr which is about £7 and to watch the Tutankhamen Exhibition was only another £4 so not bad really. They also have a cloak room for free and a good cafe. It worth a visit as not expensive and the building is very impressive. If you found this review and pictures benificial please like.

Plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you busy for a couple of hours, definitely worth taking a trip to it at night time just for the view.

A good place to chill out. There are arrays of benches to sit on. Especially in summer under the sun light. During the daytime it is a bit crowded and sometimes you can't get a free bench. There is also a wonderful museum which is worth going. Overall I loved this place and highly recommend it.

The best place to spend some time in Prague, plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. Nicely designed and most importantly no traffic.

A really cool place to hangout! It has good shopping stores, food outlets and the view is amazing of the Museum!! Just sat for a while at one of the benches and saw a good idea to write down some good words on it!! Can visit and walk around the area!!

The place is wonderful and beautiful, there are various restaurants to sit down or to order takeaway food and places to drink juice or coffee. Places remain open for a long time and there are shops 24/24 hours. The experience was wonderful

It’s very happening place in front of the museum. Lots of shops and restaurants. Summer is the best time to see lots of activity. Day or night you can always be there. Place to sit and watch people if you are tired of walking.

Huge square with plenty of activities, shops, restaurants and other tourist attractions like National Museum. Great for an afternoon walk.

Very busy square, much busier than I expected, but a good vibe. Lots of places to eat and drink, but this is a tourist area so will be much more expensive. Primark, Marks and Spencers, H & M, Newyorker, plus many many more shops and prices are very reasonable. Palace of books is a must see on the square covering 4 floors. Hotel Jalta on the square is absolutely excellent, love it, plus many more hotels. You will see some vulnerable people on the square who looked to have nothing and homeless, however you won't be approached at all. The square can be very busy with traffic. Metro stops at both ends of square and regular tram stops. Easy walking distance of all attractions and amenities. Enjoy!

Exploring the square, I was delighted by the diverse range of offerings, from trendy boutiques to traditional Czech eateries.

The best spot, to see the whole area of the square is just on the top side from the National museum stairs. You can admire the architecture changes throughout the years from the oldest buildings to the latest modern sites. While it is the most crowded place in the Czech republic I recommend to be aware of your belongings and careful about pickpockets.

Wenn man durch den Wenzelsplatz schlendert, fühlt man sich sofort in vergangene Zeiten zurückversetzt. Die Straßenbahnen, die hier verkehren, sind wie ein lebendiges Museum der Transportgeschichte. Die Vielfalt an alten Straßenbahnen, die in Betrieb sind, ist absolut beeindruckend. Zentraler Platz/ Lebensader im Herzen von Prag. Rund um den Platz sind zahllose Geschäfte und Cafés (ziemliche teuer) und natürlich die Statue vom Heiligen Wenzel. Direkt am Platz gibt es auch mehrere Eingänge zur U-Bahn Station Mustek.
