The tree is good, the bed is quite comfortable and spacious. The temperature in the room is neither too high nor too low, the bathroom is very spacious. The tap water is drinkable, and the shower water is immediately hot. Breakfast in the morning is self-service and there is a great variety between sweet and savory, for breakfast I do not recommend coffee because it is diluted with water.

The service was soo rude. Shouted at us many times. Not only the receptionists but the cleaners too. We wanted our room cleaned and they just made our beds and changed the towels. We had to also ask for more towels because they didn’t even have them. And then when we out asked them ti clean them they didn’t bring us towels they just brought us for our body nothing else. Only the location and the breakfast is good in this hotel nothing else.

Cozy single room, might need little repairs there and here, but overall was good, however can hear very well people in lobby, it was quite at night so it didn't disturb my sleep

The hotel has a great location- few minutes walk to Florenc Metro station and Bus Station. Bakery, Lidl, Starbucks coffee- nearby as well as some bars/ restaurants. 20 min walk to Charles bridge. Breakfasts were really good- everything fresh and there was a good choice of products. Service was really nice,friendly, room clean. We had a ventilator which helped on hot days. Noise from the street was really loud- but hey- this is almost city center (I recommend earplugs if this is a problem). Otherwise it was quite with window closed. I really liked my stay there.

We were there in oct'23 for our vacation. The hotel is at a very good location. Nice staff. We were extremely late for the train but they arranged for a last minute taxi. Reducing a star because they don't have AC and I was surprised later that most of the hotels in Prague don't.

It was very centrally located. The room was clean, the staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good. I'd choose to stay here again if I come back.

Stayed here for 5 nights on the 6th floor. Found it to be an overall mediocre stay. My room had an ok view over the block, it overlooked many other properties. The shower was ice or lava, no setting in between. The included soap leaves you body feel like it's been wrapped in plastic wrap. Hotel is in a good spot, being directly on a tram stop and a block from a large metro station. Lots of food options around including late night spots. Breakfast is ok, better than a lot of places but still leaves some room for improvements with options and food quality. Coffee was especially weak. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Elevator is tiny and feels unsafe but I'm sure it's fine.

Little bit old, tiny shower, no safe and air condition, only fan in the room. The sizeof the room is good. Very close to the bus station.

The staff was very rude and very unprofessional, they were mocking and disrespecting us and other customers constantly. We stayed there for 5 days and they didn’t change any towels even after we asked them to, some of us didn’t even have body towels, just hand towels. A friend had her phone stolen at the reception lobby ( in a 10 minute timeframe) and they were extremely apathetic about it, didn’t even check the lobby cameras. Maybe 1 person from the whole team of staff was able to communicate in english. In general, very poor service, the manager was nowhere to be found ( seen or be spoken to). The location is great, however, with the staff being so apathetic it could get a bit dangerous. To add after hotel’s reply : I can reassure you that our group ( 15 years old students) do not smoke, we ( the teachers) have been checking their rooms on a daily basis and not just once in a day. I’m sure you are aware that there was another group staying there, yet again, your hotel has been wrongfully complaining that everything was our fault. After the first night , since I didn’t want the students to be wrongfully charged again, we were staying up until 2:30-3:00 am so that we could have proof that our group was quiet and asleep during the hours that your staff was sure that we were causing noise. I personally was told on numerous occasions that the manager is busy and he cannot be called. As far as it concerns the stolen phone, you could have at least checked the camera on the same day. Also, fyi, recording minors it is strictly forbidden according to the EU GDPR guidelines.

We checked in with my bf last month, I really liked that the hotel provides umbrellas for guests, we just took it while it was raining. There were no towels in the room at check-in, Vladimir was very kind and brought them to us, told us where we could have dinner, it was good that we had time, because it was already late. The room was cozy, it was a pity that there was no air conditioning, but there was a fan, since it was very hot in Prague. The breakfasts were good. Price and quality meet the requirements. We'll be back!)

Hotel was perfect for our stay and the staff were so kind and helpful. It’s in a great location so everywhere is easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again,
