Sea World Prague is a very disappointing experience: overpriced, very small, outdated interior architecture and thus far away from being a beautiful experience. They do have exotic fish, hence still the second star. Some of them look really unhappy though. Should a shark really have a bend fin? Should the basin with the trigger fish really be so small? Shouldn't there be more places to hide for the fish within the tanks, etc. I would recommend to save the money, go to Prague zoo instead. The Indonesian jungle there is roughly the same size of the aquarium and also full of exotic animals.

No wonder living in a small place with pure deco and many inmates. Kids might just like the fact it is dark with shining objects and tv projections, but that is not what we came for. Some of the acvariums are placed in low level so kids can see it well. My son got the biggest impression from "the hand" appearing in the acvarium cleaning it.

It's not very big but there's a lot to see here, very nice and clean habitats. Worth the entrance fee in my opinion, which is a little on the high side for the size of the building. But it's very well planned out, while keeping in mind that the aquatic animals have enough space.

OK.... so I said I will buy one time ticket with card...nope the credit machine is not working.... ok..... so I bought the yearly online and they called me very rude saying thye need photo and extremely rude lady would not help me and didnt even let me know how to send it. Terrible customer service. Finally I gave up and just went with one time ticket and the aquarium is small, dark and with almost no english info.... fish are pretty cool but the conditions look quite bad. Max 30 minutes you can spend there... Honestly thank god I didnt buy the yearly one.

Very expensive. No changing room. The rest room pretty old and small. Everything was old and used. Information signs catastrophic - very very old. Some text you could not even read. And almost every sign just in Czech, no signs in English, German or Russian languages. We were really dissapointed. It is sad because you can see there lot of species of fishes, sharks, corals, etc.

Please please fix your Aiptasia problem, the marine tanks are overrun so are effectively torture chambers for the fish. Felt really bad for the puffer that had to exist lifeless in the corner from stress to avoid the stingers. The freshwater husbandry was much better except for the 4 Redtail catfish confined to the extremely small tank. Even my 11 son understood this was sad and spoke about it after we left.

Very small, just one circle, good for kids of a young age but most is what you would see in an aquatics store. Way too expensive for what it is, in my opinion, you are better off going to the zoo for the whole day which only was 250kc each than go here for 10 minutes which cost 620kc each. The zoo was fantastic.

Wir haben noch nach einem Erlebnis gesucht, da wir noch ein wenig mehr sehen wollten von Prag. Wegen der Hitze sind wir dann mit der Straßenbahn zu Mořský Svět gefahren. Die Halle haben wir gefunden. Ein kleiner, unscheinbarer Eingang. Fast 18 Euro pro Person (2 Erwachsene) hat der Eintritt umgerechnet gekostet. Familien, Schüler und Senioren bekommen Vergünstigung, wenn ich das vor Ort richtig gelesen habe. Auf zwei Ebenen finden sich Aquarien, die alle eine gewisse Pflege aufweisen. So manches Tierchen haben wir hier aber vergeblich gesucht, obwohl die angeschrieben waren. Seepferdchen haben wir nur eins gefunden. Die sollten aber nicht alleine gehalten werden. Vielleicht hatte sich eins noch versteckt... Die Muränen und Korallen waren schön und das große Becken im Eingangsbereich. Ein weiteres großes Becken mit einem einsamen Hai fand sich weiter hinten. Piranhas und Zitteraal haben wir hier auch gefunden. Seesterne, Seeigel und Kugelfisch fanden wir toll. Die Kids im Aquarium hatten Spaß auf einer interaktiven Illumination und sind auf den Böden rum gekrabbelt, um die Tiere in den unteren Aquarien zu sehen. Über Nemo und Dorie haben sie sich besonders gefreut. So mancher Aquarist kommt hier sicher auf seine Kosten. Die Treppen rauf befindet sich ein Zwischengeschoss mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und weiteren Aquarien, als Rundgang angelegt. Man kann hier kleine Souvenirs kaufen oder Snacks. Aber alles in allem ist der Eintritt wirklich teuer für einen Aufenthalt von 30 -45 Minuten. Aber Fische und Futter, Filteranlagen, Wasserwechsel, Personal usw. kosten auch Geld. Es ist halt kein Sealife.
