I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed there 2 weeks ago for 4 nights and the first night we checked in they put us on the first floor. The first floor rooms are essentially in the restaurant and next to the kitchen, so very loud. We immediately asked to move when they assigned us to this room and then they said the hotel was full. We decided to try it for one night and were woken up at 6am by other hotel guests eating and the kitchen staff cooking/cleaning. Again, we asked to move and this time they moved us. We really appreciated this and the next night was fine. The next day, we returned to the hotel for the evening and asked for a bottle of white wine - the woman handed us a bottle that she said was Sauvignon Blanc, but it was actually Cabernet. Not the end of the world, but white wine and red wine are not the same thing. When we got up to our room (around 1am), we looked up to the ceiling and it was COVERED in bugs. We were shocked because we never even opened a window once and the room was covered. Immediately we booked a new hotel for the next night and did the only thing we could think of - try to kill as many of the bugs as possible so we could get our things together to leave. We were killing bugs for more than an hour with the dead ones falling all over the bed. It was truly disgusting and one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had in our lives. In the morning, we explained this to hotel management as we asked to check out early given our awful experience. We only asked for a refund for the 1 night we wouldn't be staying there anymore due to the infestation of bugs and overall poor experience. The woman we spoke with, Katerina was nothing but rude and only credited us ~$30. We asked for the manager and she said she does not have to disclose this information to us since they are a private company. My best friend lives in Prague so even she contacted them to try and get in touch with a manager and they ghosted her as well. While we totally understand that our experience was very abnormal, poor management is what really upset us about our experience. My advice - do NOT stay here because if you need anything at all or if anything goes wrong, management is rude and has no interest in rectifying situations. Customer service is the most important thing in the hospitality industry and this hotel does not understand that.

This is one great boutique hotel in Prague with an exceptional location. Most tourist attractions are just 5-10 min walk from here and for those which are a little further away the tram station is really close by. This place is also closely located to several restaurant and bars. The room and bathroom size is quite big as compared to European standards. Not just that rooms are tastefully done they are also very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming which is a big plus given that in Chez it is not uncommon to find people who are carrying a stern look and appear to be cold. The breakfast spread is also quite nice. Overall a very nice place to board if you are in Prague for tourism.

Nicely renovated Hotel 🏨 in the historic 🏰 center of Prague. The Staff👥 was super friendly💙 and helpful🙏🏻. The interior🛋 of the whole hotel is beautiful! It has kind of modern feeling with sparks✨ of retro🪔 elements. Our Room number 511 was nice and cozy🧸. The room is on the top floor and it is very quiet🔉 - No disturbing noise from the street can be heard. The internal noise isolation is not so good📵. The breakfast🍳 has it’s standard👌🏻. The Coffee ☕️ is much better🤩 than in the other hotels (based on my experience). The location🗺 is top as it is close to all the major historical buildings⛲️ and bridges🌉 in Prague. The only thing what I would recommend to improve is the cleanliness🧼🧹 as the dust🌫 and few spider🕸 webs in the room shouldn’t be there☝🏻. Overall we were satisfied👍🏻 with our stay🙂.

Very pleased with our stay here. The front desk staff was helpful and the room was clean and spacious. The room also had real air conditioning (a mini split) and a mini fridge, both of which are often not found in many hotels at this price point in Europe. The included breakfast provided a nice variety of options.

Location was perfect - could walk to all major attractions, restaurants + tram stops nearby. Staff very friendly + helpful. On arriving at main entrance + facing a stairway, we were immediately advised to use the side door (receptionist came down to open it for us) which gave access to lift via a ramp - NO stairs involved! Breakfast selection was good - I didn't try the cooked breakfast. Breakfast started at 7.30, which was a bit late for us, so we made tea in our room and snacked on fruit + muesli bars if we were up early. Our 2nd floor room (Junior suite) was spacious and comfortable. Although it faced onto the street, the double windows were very effective sound-proofing and they could be opened for fresh air. I'd recommend requesting a room on 2nd floor or higher (5 floors) as some rooms on 1st floor (which is actually ground floor) could be noisy due to proximity to breakfast room, bar and reception Additional hangers were provided promptly when requested. Hot water in shower didn't seem to last very long (ran cold while 2nd person was showering). However, once we realised this, we reduced our shower time and no more problems. Limited storage for clothes (lots of open shelves but some were too high). Also limited space in bathroom for toiletries, but we used a shelf just outside the bathroom for our toiletry bags, so all was fine.

We spent three nights at the hotel during Christmas and had a great experience. The hotel is beautiful and the employees friendly and helpful. They also gave a little present to my boyfriend for his birthday. The location is very central, but still quiet.

This was a lovely hotel. It is very close to everything but on a quiet street. Many great dining options nearby. The rooms were very big and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had many choices. The staff was very nice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

What I loved- large room with an insane amount of storage/closets. Quiet and tucked away from rhe crowds. Easily walkable to the river, restaurants and pubs. Very firm bed and friendly concierge. What I didn't like: the pillows weren't much thicker than paper. I consistently woke up during the night in a fight to stay comfortable. I asked for additional pillows twice during our stay and was told they ran out. Immediately upon entering the front door, you will find 16 stairs. Not fun with luggage or after a long day on foot. The bathroom is large which is nice but the lighting is yellow which makes it impossible to put on makeup correctly. The shower has a wall but no door so the floor was flooded nearly every time we showered. Bottles of water were not provided which would have been a nice touch.

Really a lovely hotel. It's centrally located but not on a main road, so low noise from cars and people. Tram and metro stop can be reached within a few minutes of walk. Staff is friendly and helpful for any questions. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. We also loved the big bathroom.

Hotel is on good location, easy to walk to city center. I was staying in standard double room and room and bathroom was very small. Also, room service was not satisfying - they did not provide flippers, tooth brushes, did not fill washing liquids, did not change towels daily. Wi fi was not working in my room. Central AC was directly blowing in our face, so we were forced to turn it off at night. Breakfast quite normal.

PROS: convenient location Large, luxurious rooms SUPER clean rooms lots of counter space in the bathrooms so much closet space Super friendly staff. quiet CONS: AC wasn’t too powerful. We had it set to 18, but the room stayed warmer than that. There were some nights i was too hot to sleep. Pillows are EXTREMELY flat. i don’t know how to explain without seeming like i’m exaggerating. the pillows are pretty much just small duvets, that’s how flat they are if you order a room with two twin beds, the twin beds will be pushed together, so when someone on one bed moves, the person on the other bed will feel it. The water in the shower goes cold after about 30 minutes, which is not enough time for ladies with long hair to wash and condition, who need to shave, etc. The hotel offers a paid dropoff to the airport, and i was not happy with that service. The driver was very smelly, and he put the windows down, so the air was blowing his body stink right into my face. He also played loud angry music the entire ride, which felt unprofessional.

It’s just ok. The location and rain shower are fantastic. I paid extra for a deluxe room, which you would think be amazing! Unfortunately not the case. The room is clean. But all the deluxe rooms are on the first floor, which is extremely loud all the time. Which wasn’t what I was expecting when paying more. The breakfast was fine, but I didn’t have high expectations. There was one staff member who was great. The others not so much. I was screamed at in the morning when I was just trying to clarify something. The location is great but definitely not worth the money.

Wonderful and welcoming people, diverse and delicious food options in central Prague. Thank you all for the hospitality and making our first stay in CR a great one.

Our room is in first floor. So it directly see the street and homeless people. It was not comfortable. We did not open the curtains. However room was clean and nice. Location was perfect. It is 5 min to Charles Bridge. Service was good. People was so caring. Breakfast was nice. They were really helpful which was really nice.

This place is awesome! Front desk staff are so welcoming and helpful with whatever questions you might have. They helped us buy train tickets to Munich. The room was great and spacious. The maids were awesome. The breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect. The only con I had was the taxi service they use. The guy picking us up from the airport made us feel very rushed and not welcoming at all. We then were suppose to use the taxi for our returning flight home and our driver jo showed on us at 3:30Am. This caused us to try to find a Uber at that time which was hard and we barley made it to our flight on time. This was not the hotels fault just the taxi service they use.

Just when I thought holiday accommodation could not get any better, along comes MOODs Charles Bridge. Exceptional welcome by the friendly staff at reception. Large, comfortable room. Tasty breakfast. The concert we arranged through reception was exceptional. Will gladly stay at this hotel again.

Location It's a 5 mins walk from Charles Bridge & centrally located in the Old Town. You can get all your needs within the walking distance of this hotel. I visited all the restaurants, pharmacies, and even Malá Strana (Lesser Town) just walking from this hotel. Service Staffs were super helpful and handed us the tourist map. She explained thoroughly the must-visit places. The housekeeping was great and they keep everything neat and clean. Receptionists are always welcoming and helpful. They even helped us to book a taxi to the train station. Room Room size was adequate. It was bright and tidy. It has all the basic amenities. The only downside is the toilet glass wall was too small and caused water to splash to the outside causing the floor to be slippery. Breakfast Vast selection of food to be chosen from. The food and beverage quality was good.

Nice an renovated hotel, great location and service. We had an issue with the lack of a lot of hot water in the shower, and that we needed to wait in between people (to shower)

Great hotel. Very Modern throughout. Rooms are very large and clean. Bed was also very large and comfy. We didn't use hotels facilities or eat at the hotel, but staff were very friendly on check-in/out. Location is superb. You're in the city centre. Would highly recommend!

Excellent interaction with the reception team. Available and able to answer to our various questions. The room looks very good, better than in the pictures. I would recommend a more functional furniture (some drawers for instance).

Nice hotel, clean room. Location is amazing, you can walk everywhere. Big minus - no cafe in the hotel and also breakfast are very basic. Also, was surprised that there was no drinking water in the room. The price is high enough that they could afford to give a couple water bottles for free. Would reccomend to stay here when in Prague. But just don`t wait anything amazing.

We had high expectations about this hotel due to the beautiful images but after our visit I wouldn’t recommend it. We got a room from the first floor and the room itself was nice and big. The problem was that it was straight in front of the breakfast area so we woke up very early in the morning to the loud sound of dishes being washed/placed. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable so our necks were hurting. We luckily got a new room from the fifth floor for the last two nights. It was smaller but still nice looking though the air conditioner was so loud that we couldn’t keep it on during the night. Also the sound proofing wasn’t that good in there either so one morning we woke up to the sound of cleaning of the room next door. Breakfast was very small and not that tasty. The placements of the food were weird (for example butter was far away from the bread etc). The hotel was situated perfectly and the street was quiet so that was a huge plus. Service was good and helpful. Hopefully they do something to the sound proofing of the rooms and organize the breakfast to be more enjoyable experience.

Wonderful stay. First things first, the location is superb. It's centrally located for walking to just about everything you'd want to see in a guide book, while at the same time feeling delightfully private and hidden. Be advised though, that it's still central Old Town so Friday and Saturday has the usual rowdy crowd noises until the small hours - if you sleep with a window open. The room (Superior Double) was spacious, clean and well fitted out. We appreciated the simple, modern renovation and the bathroom looked fantastic. The walk-in shower was great but water pressure on the rain fall shower was very weak - we found we had to use the handheld attachment more than you'd want. Otherwise perfect room for our stay. The breakfast was very well stocked with pretty much everything you'd wish to have from a hotel breakfast buffet. It was attended well by the staff and everything seemed very fresh. The staff were all very friendly and always present and ready to help. The addition of a driver service to pick you up and take you back to the airport was very convenient. Although some may not wish to pay for this, we found it very good value for the service provided. Would stay again if ever we're in Prague.

The junior suite room is spacious, but the room feels empty, as if a small table and some chairs are missing. The bathroom looks very luxurious, but the water pressure isn’t enough for the big shower head. I had to use the hand shower to rinse out my shampoo because that wasn’t possible under the big shower. The front of the hotel doesn’t have the appearance I expect from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is OK and the staff is helpful. We were some what disappointed.

This hotel is exactly what it says on the website. Very spacious, large and nicely furnished rooms. Very very central location! (2-3 mins to Charles Bridge!) And last but not least, the super friendly staff: special thanks to Monika, who immediately provided a harder pillow in my room at my request. Here really no wish remained unfulfilled. This is how a hotel should be in the 21st century! Service level 100. Thanks, I'll be back soon! Michael
