Due
to
covid,
I
had
no
other
option
and
had
to
visit
this
watch
shop
to
repair
my
watch.
Nice
attitude
of
the
staff,
but
terrible
service.
I
was
advised
to
order
a
new
movement,
after
replacing
which
the
watch
still
did
not
work.
At
the
same
time,
the
battery
was
allegedly
replaced.
As
the
watch
still
did
not
work,
I
repeatedly
contacted
this
watch
shop
asking
for
a
repair
and
advice
on
what
to
do
about
it.
After
repeated
requests
for
a
fix,
I
was
always
told
that
the
watch
was
working,
that
there
was
nothing
wrong
with
the
movement
and
that
I
put
the
watch
to
a
magnet
to
stop
it
-
and
that
there
was
no
other
problem
with
it.
Every
time
my
watch
started
lagging
or
stopped
completely
I
kept
trying
and
every
time
the
same
answer:
"The
watch
is
fine."
In
the
end,
I
took
the
watch
to
the
Angelo
watch
shop
in
Chodov
(the
watch
shop
where
I
originally
bought
the
watch
and
which,
by
the
way,
I
highly
recommend)
and
within
an
hour
they
inspected
the
movement
and
measured
that
only
the
battery
was
dead.
In
an
hour
of
my
time
and
500
CZK,
the
problem
was
solved,
which
is
really
incredible
compared
to
what
Beny
watchmaking
has
been
showing
for
more
than
12
months.
PS:
I
wonder
if
they
even
put
a
new
movement
in
my
watch
that
I
paid
for
when
the
battery
obviously
wasn't
replaced...
I
definitely
recommend
any
other
watch
shop!!!
