Od doby zákroku mě z kliniky nikdo neviděl a nekontaktoval. Nikdo z kliniky neví jak operace proběhla a jak se mi daří/jestli žiju. Pamatuji si z materiálů, které jsem podepsala, že měly proběhnout další kontroly, ale asi se mám postarat sama a objednat se. Z kliniky mi nikdo nezavolal, aby zjistil jak se mi daří. Byla jsem jen číslo, které přišlo, zaplatilo, lehlo si na lehátko a odešlo. Výsledek operace je bezva. Zákaznická zkušenost se službou je chladná. Škoda.

If you want good service and respectful attitude AVOID this clinic. 4 days after the scheduled surgery nothing was done by the owner , manager or head manager of the clinic and we are going to fly back to Canada as it’s impossible to book last minute anywhere else.

I reached out to them requesting a consultation regarding a face lift on-line since I do not live in Czech Rep. and all I was told was to send my pictures in via email and that I'd be sent suggestions of dates for surgery... If they want to aspire to cater to international clientele one day they will certainly need to step up their game and customer service. Sestřičky mě každou chvíli kontrolovaly i pan doktor přišel zkouknut, jestli je vše v pořádku. Jídlo tu bylo výborný, velice jsem si tu pochutnala. No a co je nejdůležitější zákrok se vydařil, jsem maximálně spokojená s výsledkem. Ráda se na kliniku znovu vrátím, když budu zvažovat plastickou operaci.
