My Transportation Services provided a wonderful ride for our family group of six from our hotel in Prague to Munich, with a brief stop for a snack, a church visit, and a little shopping in Nuremberg. Russ was an excellent driver and a great conversationalist, giving us background about the comparative cultures of the Czech Republic and Germany, as we drove along the highway. He was very considerate about making sure we'd be able to find him and the van after our walk around the city center of Nuremberg. Russ then brought us safe and sound to our hotel in Munich, and unloaded all our luggage carefully. We really enjoyed ourselves, and we highly recommend Russ as a driver!

We used Best Trips for all our mother/daughter excursions from Prague and our transportation from train and to airport. They took us to Cesky Krumlov and Kutna Hora. Always early. Waited patiently when our train was late. Had water bottles and umbrella for us just in case... I recommend and trust this company as a female solo traveler. Our driver spoke excellent English, customized our trip based on what we were interested in. For example, we thought we needed more time in one place not knowing the area, but after we explained out preferences to the driver he suggested a different option which was absolutely perfect. We ended up with more time in our favorite place and just enough time in another less interesting place, while still getting great pics! He even hired a guide for us in Cesky Krumlov that was superb! Clean cars. You can comfortably ride in silence, enjoy the scenery or chat about local cultural curiosities. Will visit Czech again and will use Best Trips!! My husband and I used Best Trips for a transfer from Prague to Vienna with a stop in Cesky Krumlov. Ruslan was so helpful leading up to the transfer, even providing a helpful document on things to do in Prague and Vienna. He was on time the day of departure (and didn't bulk at our request to leave at 7:00 AM) and clearly explained the approximate driving times during our journey together. When we arrived in Cesky Krumlov he said to call him when we were ready to leave and allowed us to explore for about 3 hours with no pressure on timelines. We were so glad that we left Prague early because we were able to beat some of the crowds. We then headed on our way to Vienna and upon arriving, Ruslan had excellent recommendations for dinner at Naschmarkt. Best Trips made the stop in Cesky Krumlov possible (and the drive was very scenic) and we would most likely have skipped this stop if we had taken public transportation as it would have been too difficult to get there otherwise for a day trip given our tight schedule. The car was very comfortable and Ruslan even gave us a bottle of wine at the end of our journey, which we brought home to enjoy as a reminder of our wonderful time in Prague. Travelling as a family with two kids can be exhausting but I am very thankful that I came to know thru web search that there is this company Best Trips that offers a private transfer from one European country to another. My family and I had a great trip with Ruslan and Best trips on our ride from Prague to Vienna, with stops in Cesky Krumlov. It was actually one of the best days of our trip! Russ was a great guide--friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and he even gave us a bottle of champagne at the end of the trip! My father particularly enjoyed talking with Russ throughout the ride. We really loved both of our stops and would recommend both cities. I wanted to visit Cesky Krumlov for my girlfriend’s birthday leaving and returning to Prague in one day. We had a wonderful experience using Best Trips for a transfer from Prague to Dresden, and a day trip to Bohemian Switzerland National Park. Our driver Stanley was extremely accommodating, experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable about every area that we visited. He also was a very safe and competent driver, which after some of the harrowing taxi drives we've experienced, was a real plus. I was concerned about the comfort of the drive, since we had four adults and all our luggage, but the vehicle was very large and quite comfortable. We needed medicine for one of the people in our party when we got to Dresden, Stanley offered to drive us to a pharmacy without us even asking, which was extremely helpful since we were unfamiliar with the area. Let me start by saying that I have been in Prague for 3 months and this was definitely a highlight of my entire time here! My dad was visiting Prague for two days and I wanted to do a special day trip for him. This was BY FAR the best day trip I have done since I have been here. We were picked up right at where we were staying and had such a scenic ride to Hallstatt, stopping for a few pictures along the way. Our tour of Hallstatt was very informative and Nataly guided us around the fairytale town. We took amazing photos and made memories that we will have forever. We are glad that we decide to use transportation services from Best Trips for our family vacation in central Europe. There are 12 people traveling together for the vacation. Nataly, in particular, helped us to organize transportations for our 5 trips: Munich to Prague via Cesky Krumlov, Prague to Budapest via Bratislava, Budapest to Vienna, Vienna to Salzburg via Hallstatt, and Salzburg to Munich. For the remaining three trips, due to high season, we had to travel in two separate vans; this time Russ played important role in driving/organizing our trips. Russ, in the first van, was accompanied by Michael / Edgar in the second van. All of them were very nice and willing to give us more time/flexibility whenever possible. Overall, we had smooth journeys and we are really thankful to Best Trips and all its people for making our vacation memorable and hassle-free. Aside from one occasion that Russ was 25-mins late to pick us up due to Monday traffic, Best Trips were very punctual or on-time; they normally arrived at our hotels earlier from the appointment time. We did not have any problem communicating with Nataly or Russ via email, sms, or phone; and they responded promptly. For the payment, you can choose to pay by credit card or pay by cash to driver. Although traveling with Best Trips is more expensive than traveling by bus or train, it is worth every penny. For anyone who has extra transportation budget, we really recommend Best Trips for hassle-free door-to-door transportation in central Europe!

I recently visited Prague with my wife, 3 adult kids, and 92-year-old mother. We were looking for a private van service that could comfortably accommodate the 6 of us and also provide a little extra care for my mom. BT covered it all in style for our two day trips - one to Cesky Krumlov and one to Kasrlovy Vary. They even arranged for one-hour docent tours at no extra cost. We enjoyed Ruslan's companionship so much that we also booked our return trip to the airport with him, although we were sad to leave him and his wonderful city. Fabulous service!

Rusland was the perfect driver and tour guide for the 8 of us adults from Passau to Prague, stopping at Cheski Krumlov along the way! He arrived to meet us at our boat on time, was extremely helpful at getting us loaded and unloaded. He shared travel tips and information about sites along our journey. His large van was roomy enough to accommodate us and all our luggage, and he had a cold water ready for us upon pick up. We enjoyed our ride so much, we arranged for him to transport us from our apartment to the airport; the problem was we had two different departure times from our apartment, the first being at 4:30 in the morning! We are the group of tourist - friends from Russia and America were traveling from Hungary to Czech Republic. We had very enjoyable transportation from Budapest to Prague, in half of that way we had a stop at Bratislava for couple hours, which made our trip even better. The car was comfortable, communication with driver was great, he can speak Russian, English and Czech (maybe more languages). I really enjoyed my transfer from Prague to Vienna with a stop in Cesky Krumlov. Rus was a great guide/ driver, lots of knowledge, very good english, friendly and good recommendations on things to see and lunch venues. He was also made every effort to check in on comfort during the drive and stops along the way etc. Rus also helped me out with a private tour to Budapest at very short notice when another tour operator cancelled my trip. Without his help i would have missed out on seeing Budapest. Being a frequent and well seasoned traveller I cannot recommend Best Tours highly enough.
