I'm an American teaching in Prague for one month and had an urgent dental situation. I was a bit nervous about going to a dentist in a different country, and didn't know what to expect. I was greeted in English by my dentist, Patrick, who also helped me fill out the intake form. He listened to my concern, did an examination of the situation, offered a couple of options for how I could proceed, and was able to solve my problem on the spot. The office was immaculate, Patrick and the other dentist in the office were very friendly, both spoke English fluently, I was charged a very reasonable price (extremely inexpensive by US standards), and I left feeling quite happy with the visit and outcome. Also: I booked through the online form on their website, which alleviated my telephone anxiety. Very strongly recommend!

From the moment I made my appointment they were professional.They even called me a day before to confirm the appointment .The doctor and assistant are very friendly and they speak good English.I was quite impressed that we filled in the forms on an iPad and not on paper.Overall great experience and very good and detailed explanations.I would recommend any expats or Czechs to go there.

At the beginning I was very scared and nervous but all the staff is super friendly, the dentist is excellent, I didn't feel anything. I'm glad to found this place, I really recommend it. All of them speak English too well, so is a very good option for foreigners

Very professional dentists. Firstly, I was warmly welcomed by the owner - he is very kind. Secondly, I got a cavity removed by the dentist and she is very skilled, precise and transparent. They were both very helpful and, again, kind. I will stick with them and I would recommend to everyone, especially to foreigners who need to communicate in English.

After 28 years In this world and traveling around for the last 6 years 🌍 I can say this was the best dentist 🦷 experience of all my life. I felt so welcome since the moment I arrived to Laila Clinic. I always been a bit scared of dentists and unfortunately had several bad experiences but this service it's just another level. I wish In general more services where like this one. I felt like I was just visiting some old friends, people I can trust , feel safe and know that everything it's gonna work the best possible. Hard working people that love what they do, I feel like even if I'm In the other side of the world I just want to fly to Prague everytime I need to go to the dentist 🤣. I had some urgency to make an appointment, called so many dentist in Prague and many didn't talk good English and also all of them didn't had any time available for something so short notice. They immediately made 3 appointments for me , even on a Sunday, I never heard about a dentist open on a Sunday! I meet 4 people working there and everyone had an awesome English, explained me everything I need to know about how to take care about my teeth, it felt like I was having a course on dental hygiene haha 😂. Thanks once again forever grateful for all your time and help. I feel like I have the most perfect mouth in the world after your help.

An excellent experience with the main dentist at the clinic who treated your 4-year-old son. He was very patient, managed to establish cooperation, and repaired the teeth quickly despite my son's fear of the drill due to previous experience.

This clinic is great! Everyone is very professional and nice. I was on vacation coming from New York, and I had an emergency. They took care of me right away, and helped continue my lovely vacation in Prague. They got me an appointment on a very short notice. I was very pleased with all the staff. Since the staff was quite insistant about me leaving them a review, here we go: Let's start with the positive things: the whole staff is super English friendly which was highly appreciated as I don't speak much Czech. However, I never had such painful appointments at the dentist before (I had a general checkup and a cleaning divided in 2 sessions). I get that going to the dentist is not supposed to be the most pleasant experience but with a lot of reviews mentioning how "painless" the experience was, I must mention my painful experience. Last but not least, at the end of the first cleaning appointment, I was told that I would need to come once more to finish it, which was ok for me. I asked the lady at the reception to confirm that I wouldn't have to pay for the next appointment since the cleaning was still a work in progress, and she did confirm. To my surprise, when the second cleaning appointment was finished, I was asked to pay 1700 CZK once more because the cleaning is apparently charged based on the amount of sessions needed. I refused to pay because that was not the agreement from the week before. Maybe I missed something or maybe things work differently in Czech Republic but I think that Laila clinic should be more transparent on their prices and practices. I even checked the website and nowhere did I find the price that I paid for the cleaning.

Amazing experience. Dr. Yazji is a wonderful, professional, experienced specialist, and so are also his assistants and all other members of the clinic. I belong to those people, those are usually afraid of a dentist. But with Dr. Yazji I felt safe during the all procedure. I recommend him to everyone and looking forward to my next treatment. … I have been visiting the clinic quite frequently, and as Dr.Yazji isn’t there anymore, I got a chance to meet his colleague, another fantastic dentist, Dr. Hind. I can only repeat myself, great, super friendly, experienced specialist. I recommend her to everyone and looking forward to my next visit:)

A very nice medical appointment, with a very warm welcome of an english speaking team. And a dentist very patient and reassuring who really takes time to explain the cares he will perform and provide advice. I definitely recommend it.

The overall experience was great! All Laila Clinic personnel is speaking English, the visit started at a scheduled hour and the procedure itself was better than "painless". Doctor found something other dentist haven't and I am glad it happened. I felt very informed at all times and intuitively knew I found a right place with a real specialist in it!

Overall an excellent service, everyone in the clinic speaks English, so it is perfect for foreigners. They attended me in an emergency giving me an appointment and treatment immediately. They followed up until my treatment and problem was resolved. 100% recommend it 👌
