    Visit to the ENT today, a homeless man was sleeping in the waiting room. Then a doctor or a medical brother came out and asked us "What do I want". When I told him that my daughter's ear hurt, he sent us to the emergency room. Strongly unpleasant, even though we have been there a few times, never again. We went to Krč and got my daughter's ear pierced.

Doktor na mě letmo koukl a napsal recept na nějaké kapičky. Druhý den jsem byla (v jiné nemocnici) hospitalizována pro těžkou angínu, takže tak. Vřele NEDOPORUČUJI.

    I am delighted with the approach and care in the children's department. My son had an operation on his tonsils, there was a complication. The nurses and doctors were dedicated, patient, explained everything, and took excellent care. During an unexpected overnight stay, they went above and beyond their duties, came to introduce themselves when changing shifts, and were always nice. - even at night! Despite the unpleasant situation, I felt good in the department. Thank you!

CT examinations refused to give me, filled the waiting time until the last day and after half a year waiting for their clinic, where the visit lasts 5-10 minutes, as a busy father forgot what was half a year ago. 3.MUDr. Kana after 6 months (September 11) could not read from the first and last report what was going on, did not know why I was irradiated on CT, nor could he interpret the current state of health. Only on the second contact with him (21.11.) Wrote and explained the result of CT, but the reason why I was there 3.3.2017 was no longer. He even confessed to not knowing their waiting times for xy and had never seen their own website. :))) moron But very quickly updates consults, seminars, internships, international meetings of doctors and them and under the web. It fits him, not clients (non-doctors) 4.MUDr. Rath on ENT - March 2017: Forced me to go for CT imaging. I argued that I have many X-ray images. Druhý kontakt s lékařem co mi vysvětlil CT byl po 9 měsících. 2.Dávno jsem ztratil pointu proč jsem byl v ambulanci před 9 měsíci. Vyšetření CT mi odmítli vydat, čekací dobu vyplnily do posledního dne a po půl roce čekání na jejich poradnu, kde návštěva trvá 5-10 minut jsem jako zaměstnaný otec dávno zapomněl co bylo před půl rokem. 3.MUDr. Kaňa po 6 měsících(11.9.) nedokázal vyčíst z první a poslední zprávy o co šlo, nevěděl, proč jsem byl ozařován na CT, ani nedokázal interpretovat aktuální zdravotní stav. Teprve při druhém kontaktu s ním(21.11.) napsal a vysvětlil výsledek CT, ale důvod proč jsem tam 3.3.2017 byl už ne. Dokonce se přiznal, že neví jaké mají čekací lhůty na xy a nikdy neviděl jejich vlastní webové stránky. :))) debil Ale velice rychle aktualizuje konzilia, semináře, stáže, mezinárodní setkání lékařů i nich a pod na webu. To se hodí jemu, ne klientům(ne-lékařům) 4.MUDr. Ráthová na ORL - březen 2017: Nutila mě jít na CT snímkování. Argumentoval jsem, že RTG snímků mám mnoho. Na CT vyšetření(dům 20m od ORL) neumí to provést bez papírové žádanky v roce 2017. Konkurence, kam to mám blíže ano. - Když už je CT snímkování hotovo čekám od června 2017(je listopad 2017) na to co s tím snímkem. 2x mne odmítla v domluvený termín. - Nemapatuje si čekací doby v jejím zaměstnání. Slibovala, že objednání do jejich další xyz poradny je do měsíce(na webu má být do 3 týdnů), lež. Čekal jsem celkem 9 měsíců na 5minutovou návštěvu, kdy všichni zúčastnění po tak dlouhém čekání nevěděli o co jde. - nikdy prý neviděla webové stránky VFN ORL a VFN(čekací doby) - neřekla mi do dnes, proč jsem musel jít na CT. V Radio VFN. - při dalších třech náhodných návštěvách ORL VFN s krvácením, kdy byla jedním ze dvou sloužících lékařů mě odmítla ošetřit systémem ignorace. Čekal jsem (24.10.2017) od 11:40 do 14:10 a nic se nestalo, krvácení na podlahu přestalo. - pokud někoho s omezujícím problémem sluchu, oteklým patrem a dýchání nechá bez upozornění čekat měsíce-roky,tak je to opravdu špatný doktor. 5. ORL Pohotovost Odmítli mne ošetřit 7.7.2017 14:10-16:20, ž krvácím málo, a protože mám 194cm a 125kg tak jsem pro ně apriori podezřelý a zavolali na mne PČR, tak řekla, že tím, že sedím v čekárně, koukám do mobilu nedělám nic trestného a odjeli. 16.11.2017, MUDrc. Irena Jílková, po tom co mne přivezla RSZ a donesla mne prakticky až do ordinace s multi ORL kvácením, horečkou jako raketa, mne personál odmítl ošetřit. Personál se mnou komunikoval na vzdálenost 4-5 metrů a dával mi stupidní příkazy jako: - vykašlejte krev ať vidíme, že vám něco je(bolelo to strašně) - vemte si na stolku teploměr a změřte si teplotu(okolo bylo cizích 7 lidí a zima!) - neuposlechl jste naše příkazy=nespolupracujete a na 4-5m nevidíme, žádný urgentní problém. - Žádal jsem 20x s ukrutnými bolestmi v oteklém krku, ať mi dají potvrzení, že mne nošetří. Oni 20x odpověděli, že mne ošetří, až před nimi stisknu na telefonu všechna tlačíka a oni budou vidět, že je vypnutý a dám si ho do kapsy(kam se mi v sedu nevejde). Voe to je servis mobilů, ne pohotovost. Na takovou vzdálenost(polovina ordinace ke zdi čekárny skrz dvoje dveře) mohli vidět leda že má hlavu na krku. Ve FNKV kam jsem jel taxíkem tak jsem čekal 5 minut za 15-20 minut mi provedli testy jestli mám bakteriální nebo virovou infekci, elektrosondou zastavil krvácení z nosu, vytřeli mi jodem krk a do druhého dne byla velká úleva. 6. MUDr. Irena Jílková četla někomu do telefonu moji anamnézu, že to slyšeli všichni na chodbě, četali ji lidem co byli na chodbě(RSZ,PČR) a pak dala lidem co čekali na někoho u dveří(RSZ,PČR, MP??) několik listů z mé zdravotní karty. 7. Navíc tam neumí ztlumit topení a personál snižuje teplotu v čekárně tak, že otevře okna. Idioti. Zabitá sezona čekáním zbytečně, běžte do soukromého, pokud započítáte čekání, špínu, padající omítku VFN ORL a pod, tak to tam vyjde levněji.

    I went to the ENT with my son (2.5 years old) to have his tonsils removed. Unfortunately there were complications and we had to stay here for 2 nights. However, the approach of the staff was excellent, the doctors and nurses were very nice, helpful, and explained everything. They were patient with their son even though he was not fully cooperating. Thank you very much for the great care.

    I would like to thank you very much for the Christmas rescue. I was at the ENT emergency on Christmas Day with an earache that completely paralyzed me, and I could tolerate the pain after the caesarean section better. Although I waited a long time, the young doctor Körblová was nice and very careful even on a holiday, and I was very relieved. I certainly did not feel that she only superficially solved an acute problem with the fact that it was a holiday, the treatment was comprehensive and the doctor saved my Christmas Eve. It would be great if all emergency visits were like this. So I understand the wait. Thanks again ♡

    Na pohotovosti se synem se k nám všichni chovali velmi vstřícně. Paní doktorka Trnková byla velmi milá a empatická, takže pro syna byla prohlídka velmi bolestivého ucha vlastně příjemným zážitkem.

She started telling me that you don't go to the emergency room with something like that, you go when the ear is bleeding/inflamed. That this is (I quote) abuse of the emergency room (I wanted an examination to be sure before the holiday). So I turned around and left without an examination (including a fee of 90 CZK). It was my worst experience in a medical facility so far, both professionally and personally. Totally unacceptable behavior. As I see from the reviews, I am not the only one and I will write a complaint.

    I just praise the children's ENT department. I haven't experienced such a great attitude from everyone for a long time. The doctor and anesthesiologist explained everything, the nurses were willing and smiling, and not only them. The station nurses are often forgotten, and they were also great and helpful. The building is really scary and everyone deserves a more modern environment. But if we ever need a procedure again in the future, I will be happy to put my daughter in the hands of these wonderful and professional people.
