The rating goes to the children cardiology, we definitely didn't expect such a great service. We were running super late because we were stuck in a crazy traffic jam plus once we finally got there we went to the wrong building and I think I called the nurse like 3 times. They pushed our appointment and waited for us (past 6 pm), guided us to find them and took very good care of our son. Despite being this late, the appointment wasn't rushed and the doctor took time to explain everything in English for my husband who doesn't speak any Czech. If only all doctor appointments were like this. Thank you!

I had appointment at 11:20 and was received at 12:20 so 1 hour delay but the person that did the sonography of my neck was adorable and spoke some english, thanks a lot! 🙏

We are from the US and needed a negative PCR before going back home. There are many options for tourists that have tourist prices $$$$, but I did research beforehand and found this clinic. We had a great experience!! It took 3-4 hours to get the results back on a 24 hour test! We were so impressed! I feel the US could learn from these clinics! Everyone was polite and welcoming! I would strongly suggest using them for your PCR needs! 🥇

I am a patient of MUDr. Staňková. She speaks perfect English and is very empathic and friendly. Never have to wait long. Also the pharmacy was very competent.

Sadly I registered at this clinic when I moved to Prague and soon realised how awful and unprofessional the place is. 1) The nurse would shout at patients, 2) it was impossible to get through to my doctor because no one would pick the telephone, 3) no respect for appointments, first come first serve. It was so frustrating that when I got sick, I just avoided going there. It took me a year to find another clinic that would take me and I’ve never looked back and the difference is unbelievable. If you need colonoskopy, ask for Mudr. Ali. He is an absolute pro. I went without a pain shot, and it didn't hurt a bit. I was watching the whole process on monitor, and have to say Dr. Ali is super skillful. He uses just the right amout of gaz to blow your intestin so he can see, while it doesn't hurt, and he is fun to talk to.

Worst Lab that I have ever been to. First time we asked if they can give us blood type for baby they said yes. After taking 1 month old baby's blood for half an hour from her heel making her cry a lot. They called us the next day and said that it's not enough they need more. I said it's very unprofessional and whom I can speak about it and head nurse said that sorry we did it wrong and we cannot detect blood type from heel. I said then take from veins, no we cannot was the answer. Today we needed another blood test another shock for our little one, around 20 mins of crying. They try to fill in 4ml, ok but why the blood is everywhere but in tubes? Very unprofessional, never ever again.

The service is very terrible. I am pregnant and I went gastroenterologist MUDr. Krizova she was so unfriendly and acted that she is not interested on my case at all. Moreover, when she was inspecting my stomach she was pressing to my stomach so hard that it was painful I was start coughing and trying not to vomit, but she was keep pressing to my stomach, instead of stopping and asking am I ok. So, I had to remove her hands from my stomach to not vomit immediately in her table. Then, she started being rude and telling me to not touch her hands and fight with her. However, I explained her that I was not trying to fight I just simply wanted to her to stop, cause I was not able to tell her verbally. Because, I was trying not to vomit, but she didn’t care and kept arguing. I will never come back to this clinic and do not recommend you as well. I am really surprised to people who actually rate 5 stars to this clinic.

I called to get an appointment and asked if they speak english. I got replied in a very offensive manner. Not a good experience and they do not care obviously.

Went for my first jab (vaccine). The staff spoke English, answered all my questions and was very friendly, so it put my mind at ease. Thank you（＾_＾）

Called to the reception to make a reservation for a simple blood analysis, but when I asked the receptionist if she, by chance, spoke English, she hung up the call without even the dignity of a 'no'. I naturally tried to call immediately after, and no one picked up my call. So foreigners clearly aren't eligible for medical care in this clinic - a remarkable standard of quality by anyone's views. An unfortunate recurrence in many commercial places and institutions in the Czech Republic (and in Prague, of all places). One anticipates that if even the kindness of a conversation is not a feasible prospect, then surely this is reflective of the medical excellence or lack thereof to be found within. Be forewarned.

Worst experience ever. I had kidney infection and the doctor did not accepted me for consultation because I am not covid vaccinated yet. She did not even asked what are my complaints, just told me to write her email and closed the door in front of my nose after waiting there 30 min.
