I did a plasma lifting therapy in 2020 and it was the worst experience in my life, I am really disappointed with myself I did not bring a lawsuit for this clinic as they left me with what I would call for the lack of a better description 'grease points' on my face from where the needed entered. Which is the worst as it's permanent damage, it has never gone away. The plasma treatment never worked, I wonder if they even used my plasma accordingly and on top of these two things, the woman who did the application was sick, and while I was on the chair I believe she sneezed on my face - as I heard a sneeze sound and then I felt droplets all over my face (I head my eyes closed as the light was on my face and she was preparing to start the application/anesthesia already applied). A couple of days later I started to feel sick as well. Horrible, horrible experience, I do not recommend this clinic and I regret with all my heart not being inspired enough at that time to make a formal complaint to this clinic to the authorities and hire a lawyer for the permanent damaged they have caused.

I would like to recommend Dr. Alberto. I had a lip augmentation procedure, the doctor did everything neatly! I was satisfied with the result and will definitely visit him again.

I've made an appointment for the Ultherapy at this clinic and came extra to Prague for this therapy. Upon arrival to the clinic I waited about 30 minutes to be said that the therapy device was out of order. None of the personnel made even an effort to let me know about it before my appointment. Moreover, neither the receptionist nor the "doctor" were not really feeling guilty by just saying that was not their fault, but somebody's else. Very unprofessional and non customer oriented behavior! Even though they offered me a discount for any next therapy, I will not rely on their professionality for a good quality therapies, if they are even not capable to make up appointments.

I went originally to did a prp but the dermatologist recommend it me other teqnique for my specific case and so glad I did the perphilo instead, right away she did the procedure my skin was already more plumped and healthy, she was very gentle and I didnt got any bruising, I went out and my boyfriend didnt even notice I did something, just told me "wow your skin looks amazing" im so happy today in the morning my skin is like baby skin, is glowing to the gods! Ive been to this clinic twice for botox and am beyond satisfied with the service provided. Its easy to make appointments and they are very professional and the prices are very fair. I was especially happy with Dr pashovska from last time, ive been doing botox for 3 years and it was the best application ive had so far. I can definetely recommend this clinic
