I had an appointment with Dr. Bilkova here. She didn’t speak any english and she was extremely rude and insulting because I didn’t speak czech. If you dont know czech avoid this doctor and this place like the plague.

The male gynaecologist yelled at me for receiving “the wrong confirmation” and saying it was my fault for wasting 20 minutes of his time. I have never had such terrible experience at any doctor. He needs to learn to be polite rather than lashing out at patients.

Very bad experience at the dermatologist. I waited 2month for a appointment, the doctor had a quick look at me and told me I will receive my treatment via sms in few minutes. It's being one week since then and I still have no treatment, I emailed the receptionist lots of time asking to receive my treatment and she said is nothing they can do and offer me again a appointment in Septembre. When I send the last email that I'm not satisfied and is really bad customer experience I've being told to go to another clinic.

Having been registered there for almost 3 years, the GP who registered me was friendly, One day I had an incident whereby I was racially treated by one of the GP because they’re always 2 changing shifts I confronted her and she was very rude and unapologetic. This year I called there and they told me that I was deregistered because I didn’t have insurance for which I always had, I went there personally with my insurance and they told me I had to register again. But because of the their hospitality I decided not to registered there.

1. They reply promptly to emails. Not in a very professional manner though but I think it has to do more with the lack of the English language skills. Not all the receptionists speak English. 2. I missed an appointment and requested them to reschedule it and I was told that I'll have to wait for 20 days for a simple check!

The service seems good but this clinic does discrimination against foreigners. They charge 150 kc if the doctor speaks English and you pay an additional 300 kc for administration fee

Disgusting attitude towards clients. Rude staff. If you need anything from these people, prepare to interrogate them about all prerequisites you need to fulfill. Unless you pull the answers from them, they're not telling you what you require to receive documents from them

Quite impossible to comunicate with them. I called my general doctor...and she never answered me or called me back. I wrote an email and none answered me! I called the reception and the lady gave me a new telephone number of an another doctor but once i called her, she told me that i should have waited the day after (which is what i did, without resolving my problem)

I am a patient since approx 2 years now and have no bad experience. Receptionists are ver friendly and english speaking as well as all the doctors i have visited. Never got charged for english service, although i wouldnt mind based on my experience there.

I went to the clinic as a part of my medical check up for employment. I wrote an email to make an appointment (didn't want to call because my czech is not the best) and got a very quick reply. Receptionists at the clinic were friendly. I didn't wait too long to get to the doctor. And the doctor spoke English which was good)

Dr. Ilicova (dermato) is simply the best.

At first the scheduling was tough. Than when I called to reschedule the girls from reception were very helpful and did they best to find another slot. And Mrs Iličová was very professional.

The doctors in the practice are fine like doctor fundova. However with time the other doctors are getting worse and worse and somehow the staff is extremely unhelpful. You can call there for days and nobody will answer. I had accute angina (tonsilitis) and called them to let me come see the doctor, they refused and said to go the hospital as I need an appointment, when I asked when is the appointment they said in 3 days which is a joke as I needed help right away. I have been with them since 10 years but lately the practice became horrible so I cancelled my memebership. They are the worst - go somewhere else

Doctors in this place have ruined my health. I went to dermatologist Dr. Ilićova who put me on strong medicine used also in chemo. I had awful side effects which she neglected and pushed to continue treatment with lower dosage as by her, nothing would happen. She completely disregarded severness of side effects as to her beliefs they couldn't be that serious. I ended on ER week after I visited her for second time due to the drug. Until this day, it has been a year, I am still struggling with the effects which drug left on my body. As part of the treatment I had to visit gynecologist, she recommended her husband, dr. Ilić, who works in the same place. There is not enough space to describe that experience. Just to get the picture, girl who was before me at his ambulance exited in tears and I bled for 3 days after a check. Medical house as itself is ok, on a nice location. My advice, choose Czech doctors.
