I’ll advise you not to climb up to the castle by the stairs but to go around the castle passing by the gardens upper from the castle. We went downstairs by the stairs and the view was beautiful. It was much easier to go down then to go up by stairs of course. On this entrance is always overcrowded that’s why I advise you again to enter the castle from the upper gardens.

Walk up the Zámecké Schody Stairs (or Old Castle Stairs) to the top of the hill by the Wrestling Titans to get a grand view of Prague. The views are incredible and the walk up hill is well worth it.

Cool way to ascend or descend to the prague castle. Path can be slippery, so be careful! Views are amazing of the city.

Many stairs yet upstairs you get a wonderful over the city of Prague, so incredible the view and the weather was just perfect, 15 degrees

Be careful about the hit wine that is sold at the very beginning. I don't think it's real wine. Tasted super sweet but somehow wierd...

Great adventure to be there once again and exploring a lot more the beauty of ancient architecture and feels the vibe of old times how castle was connected to the river and old town square and breathtaking View of the entire city

Be careful if it is drizzling or foggy. Many, many, many stairs, and the decline continues at the bottom when stairs stop.

A very enchanting place overlooking the city. It is untouched. Visit this place during night, when very few people are there. Descending down from the castle via these stairs gives a very special feel.

We went up the stairs during the day, wasn’t too busy. Great views. We got out of the castle just as the sun was beginning to set and the view was soo beautiful. Definitely a must.

Lesser town is one of the nicest places in Prague. Way down from the castle to the old town is something's what can be done hundreds times.

Set of stairs that lead up to the castle. There is a cafe near the top with nice views of the city. The stairs are just stiars and there are sometime performers or buskers on the side. It actually wasn't super busy or crowded. There is an entrance to the castle at the top but there are lines since it requires going through security.
