The food was deliciously Indian. The sweet lassi was top notch - best we had so far in Europe. We ordered Chicken vindaloo and it was so hot and tasty - felt perfect in the cold weather of Prague. The hosts were very courteous and humble. It’s a relatively small restaurant and you may have to wait for 5-10min during peak hours. That says about the demand of the awesome menu of this restaurant.

Was expecting better quality for the price, chicken did not taste fresh, wasn’t tender enough. Samosas were way too oily. Chicken korma perhaps a tad bit too sweet. Mango lassi tasty, but again a bit way too sweet for my taste. Staff was polite, only negative is the food.

I had the Chicken Thali and a small Mango Lassi :)) really delicious and I love the energy of this restaurant!! Very clean, beautiful, very calming music, and delightful food! Plus the staff is very friendly and prices are really affordable. Definitely recommended!

I really love the location and atmosphere of the restaurant, Naan and Paneer Tikka Masala is also really authentic and good. But the terrible experience is with the "onion bhaji" which was only half baked & once when I complained about it, they recooked the same (the one in the table for me) and bought back to me with a "polite sorry", I like the way restaurant treated me but not the way they recooked the same food from my table.

The food is fantastic! The best Indian food I have eaten outside of India. All ingredients were fresh and super tasty. The restaurant is tiny, however, cozy and comfortable. The waitpersons were very friendly. They greatly helped since I'm not used to hot/spicy food. I would like to give 6 starts if possible. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I ordered the masala shrimp 🦐🍤 with rice 🍚. Simply perfect! The portion size is ideal, not too big or small, and the price is really fair! 💰 Also, the Masala Papad is amazing! I ordered twice! The lychee lemonade is good and not super sweet.🥤 As the place is tiny, booking a table as soon as possible is a good idea.

This is the BEST Indian food I have ever had in the EU. The first moment my mother and I walked in they were so welcoming. The service was excellent, very kind and helpful:). As you can see I failed to take perfect pictures of the starts and main plates because I couldn’t help myself but to dig!! For the starters we ordered Onion Bhaji, a platter of Tandoori chicken with bone in leg and thigh, chicken Tikka, and Chicken Malai Tikka, and Vegetable Pakora. My mother ordered Butter Chicken as her main dish and I ordered the Kathal Masala which is an extremely savory vegetarian dish that I tried for the first time today. The jackfruit in this dish provided a nice meaty texture😍 For our sides we ordered basmati rice, Mutter Pulao, Plain Naan, Garlic Naan, and Chilli Garlic Naan. Yes for two people we ordered a ton of food but I’m so glad we did because now we can enjoy this amazing food as a midnight craving or left overs for breakfast😊 Thank you so much, we really enjoyed your food so so much and your service was so kind and friendly. My mother and I come to Praha often and we will definitely be coming back!!

Mango lassi here us a must-try😋 also tasted probably the best briyani (chicken option but I think it doesn’t depend on the meat type). The smell of this place will bring you to a real Indian atmosphere

It's a nice restaurant, very kind people with good service. I took the lamb madras medium spicy with basmati rice. With as side dish naan and papadums with mint raita. When we got our meals, the first taste was amazing. It was really tasty and spicy enough for me to enjoy the meal! For the vegans under us. There is enough choice to eat here! Thank you for the great taste experience.

We ordered Chicken fenugreek and Paneer Zalfreai. Both dishes were super fresh and tasted delicious. Customer service was 10/10. Very polite and friendly staff. The only thing which we recommend at the restaurant too was the naans were very crunchy instead of being soft. Other than that it was perfect.

Great experience, between Christmas and New Year are office people on holidays so we were alone in the restaurant. A great advantage is the lunch menu over week, when you can taste excellent food for very affordable prices. We combine it with some good starters. Also the masala tea had good taste (but we are newbies, and was the first time to try :)). The service was kind and cared about us, they were not pushy as some staff in other restaurants. So 5 stars for this experience.

Highly recommend place if you’re craving Indian food. The food was delicious!! Their Garlic Naan was so good too. Everything we ordered from the chicken tikka Masala to the chala masala to the samosa were amazing. The prices are unbeatable.

If you want to have Indian brewed chai, then this is the right restaurant. 😀 I am glad I visited this restaurant twice for chai & snacks like samosas, onion bhaji. The server was also very professional. The ambiance is subtle and you get to hear Hindi instrumental music.😍

I just had the chicken fenugreek and it was one of the most tasty Indian meals I've ever had. I've eaten Indian meals all over the world. In India, Ireland, US and some of the best places in London. This is up there with the best if not better. The staff and owners were beautiful people and you could feel the love they have for their business and food.

As a Student, its very easy and inexpensive unlike many other Indian restaurants to get Indian food.. they have got very filling and well priced "Thalis", along with some other combinations as well.. perfect for afternoon lunch! The interior is really well kept, and has got a pleasant atmosphere. Moreover, its so close to the tram/metro stop of I.P Pavlova that its easy to arrive quickly and have a filling, healthy and super tasty lunch. They are also available on Bolt and other food delivery services, although I suggest visiting the place for a very pleasant experience. Really amazing for students! Keep it up💯💯

It was our first family holiday in Prague, so we wanted to enjoy sightseeing, nice place to stay and authentic food to spoil ourself. This way we found Masala Restaurant and could not be more happy! Professional and friendly staff with absolutelly delicious food is unbeatable combination. Next day our two sons wanted to eat here again. You can not have more honest answer about food quality & taste ! After two visits we will come again, big time!

Just found this new restaurant and so pleased I have. For me, the best Indian restaurant in Prague. Authentic dishes with real flavour. The Shrimp Biryani was perhaps the best I've ever had. The Lamb Madras was also excellent, spicy but full of taste. Nice people as well, good service. We also took our small dog (well behaved, in a bag) and the staff were very welcoming

Great location and pleasant staff. The restaurant has a peaceful terrace inside of the building block. When it comes to the menu, there is a lot of options. The food is delicious and comes in large portions.

Cozy place not far from city centre of Prague (super close to metro IP Pavlova). Very nice and friendly atmosphere with helpful lovely staff and of course, lovely food. If you're in love with Indian cuisine, this is the place you don't want to miss!
