Big
company:
terrible
service.
I
placed
a
large
order
online
for
delivery,
before
payment
I
realised
I
forgot
my
discount
code.
Impossible
to
go
back
and
add
it.
Didn't
pay
for
the
order
and
started
again
with
a
new
order
which
I
paid
for.
Paid
extra
for
specific
delivery
time.
On
the
day
of
delivery,
nothing
came.
No
communication
from
mall.
Checked
the
order
online,
and
they
changed
the
delivery
day
to
the
following
day.
No
apology,
no
offer
to
refund
the
charge
for
specific
delivery
time.
Then
they
sent
both
almost
identical
orders
(including
the
one
not
paid,
all
mixed
together).
Delivery
driver
unloaded
everything,
then
asked
for
payment
(for
the
order
I
never
completed).
Everything
had
to
be
sent
back,
both
orders
cancelled
and
now
I
have
to
wait
up
to
TWO
WEEKS
to
get
a
refund!!!
No
English
customer
service
line
and
the
Czech
one
makes
no
sense
(automated
messages
about
previous
orders).
For
such
a
big
company,
the
service
is
absolutely
rubbish.
Competitors
are
much
better
organised,
and
have
the
courtesy
to
inform
you
about
delays
in
delivery.
Will
look
for
another
supplier
for
the
items
I
ordered.
