It's
not
the
shop...
it
is
your
staff
who
puts
you
down!
Visited
today
the
second
time
this
month.
One
week
ago,
I
was
disappointed
with
one
lady
who
I
asked
for
one
item,
and
a
lady
pointed
her
finger
-"
It's
there,
that
direction."
When
I
ask
her
to
show
me
where
exactly
as
I
spend
some
time
in
'that
direction'
and
didn't
find
it
she
said
that
I
have
to
find
it...
later,
I
asked
another
woman,
and
she
saved
me.
She
showed
me
where
exactly
is
it.
(a
different
spot
than
the
first
one
was
pointing).
Today
visit
left
me
shocked.
When
I
was
on
the
cashier
and
the
lady
asked
me
if
I
wanted
to
buy
a
bag.
I
said
no,
thank
you.
I
am
happy
with
the
paper
one.
And
then
it's
start...
lady
is
probably
not
happy
to
give
a
bag
for
free.
She
start
mumbled
that
it's
only
here
in
Prague
you
don't
pay
the
paper
bag
so
we
as
customers
should
pay
anyway
as
in
all
other
country
you
pay.
And
how
she
doesn't
understand
why
it
is
for
free
here,
etc...
excuse
me?
Can
you
tell
me
which
primark
charge
for
the
paper
bag?
I
just
came
back
from
England
and
I
didn't
pay
for
the
bag
there...
As
far
as
I
remember
in
Germany,
I
didn't
pay
either
(but
it's
longer
since
I
visited
there
maybe
something
change?).
I
don't
know
why
I
should
even
listen
to
conversations
like
that...
If
the
bag
is
for
free,
the
cashier
should
accept
it.
Why
the
unnecessary
comments?!
