    The staff here are so rude and disrespectful. They refused to speak even basic English for the cashier position. And like to shout loudly at you to make you feel embarrassed. While they could speak in a soft and polite tone! But I understand because not everyone is well educated. Updates::: Do not use self-pay services! because the secret burglar alarm will not go off,especially in products such as jewelry, socks,accessories, and the security guards will treat you as if you were stealing something!!! Then you have to go back in and ask the cashier at the counter to unblock the contract for you again! there they will double check your bill again, that's even more of a waste of time. So that's reason enough.

    I don't know if the manager of this store or someone else with more authority is reading this review , but the staff at this store is horrible. I have never experienced this in any other store in my life! The staff and managers are unpleasant, unhelpful and inconsiderate, they will make a fool of you, chase you around the floors and shout you down some more. I have nothing to do with the fact that they employ Ukrainian speaking staff, but all employees including managers in this branch must go through training and should know the basics and rules of etiquette and behavior! NEVER AGAIN ! AND GIVEN SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS THEY SHOULD THINK ABOUT IT! THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

    Unbelievable... I was with my family in this shop. My wife and daughter were choosing clothes. I have a problem with my back and needed to sit. As there were no chairs I sat down on the side of some stairs. Someone from the staff came and asked me to stand up and to go. He called himself the boss of Zara Prague. I believe this short story speaks for itself. Unfriendly and unhuman....Not recommended....

    Worst Experience. The General Manager was disrespectful and was making fun of us as customers. I have never experienced a behavior like this by zara staff worldwide. This was exeptional. Could you please give me information on this member of staff so i can file an official complaint.

    Forget the poor reviews from some here. This Zara is like many we’ve been to in many countries. The policy everywhere re Zara is six items max in changing rooms, so don’t complain. Staff were busy but not rude. I think the poor raters on here thought they were back in the 1970s when there were many staff in all shops. There are idiots everywhere it seems.

    Literally the worst experience I've had in any store ever. A security guy assumed I'm stealing without any evidence and instead of just waiting for a moment before i leave and check me and my bag, he walked passed me and told me "not to do it if he was me, he saw some camera footage and he also knows there's more of us". I was alone and just trying to find a suit for my friend's wedding. He then told all the other security people who then just followed me around very very obviously. I got paranoid and super uncomfortable, never going there again, even though I like Zara in general. Extremely unprofessional, rude and worth getting fired from his job.

    i had really bed experience today with security person(younger guy at the main entrance). first of all i ofcourse didnt stole anything or beeping when i was leaving i only had my gym bag.i bought few things payed and put it in the bag.security guy for no reason stoped me to look at my bag, ofcourse i showed him the bills but he was so rude and unplesant that i really felt emberessed and felt like a criminal.never heppend to me something like that.than other guy came as well.i would like to say to managers of the store, that if security guys stop someone for no reason and start going through personal items they should be at least nice and polite because it really stressful and uncofortable situation for regular costumer.they at least need to be trained how to act!

    There was a big queue in the fitting room. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to wait. I just wanted to leave my clothes, the staff said that I should take it and hang it where I took it. I'm not sure it's comfortable and ok.

    Had to wait 20 minutes, because two girls in front of me were filling some stupid forms for discount and there was one saleswoman behind the cash desk. Next day I found I have COVID. Regarding the fact it's the store in the city center I must admit they want to save money in salaries in extreme way and visiting the store is not comfortable any more. Just buy stuff online.

    Rude absolutely uninterested personnel especially around fitting rooms. The limitation of 6 things per fitting. When I asked if I could leave extra pieces before entrance and then come back for them and exchange what I didn't like from the previous fitting, I was told I can't do that and all extra pieces will be redistributed back to the store. OK, I tried things I could (sweaters) somewhere in the middle of the store near the closest mirror and returned to fitting room with exactly 6 pieces. On the way back I was returning things I wasn't going to buy back to the girl and she was rudely telling me "give it to me one by one, I'm gonna count". This felt insulting as if before I could bring more than 6 things in. I do understand the rules against shoplifters but staff needs to get some communication lessons. Zara has good stuff this year but I think I'll stick to online shopping with them.

    The online pick-up point in the basement needs serious management supervision. I went to collect an item yesterday and the young man who was in charge was passive-aggressively rude. After scanning my barcode, he disappeared for a few minutes and when he reappeared (without my parcel!) ... he continued hanging new clothes for a good few minutes as if I wasn't there. After some time he came back to the pick-up point and ignored me completely while he proceeded to scan the barcodes of everybody else in the newly formed line. At that point I asked him why he wasn't dealing with my parcel and he replied that mine was upstairs (!?). So he made me wait another five minutes while he gave priority to all the people who came long after me and whose parcel was on the "right" floor. It is obvious that some people never learn even basic manners at home but you would think they would be given some basic customer service training at work. To sum up, avoid this place if you don't want to get agitated and waste your time.

    Zara in Prague is hell. Repeatedly sent dirty clothes or clothes in bad conditions. For example, the bag in the photo arrived dirty and without the chain that should have been included in the package. Also, when I received a notice with a QR code that I could pick up my order today in the store, the staff said "we can't find it, come back tomorrow". All in all, Zara in Prague is a total mess, and to be honest, I'm genuinely ashamed of it because other countries have it so much better than the Czech Republic.

    Women section top floor, the Asian-looking girl almost rips the clothes off of customer hands at fitting room. I went there after working hours, I havent had my best day in my life either but I was still kind. This kind of service is just disgusting. I told her that I know its hard but she can smile to customers, no single reaction. I hope she will have same kind of service on her day-off.

    Online pickup. Only half of the other has arrived and the shopping assistant couldn't retrieve it from the storage - come next day. Next day: He couldn't find it and he would just like that stop speaking with me and deal with somebody else in the queue. Until the manager came and simply bright (at least the half of) the order. Also for online pickup they have special counter. But there's usually nobody there. So you go to the main computer, queue the queue only to be told that he is indeed there and if not you have to wait or find him. But because is incapable you'll anyway wait for somebody from the "main" cashier to come. 🤦

    The staff is polite and trained but the attitude is terrible. It's fine there's a limit on items you can take into a fitting room but it's illogical and annoying than the rest of the clothes you spent time choosing can't wait for its turn next to the fitting room. They ask you to place it back in the store 🤷 Waste of customers' time and a poor business decision.

    A large Zara store with a variety of goods. It’s priced just slightly below what you would pay in France. The store is very well kept and modern, but there isn’t an abundance of staff. It’s located on the main strip beside a variety of other shopping centres, so if you don’t like what you have, you can simply go across the street and go look for something else.

    Terrible service. I go shopping 4 times a year, but I buy a lot at once for myself and the children. We chose 2 hours, collected a large pile of things. I asked if I could leave some things near the cash register for 15-20 minutes while I try on other things. I was told that no problem, leave it. But when I returned, I did not find the things, they were taken apart. I was upset, because I spent 2 hours trying on with 2 children. It's a shame that when I contacted the manager, he did not apologize and did not help me. The manager said that he didn’t care and it didn’t concern him ((Apparently the ZARA store is not for big purchases

    Tourist warning! At checkout, they asked my wife if she wanted to pay in local currency or foreign currency, then pushed foreign before she could decide. At a nice 13% “exchange rate!” Won’t be back ever!

    I bought a pair of moccasin shoes, after about a month wearing them they began to wear. The outsole of my shoes makes so much noise when i'm walking that it's impossible to wear them to work. For a pair of shoes with that price tag i would expect much highr quality.

    Organized store filled with customers a Wednesday afternoon(time of visit). Besides staff eagerly walking around organizing misplaced clothes, they have a great selection and you'll find clothes in multiple stories. The store is very clean and is brightly lit up.

    I don't recommend online pick up at all - waiting time is longer than if you bought something straight in the store. They gave me only two out of three items that were part on my already paid order and weren't able to help me or explain why the third wasn't there. I used the online chat later where they promised they would solve it. After two days, a new email came confirming that the third item finally arrived. So I went in the store again and was informed (after waiting a substantial amount of time) that they don't have it there. I was told to use the chat (which is available only in certain times and days), I couldn't even get my money back in the store. The system doesn't work and is chaotic and exhausting (they obviously don't employ enough staff and don't bother to give them sufficient training), buy stuff online elsewhere.

    Worst experience!! The stuff is rude disrespectful. I bought online and I went to return 4 clothes that did not fit me to the register and the girl gave me a bad look, she literally told me: "turn this blouse inside out", since one of them was on the wrong side, without asking me for a minimum of please. I demand it! as if I worked there!…. On another occasion one of them yelled at me because I didn't hang the clothes in the changing room and that is not my work neither! I have more bad experiences like that. The worst zara of my life, I will make a claim on the internal website.

    I don't even know how to rate the purchase. I bought a black jacket and blue jeans, they offered a package (paper). We went outside and it started to rain, the package got wet and stained the jeans!! (it's good that the jacket was black) :( I washed it twice and it didn't give any result. I threw money away!!

    Worst zara ever. I forgot my sunglasses in the cabin and returned to look for them in 10 mins. Staff just told me that they saw them while cleaning out the cabin but they haven’t picked them up so the sunglasses were stolen by someone. Great staff, great work!

    I just wanted to return something i got yesterday in same store. I waited in the line 25min downstairs and they told me I cannot return from this place and I have to go up stairs and dont need to wait in the line again, so i did. I start waiting next to the line in ‘return part’ as it was written on the board. After 20 long min she told me I have to wait in the line again and cannot wait in the place i was waiting for 20min, i got angry and showed the board that was written this is the line for return. However she didnt accept and I have to wait for 30min again in the line. Their behaviour was not acceptable at all, i felt like this happened to me because i was turist and it is not okay. She didn’t give her name but it was at 12.20, 28.12.2023
