Been in prague for 3 weeks, get followed in most shops as their security guards have never seen such a pretty black lady (that's what I'm telling myself 😉). The security guard was casually standing around not watching anyone, until I walked in so I took her on a tour of the shop then spoken to an unhelpful sales assistant then left. Its called racial profiling, whilst you're watching me someone else is taking advantage and stealing. Good luck with that!

As two teens travelling around Prague alone, the last thing we needed was someone watching over our shoulders at all times, which is what happened at this shop. We got so uncomfortable with the staffs staring that we decided to leave, when one of the men of staff triggered the shoplifting alarm and with a smile on his face told me to empty my pockets. When showed that we had nothing the man in dissatisfaction pointed out of the store. Overall terrible experience with staff and the selection is nothing to write home about. There are many better Sephora stores in the city, with much more helpful staff.

I know the staffs hate their job, I also understand they won’t stick as sale person the whole life, but at least they need to show some respect and class, customer service is horrible and they really don’t care even their job. I would never go to that brunch.

Very arrogant staff, no one asked me for help and I had to literally search for any assistant (though there were not many people inside). Then when I finally found assistant she was not nice to me and did not provide me with necessary advise that I asked for. After she showed me the product that I wanted, I said that I'm ready to buy it but she just left...so I could not take it myself cause it was inside shelve. And again no one came to me till I asked another assistant to give me the product. Please provide your staff with some training on how they should treat customers..this is unacceptable and harms the image of Sephora brand. Not the first time I face unprofessional staff in Sephora shops. Thanks

Awful service. Went to this shop today, when asked a worker for advise about brown mascara, he asked me to show my pockets in a very rude way, because he thought I stole a TESTER of a 10$ low quality blue mascara. When I told that it is not an appropriate service for such a place, he replied that I need to speak Czech because he doesn’t understand any other languages. As an owner of black bonus card and a regular customer, am very disappointed and will not go to this shop ever again.

I had a terrible experience here with an aggressive security guard, and received no help from the store manager (despite other staff coming over to apologize to me). Will never return here.

My first time at Sephora. The staff didn’t ask me if I need help which was strange but the cashier was very nice to me. Comparing to my second experience at Sephora Palladium this was great. I got free samples as well.

It is lovely that there is personnel to help but please wait till someone wants help, invasive staff makes people to leave the shop as soon as I come in. Also when a person does want help from the staff, most of them talk down to customers and are not very pleasant.

I was in this shop today I bought cosmetics benefit, a friendly girl came up and said that now there is a discount on the entire assortment. When I asked for help to find the right color, one unfriendly person helped, and at the checkout she sold me the product at full price, although the store had a discount for the entire assortment, as they said and wrote

Horrible service. Did not receive a receipt but didn't notice until I stepped out. Then noticed my change looked like less than what I was supposed to get. I walked back in and asked for a receipt. Got 3 different employees roll their eyes at me. Finally got a receipt printed for me and I looked at it. I was short on change-about three euros worth. I asked for the rest of my change and the manager rudely told me that there is no way I could prove that. My friend asked them to see their survellience video and they said no. The security guard walked up to the counter as if he was about to kick us out of the store. We left and my friend noticed she was about two euros worth short as well. We didn't go back after that fiasco but if they are pocketing one or two euros here and there all day long they are thieves.

Totally unprofessional. Although there were two sellers, one was lost in unnecessary and endless explanations to a buyer and the other was agitating aimlessly, although there were other customers who wanted information. TO AVOID! There are many Sephora in Prague, where the sellers are nice, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

Small and crowded place, you can barely move with all the employes stocking up the shelfs with big boxes laying around. The security guard and the cleaning lady were really nice and smiling to us, while the lady on the counter was angry looking and unprofessional, very bad at english or should I say did not even speak, did not even offer a bag. There are better Sephoras in Prague, I prefered the one in Atrium Flora for example.

Very bad selection for a sephora, tester shades completely empty or dried out, whole product lines sold out, while others were sorted in a mess. so it could very well happen that one would swatch a shade, intend to buy it, and end up with a completely different shade which I fortunately escaped. For someone in a rush an utter nightmare. Still, I could find what I was looking, for although it was a big hassle. With better organization I would shop there again but as it is now I doubt I would find it at all enjoyable.

Very rude staff. I asked one worker if all the products on the shelves are the ones left, the staff then looked at me and said ”i’m busy, alright?” then eye rolled me. It was a yes or no question. Not helpful and not a lot of staff inside. I wont ever come back here.
