I go there to get batch brew and i must say they never disappointed me. I never had anything made with espresso so i can say anything on that, but filtr is delicious here. It's also close where i live and I am so glad Dejvice finally have good coffe shop with tasty and quality coffe. I recommend this place to everyone who loves good coffe.

I forgot to ask for a receipt, which is my mistake of course, but i asked 2min after second receipt (also mine) was printed.. i understand it's almost closing time (17.34), but saying "i'm sorry i don't have time to look for it" is kinda rude. If the cashier threw that receipt away, i would understand, but she pulled the smallest stack of receipts saying that.. if you clip it to a stack, it should probably be on the top.. also checking the time isn't that much time consuming, but okay i guess. There was one more customer, which was still deciding, so she might've felt pressured, otherwise i don't really understand this situation. **edit Customer service changed to 4 stars, since someone reached out to me, sent me the receipt, apologized and explained the situation.
