Все доступно, понятно, через медсестру, которая помогла с переводом, я получила полную и компетентную информацию о своей проблеме. Доктор внимательный и опытный. Никаких претензий нет. Визит к ортопеду также оставил хорошее впечатление. Проблема болей в коленном суставе много лет, состояние после операции, до этого имела опыт общения с разными докторами в Украине. В разных клиниках, государственных и частных, за разные деньги. Доктор ортопед в этой клинике провел осмотр, задал вопросы, изучил послеоперационное заключение (медсестра сделала перевод с украинского языка на чешский), дал назначения и рекомендации. Да, доктора тут не станут с вами говорить о жизни и шутить, все лаконично и кратко, но важен результат и правильное лечение. Хочу отметить, что персонал клиники работает слаженно. Медсестры всегда были собраны и внимательны, в полной мере обеспечивая комфортное прохождение обследования. При этом мы понимаем, что найти в Праге русскоговорящих специалистов докторов не просто, в этой же клинике обеспечивается возможность получения медицинской помощи тем пациентам, кто не владеет чешским языком. И попасть на прием можно достаточно быстро, не через месяц… два… как бывает в других местах. Конечно, всегда найдутся предвзятые и требовательные пациенты, которым всегда не угодишь, видимо не сильно болит, раз пишут о своих негативных впечатлениях. Это клиника, а не шоу-рум! Тут не должно что то нравится, тут важно получить квалифицированную медицинскую помощь! И слава Богу, что такая в Праге есть! Желаю всем здоровья!
