Beautiful space but unprofessional and disrespectful when it comes to following a client's scheduled appointment. I came there on time and I was told to wait for 15 minutes for a minor skin procedure supposedly at 18:45. After 15 minutes have passed, they took another lady in who was there ahead of me (she was more likely made to wait for her appointment as well). The doctor finally accommodated me at 19:30 but I was told that he wouldn't be able to do everything and 'suggested to me to arrange another appointment and come back another time' to finish the rest because the clinic was closing at 20:00. He said that 'he couldn't do everything as it would require him at least 30 minutes for anesthesia injection alone' to cover the whole surface in question (well, you had me wait for 45 minutes which would've been enough to cover the whole treatment, eh?). He appeared to be in a hurry but tried to discuss the key info I needed to know. I did ask questions though I felt a lil uncomfortable due to the limited time left that it made me accept the half-baked job as I personally need to get it done. In my opinion, the whole experience was totally unacceptable for a clinic that markets itself as a top class. That appointment was scheduled carefully and deliberately planned to accommodate other errands and responsibilities at hand, and I received no apology for the said waiting time. Addendum: This clinic reached out several times ASKING ME to take down my review in exchange of a gift card (there was actually an existing terrible review before I wrote mine talking about a dissatisfaction of the service rendered in this clinic that's now removed, probably the other person got pressured and took the bait of this dubious clinic). --- In response to their feedback: The nerve TO LIE - to set the record straight, I didn't receive the whole TREATMENT of the said procedure. The doctor himself told me that he 'COULN'T DO EVERYTHING' because the clinic was CLOSING AT 20:00 (not 21:00). Stop lying, please. Just to make it clear, I DIDN'T AGREE to accept ANY gift card because I had NO plan whatsoever to remove my review in exchange for it in the first place. And "IF" (a big IF) I accepted a gift card as YOU claim, please tell us when, where, and show PROOF. Just WOW. I didn't give you any verbal or written agreement for a free gift card. Bottom line is you were trying to buy me to get my review removed. This is definitely NOT a concocted review. For what? Utterly ridiculous. Why would I make things up just for the purpose of writing a review? Will I get rich sharing MY REAL experience at your clinic? Just because you DIDN'T GET what you want from me to REMOVE this particular review and NOW you try to lie through your teeth. I SEE YOUR TRUE COLORS SHINING THROUGH. LA LA LA 🎼

I had some concerns about the customer service but I was pleasantly surprised when the owner personally reached out to me. Not only did they address my concerns, but they also offered me a free treatment and treated me very well during my visit. I appreciate the effort they made to improve their customer service and ensure my satisfaction. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend the esthetic clinic to anyone looking for quality treatments and attentive service.

I had HydraFacial and laser treatments and frankly, I didn't see any changes, even my bf told me this. Once I raised this issue and i found even owner became offended instead of being professional and customer oriented. Apparently they try to be modern and professional but I didn't see this when you have an actual issue.

Nice location, nice interior but thats pretty much it :( I ordered myself for Emerald treatment. I got email saying I need to have body check before I can start the treatment. Body check was that for about 30 minutes woman was asking me about my food, how do I workout and then she told me how I should eat. Then I step on body weight without having anything in my hands and then on her laptop I saw some information about my body like body fat, water and muscles. Not even layout of the fat in my body. Then I was told that my body fat is way behind any limit and the solution is only to start just eat differently. Girls in reception have no idea about prices and processes. They have to call somebody when you ask them something. I ended up paying 800czk for this body check which in my opinion can not be right based on the results. Even tho I said I have 10% discount from IG message from the clinic I can not find on their website price for this "body check". For me it was just waste of time and money.

What an amazing place! I had the best experience. I had ultherapy in January and botox and already seeing the great results such as significant lifting effect, fine jawline etc. Staff is professional and caring, doctor is very attentive.

Really nice clinic with nice personal. Everyone was really professional from the receptionist to the doctor. The treatment was performed amazingly and the result is the same.(big thanks to Dr. Sýkorová and the nurse). P.S. If you don't cry during the procedure they give you a lollipop at the end...and guess what, i have one :)

I visit Prague quite often and always like to visit a beauty clinic for a facial. Aether Aesthetic and Beauty Clinic is my favorite. The clinic is housed in the most amazing building in the city centre and the clinic itself is looking like entering an oasis of calm. The staff are all very professional and pleasant. They have all the up to date equipment to offer a wide range of beauty treatment. I am booking in again for my next visit! I highly recommend this clinic.

It's a gorgeous and ultra modern place, they offer variety of beauty treatments and amazing spa. I had injections to my chin done and I am so happy with the outcome, the doctor was very professional. I also went for a massage the other day and it was trully incredible experience, so relaxing! I highly recommend, they have so many interesting treatments to chose from, I think the only ones in Prague. The location is great as well, right in the center.

I was in this clinic just once but definitely plan to come back. I did hydrofacial and biorevitalization. The cosmetologist was late, but she was sorry sincerely about that, and this “accident” did not impact the quality of the procedure in any way. Moreover, it is the first time I can see a long-lasting result from hydrofacial (especially in terms of blackheads). She also gave me a mini version of a serum as a gift that helped my skin a lot. The aesthetic doctor was very brief with the consultation but she covered the main points and answered all of my questions anyway. A nurse was helping her during the procedure and was giving me some recommendations as well. I would love to come back to this clinic, especially to the professionals that I met that day.

Aether clinic is the only beauty institute you need in Prague. The place is Gorgeous, modern, clean. They offer the best services and are super friendly. They also speak English very well. I highly recommend.

My 4th visit for hair laser removal (Brazilian and armpits) and I have to say the doctor makes this experience so much nicer than it could even be. Her knowledge of this procedure is incredible, and I 100% recommend you to go Aether for hair laser removal.

I was planning to get a CO2 face laser treatment and also laser hair removal procedures after face laser. Unfortunately, was quite disappointed with very rude and unprofessional doctor Olha Sydoriak. When I went for a consultation with her, as soon as I entered room she said something rude in Russian and I understand Russian. I was very shocked of her attitude. And on top of that I am paying for 10minutes consultation time with her. Definitely, would not trust my skin with these kind of rude and uncaring doctors. However, the reception lady Anastasiya was super nice and helpful!

Finally found a beauty heaven! Great location, very clean :) Everyone is super professional. The doctor I had was very knowledged about skin & different treatments for what will work best for me. Even took the time to write me a personal email on some products to use to make my skin even better. Will be visiting very soon & again for future facial maintenance.

This is an update to your answer: 1. I do not deal with post pigmentation but unreversible damage / scars then I originally came with which is confirmed by dermatologist, doctor and also by your doctor!!! - that is why you offer the extra treatment. 2. Don’t lie because I did pick up the ointments I got prescribed, and if I didn’t come myself after 10 days, no one from clinic would have bothered to check up on me or let me know whatever I need to do. 3. Considering law suite is my private right, and you should not take any steps further unless you are notified such as with layer. 4. You cancelled appointment without notifying me. You didn’t even bother. 5. Your offer as plasma treatment is rather joke compering to what you have done! Stop lying because it’s pretty clear what you care about is money, not costumer. Unprofessional, doesn’t want to take responsibility for what they have done, unpleasant a arrogant costumer manager and doctor. They messed up first laser procedure, where the doctor burnt into my skin more scars then I originally wanted to get a rid of on arms and décolletage. They came up with some plan afterwards with plasma and laser. I underwent of plasma, however requested not to do laser again as I feel they don’t know what they are doing with it. They didn’t inform me about cancelling my appointment simply because I requested some forms I filled for my layer. One plasma treatment is more of a joke for physical and also psychological damage they created as I am able to wear only long sleeve now. They also blame me for nonsense such as not picking up the medicine, which no one informed me about or not cooperating. They don’t know what to make up against the client. This is my second review as I deleted fist one, somehow I believed somehow, they will fix what they created at first place. Eventually they don’t and have no respect to client at all. Just go somewhere else but I believed someone has written that already.

I have been a long term client in this clinic, did a number of facials and was always satisfied. However last time I did a non-ablative laser procedure for skin rejuvenation which left grids from the laser all over my face. It has been 4,5 months and the grids are still there. They performed as a courtesy an IPL and a PRP procedure at the clinic to resolve the issue, but it had no effect. I was told to wait another 6 months to see an improvement. I don’t think a procedure like this should be performed without any prior preparation and advertised as non invasive if it leaves such marks/scars. I do hope these grids go away eventually, but I am starting to loose hope. I won’t go back to this establishment, as I don’t trust the expertise of the doctors there, nor I would recommend it to any of my friends any longer.

At Aether Clinic I did a laser IPL procedure to remove pigmentation from the skin of the face. I couldn’t believe it, but my pigmented spots were gone by 90% after the first procedure. This is an amazing result! Very friendly and professional staff, latest equipment, pleasant atmosphere! I recommend with all my heart!

I am totally satisfied by the service, everything is great. I’ve already had two hair mesotherapy, the doctor is nice. Firstly, we had a consultation, where discussed the situation. Then, the doctor explained the details about the procedure. I have a high sensitivity, and the procedure is a bit painful for me. But during the second time the doctor found a way to cool my head, so it was much less painful, so I’m grateful to her for such a personal approach. They also gave me candies:))

Very good doctors, clinic, and overall staff. My experience in this clinic is amazing and my skin look amazing.
