No commentary in small bus and only music.no signs by bus stops. Longer time to wait for another bus.staff was rude and non cooperative. They don't give office address to complaint. Very unprofessional company. They told bus after every 15 minutes but actually it comes after 30-45 minutes late. Stop no.3 after cruising bus came 55 minutes late we were 8 people standing in hot sun and they told traffic jam I was 3 days in Prague and didn't see traffic any jam it's excuse. Stop no.5 walk for 30 minutes in hill for attraction there are lots of spots nearby to have stop . No sanitization in bus, staff doesn't wear mask in bus. Don't use this company.

24h Ticket & Boat Ride went well for us. Audio Guide has lots of flaws (checked German & English). i.e. what are "one thousand twelve hundred graves" of the jewish cemetary? Bus stops are best found by using the website, pick the line color and have it guide you to the pick up location.

I'd give it 0 if I could. This is NOT the tour for anyone. More like a scam. Still trying to find the boat ride. Bought a2 day pass and I'm really pissed. Try another tour. Any other tour would be better than this!

"Hopping on" the buses is VERY difficult, the buses come at irregular times and sometimes drive by the station. The stations themselves are VERY hard to find, there's no stop sign or anything. If you don't plan to get off the bus, I would recommend buying this trip. You learn a little bit about Prague, mostly superficial things, not worth its money for the audio guide, but still something. And you get to see a panorama view without going up the hill yourself.

Taking any trip by car or bus around Prague is, by definition, pretty uncomfortable by virtue of the cobbled-stone streets. This company busses raced from stop to stop so your bones were rattled by the time you got off. The audio did not work on many of the seats. The commentary was a monotone voice, the product of a text to speech app. This says that the company are very lazy about their tour narrative and do not maintain their busses properly. The boat trip that was included consisted of a dingy old barge travelling upstream for a distance that we later covered in a 20 minute walk. You will definitely see more on this rather nice boardwalk styled walk. The boat trip on its own cost €12 per person for a 50 minute trip over about 1.5 Km of the river; this was a total rip-off. The bus + boat cost €36 for a 24 hour pass. This company need to improve their game. I suppose they rely on the customer being a once off and regardless of their experience they are unlikely to use this service again anyway. My advice is try a different company or better still simply walk around the city as pretty much everything is within a 40 min walk and Google will tell you all you need to know anyway.

We were charged too much at the Tourist Misinformation office in Prague for the 24 HR pass for Hop on Hop off buses. When we reached Wenceslas Square, we spoke to 4 different people with the red Hop on Hop off umbrellas and were bounced around the square by these reps. What fun they must have had using us as a human pinball machine. These people are only interested in selling you tickets and will misinform you so avoid like the plague. Anyway, the bus finally came we boarded the green line, and stating we wanted to go to the Castle. Got off the bus when advised to wait for red line bus that never came because it did not stop there. Gave up on castle that day and stayed in the Old Town Square. Waiting for a bus back to Wenceslas square we were asked by a very polite rep if she could see our tickets, that clearly said Hop on Hop Off but neglected to tell us the service had finished fur the day already. We waited 20 mins, consulted the timetable and realised we were waiting for another bus that would not turn up. However, the following day we were daft enough to try again but our efforts were rewarded by a lovely young man who was very informative and helpful. Not worth the 1664 krowns we paid. Easier, cheaper and less stressful to walk everywhere.

Don't waste your money- the buses never stop at the stops to get off. They all drive like crazy people and the times are never accurate. Very awful experience and won't ever use again!!

Waste of money. Bus takes you through the new commercial part of town on green line past station etc. We had to change buses at a hotel to get red bus to Castle district. 35 minutes between buses on red route so long wait in sun. On the green bus, we got a seat on the bus but at the following stops many turned away as not enough seats so had to wait for next bus. I would recommend just getting a local bus to Castle district for less than$2. Because hope on hop off buses were busy we were reluctant to get off, except to change lines and to see the castle. Water of money

The two stars are for (1) stops / coverage of the city tour, (2) helpfulness of the ticket seller at the booth in front of the Powder Gate. The remaining is just disappointing. Some buses are okay (clear window glasses, clean, decent for touring), some buses are just not for hop on hop off (too small, dark window tint). The assistants on the bus are hopeless. Not friendly and helpful. When we hopped off the bus to get on the boat cruise at 3pm, they didnt bother to tell us in advance that we might have missed it so we got there seeing the cruise leaving us.

Several companies offer bus tours in the town square but our hotel recommended this company, it looked like a good deal, two long lines with a boat trip. What a disappointment! The buses are small and usually full, you think you can hop on and off but you can wait for an hour for a vacant bus. The buses are old and some of the translation systems don't work. The boat was located far from the center, we left the boat first because we were in a hurry but we saw the bus leaving the station empty and had to walk back to the center. The guides are all teenagers with a teenager attitude. When we came back to the office after a few hours (we bought a 48 hour tour) and asked to give the tickets back the clerk was indifferent and refused to take the tickets or let us speak to the manager. Don't listen to your hotel staff! take one of the companies in the square with large new buses and better service.

Biggest fraud I ever was victim for. Way to expensive for what it is. We also wanted to do the blue tour. However the person told us we should have a reservation. And the reservation should have been taken when we payed for the tickets. Guess what. It didn't. The seller did not say anything about the fact that we ned to have a reservation. He told us that was a third one. When we wanted to do the blue one we just can go to the Station one, show our tickets and hop on. Maybe a problem of language barrier. But how can you emploi tourist agens not even capable of talking or understanding english?

The shuttles don't arrive on time. The English guide on the buses are auto generated computer voice, and the background music makes it harder to understand. The Cruise tour is almost always full or very crowdy. Shortly they are overloaded. Instead you can take the small train on the square.

If there is 0 star, I would give it to this hop on/off. It's like a scam. The bus is small, not possible for sight seeing. The route doesn't go by the sights any ways. You have to walk, sometimes quite a distance. It's not really hop on and off as mostly likely you would get one chance of on and off and your day is over. It's absolutely the worst. Avoid. Wish I had read the review before purchasing the ticket. You would be much better off just go with hired tours or even free walking tours.

Avoid doing hop on hop off at Prague at all cost. Have been waiting over one hour at the central station stop when the green line should come by every 15 minutes. Audio quality is horrible and monotone. Called to ask for an update and was lied to about when the bus will pass.

The only positive thing I can mention about the service is the fact that the bus turned up and was fairly reliable. Other than that, I was disappointed. We paid 1600 Kc (~£56) for a glorified taxi service up to Prague Castle and back! There was no commentary or ‘tour’ whatsoever! The lady on the bus just sat at the front on her phone! If the staff had made the effort to give a commentary, even a pre-recorded tape, it would have made the experience miles better. We were told we could download an app to look at commentary as we drove along, but this was no better than a Wikipedia page. They never specified where the ‘blue tour’ was leaving from, or what time, despite paying extra for this. We only wanted the red tour anyway, but they added this on without us knowing. Very disappointed with this experience and felt it was such a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend using this service, unless you are happy to pay an extortionate amount for a bus.

Bushaltestellen sind schlecht zu finden und zu weit von Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Der Infoguide ist zu langsam. Infos kamen verzögert an. Busse sind zu schnell voll.

A way to explore partly some portion of city Prague. Cruise partner (boat ride 1 hour), not upto the mark in services / tour and time duration.

Avoid!!! It is just the waste of money, would say scam. You will be better off to buy ticket for public transport and jump on the tram nr. 22! Rude staff while boarding, wifi on the bus wasn't working properly and headphones were working brokenly. We lost nearly whole route due to this issues. Their "bus stops" are not marked. After complaint we were told that the manager will come to speak to us. We wanted at least partial refund, he refused. We were offered free boat trip instead and after phone call to someone he said he can't give us 55mins boat trip as he promised earlier and generaly told us to F🤬🤬K OFF and he walked away🤯 🧐

Unreliable buses, hard to hear/auto generated voice for the English “tour”, underwhelming “free” (not free, you have to buy the package that includes it) boat tour, often unreliable audio system/headsets. For the price (and considering the price of trams in the city) I would NOT recommend this. Just grab trams to the highlights and take a free walking tour if you want to hear about the city. Also, the company offers 2 lines: Green is advertised as “every 15min”. We generally waited minimum 30min and the bus never followed the schedule. Red line was on time.

Not very organized and some of the drivers drive too fast and don't even slow down for a chance to take a picture.

Really bad. Quite expensive for 24 hours. Bus is not on Time and was completely full. Have been waiting for 20 minutes and a full bus came, then we used uber. Save your money!!! But personal in bus was friendly, thats why i am writing a rating.

Rip off.. please learn how to use the local forms of transportation, i.e trams and buses. You'll save a fortune and be able to catch a ride at more places and at any time, unlike this service, which stops at 5.30pm. and could leave you stranded.

Do not waste your money. It is so hard to find the stops. They will drive you around and takes for ever for something you can walk on min. Not worth it. Transportation in Prague is excellent and super cheap.

I’ve used tour buses in other cities with good experience, but this is the worst ever! The red line has a hop on hop off bus that you need to wait an hour for. The blue does NOT have a hop off hop off bus. They put you in a car and drive you around the city and you cannot get off. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! TIP: Just download the “SmartGuide travel guide & map” app and take the tram to popular locations!

Hop on hop off Prague is TERRIBLE. Do not book with them. The claim is that they come every 20 minutes but we had to wait 40 mins multiple times. The other bus company would come up to three times before the hop on hop off bus appeared once. The stationary guides on the street corners just guess what time the next bus is without ever knowing, we were told multiple times only a couple more minutes and did not see a bus for 40. If you have taken these tours in other cities and enjoyed them this one is not comparable. We tried for 20 minutes to get the tour guides on the bus attention so we could have access to the audio guide but she was not interested in Providing assistance. Also be prepared to hear everyone listen to the audio guide without headphones. Also only one bus is air conditioned.
