Large selection of DIY tools and materials. Some of the staff seem to think extremely highly of themselves as if they worked for Rolls-Royce rather than an ordinary humble DIY store. Embarrassing :-/

Customer service extremely poor and not English friendly. Visit with a czech speaker. However, a very well stocked store with every possible item for the home and garden projects. Spoilt by poor customer service. Shame.

Arrogant employees and overpriced. Other chains are significantly cheaper and you don't have to deal with arogance and bad service. Returning goods it's another level of pain.

Easy and starightforward. The self service checkouts are best for non fluent Czechs, and the staff were helpful albeit a bit slow. Café available on the exit. Parking was no problem.

I always found here whatever I needed, for home renovation, garden, DIY...etc. The prices are OK, except for some products. There are some items, plumbing, you only find in Hornbach. I recommend this shop.

I tried to leave the store without buying anything and committed the cardinal sin of trying to exit the store via the entrance. I received a stern telling off for my troubles. There were no barriers or turnstiles, the automatic entrance doors open from inside the building (allowing two-way traffic), the checkouts were crowded and there was no one actually coming in via the entrance, so I thought I could simply exit the way I came in. Big mistake! My grave crime earned me a proper angry Czech shouting barrage from the two middle-aged women on the customer service desk who accosted me and forced to turn back and exit the store the 'correct' way, i.e. squeezing past all the other customers queuing up at the checkouts. It's one thing being unhelpful to customers, or treating them like a massive inconvenience (as is the typical standard in this country), but actually telling them off for not following some (largely arbitrary) one-way system is beyond parody.

Overpriced, especially when considering the Czech citizens average income.

Big store, where you can find any mthing for your construction, house or garden. Prices are very good, parking lots are present in sufficient number ans staff is quite nice.

Good variety of all you need for DYI. I went for HUE lights, they are spread a little bit everywhere what did it not make so easy to find what I wanted. The ice cream at the exit is good, could be colder…

Here yo can find literally whatever tools you may be looking for. Amazing store. Amazing fact that a hardware store can be an option if you wanted an interesting place to visit on a weekend.

A do it yourself and garden store with a pretty wide selection in clouding some aquariums and aquarium fish. They also serve the professional business and rent equipment that most do it yourself enthusiasts will not use often enough to own. There also is a pretty decent pastry shop connected to the store who during summer sells ice cream as well. So even kids can find reasons to go here.

For carpets (to be cut to size) cheaper and more choice than in OBI. The member of staff who took care of my order was very helpful (unusual in the Czech Republic).

Great DIY/hardware/home improvemet store with a garden and houseplants department. You can find basically anything from these categories. The store is huge, so if you are struggling to find something, ask the staff, they will help you find what you seek.
