The best private transportation service. The lowest prices in Prague, great drivers and overall quality. I haven't had a problem with processed fees for driver-canceled trips. Maybe I'm lucky, but if any case of unfair payments or policy violations occur, you should contact Uber for refunds. Of course, if nothing happens from their side, I would report it to authorities. But I've had multiple trips and they were successful and satisfying. Unlike paying for extremely overpriced, arrogant cab without having any clue about estimated time, at least minimum price (which Uber always calculates) and the route to make sure the driver follows the fastest one. Not to mention cashless payments. The only thing you need is mobile data. Then you're ready to go everywhere Uber is supported with one app. If anyone leaves bad comments about Uber, that's just because they don't know how to solve things. Or they're taxi drivers. Simple.

Unstable prices sometimes bordering wiith ridiculous at certain night times , lack of care for own uber drivers, your electric scooters are allover the city without controlling or respecting scooter designated parking zones clogging the city centre and now in your face corruption. Thanks but no thanks... uninstalled and using competition instead.. one that shows more respect to the cities they operate in and the concept of being a decent company..

My friend and I ordered a taxi on 03.10.2021 9:08 pm from "Stroupeznickeho 253" to "Nad Popelkou 2179". The taxi driver was Mr. Myroslav (I don't know his surname, but I attach screenshot of our ride). I have had the worst taxi ride ever, as Mr. Myroslav did not help us to put our heavy luggage (1 big backpack and suitcase), but the problem started when he noticed we struggled putting our luggages and pushed me away with his hands. As a lady I felt so bad that I received such aggressive behavior. After that, he started to curse on us in Czech, but I understood what he said. Unfortunately, the words he was using were so heavy that I cannot mention them here. He should be warned strictly as soon as possible.

I ordered an Uber, driver accepted and he was 2km away, he drove to me and was about 500 meters away and then started driving away, he drove around Prague for 34 minutes! I have 4% on my phone! I was left outside crying with heavy bags! He was driving around for THIRTY FOUR MINUTES!!! he kept driving further and further away and just driving around! This is so unprofessional and ridiculous! I always order an Uber and usually go through 4-5 drivers accepting the ride waisting like 10 minutes on driving around then canceling it before I get a car that actually comes! This is so unprofessional and no matter how many times you complain Uber support does NOTHING!

Very disappointing. The Uber service in Prague is not good as it is in other countries. I started noticing that in first it appears that the car is 2 min away, then it changes to 10, then the driver goes by another way and then you get bored of that and you cancel and then they charge a tax from you (I have seen in several comments here that it happens to many people). Other thing, is that the driver says that he arrived at your place, but he didn't - and then after 5min he cancel the trip and receive again a tax. At first I thought it was from my head, but then i search and there is a lot of people complaining about that. Once I even notice when I was inside the car that the driver wasn't the same as the one in the photo (and a great number of drivers only have a week or a month of experience, very strange) I came from Portugal where Uber is a 5 stars service, very friendly and qualified drivers, cars always clean and always providing a good service. Okey, is it a good price, but Uber in Prague must gets better.

After a long time after using Bolt every day i decided to try Uber again. What i mistake. Price was 320 CZK from Smichov to Holešovice, but i was late i was like ok i have to do it. Driver came and i am telling him i need to be there as soon as possible i know it is not always possible be drive as fast as you can. Navigation was showing to go via Tunel Blanka which is righ next to the Smichov and You get to Holisovice withhout to stay in a traffic jam. That is also what navigation was showing to driver and what was my suprise when instead of go in the tunel he turn right to Karlovo Namesti where are always the biggest traffic jams and continue to Magistrala. Navigation shows in that now we will drive 10 minutes longer and when i said why?? i need to be there as soon as possible i pad 325 for this ride he said ye but by tunel is 5 KM longer??? I said i paid 325 !!! It is about me and you know i need to be there as soon as possible. In the end we stuck in the highwas even longer and i lost my train from Nadraži Holesovice to Germany. If we took the ride way it did not happened.I was like ok this was horrible experience but i am sure they will refund me. For weeks i was writing to their customer servis...no answer so i did it again and again i wanted a refund for this price and today i got email: That the ways are almost the same but they give me 55 CZK for the next ride. LOOOOL. 5 KM differenc and in traffic time i makes huge differenc. UBER WAS A MISTAKE I DELATED THE APP AND IA BACK TO BOLT. Uber do not like their customers. BYE

That is unbelievable scam. Firstly, very often someone, who they call “driver” cancel your trip when they already at the place! Just imagine: today I was waiting my whole waiting time until the driver came and as he was in front of my door and I came out, he just cancelled in a second and drove away right in front of me!!!! And after this I was forced to wait 6 min more, that it why I was late at work!!! Will the Uber refund me my work time??? I use taxi when I really need to get somewhere quickly, but they never show the real time! It can show you 3 min, while you will be waiting for 10-15 min in reality!

App does not work as it should... We entered the adress to our flat but driver said to us that the app and the price of ride is to different place in Prague. So we canceled the ride which means that we had to pay 100% storno fee and then we had to book another ride and paid in full. This experience is so s***** behaving and unmoral due to customers. We are wainting for the respond of company to our complain.

Nachdem wir keinen Bolt für die Fahrt zum Bahnhof erreichen konnten, bestellte meine Tochter bei Uber. Er sei in 4 min da.Nach 10 min bekamen wir die Aufforderung zu Fuss zur Metro zu gehen ( mit Koffer ca 450 m) Der Fahrer war nicht erreichbar, Taxi auch keines zu sehen und deshalb fuhren wir mit Metro zum Bahnhof.

Horrible customer service. The app never shows the real waiting time. They try to attract you with a short waiting time and once you request it increases twice. Lying to your customers probably is not the best way of doing business

Terrible Uber at the airport, like scam tragedy. We ordered uber through kiosek at the airport as other people and they did not give us any car - we got message that we have a car ready in two hours! Waiting two hours? I had to order different company. People were very angry because the cars were outside and did not accept us like that we have to wait for a code and particular drive that we got in two hours !!!! Crazy! dont use!

Lost my Wallet in the car at night communication is trash and when i called my driver for the Wallet he barely spoke english and randomly hung up on me.

Uber has no need to be introduced. This is the Czech main office. Strict rules for entering. Previously agreed meeting time needed. Kind respectful English speaking people at reception. Convenient location not far from the center & close metro station. Mid evaluation due to activity run.

I ordered uber at 7:20 and they came at 8:00 if i knew that i would go by mhd or different company very dissapointing

Während meines Aufenthalts hier in Prag war wirklich alles klasse. Ca. 15 Uber-Fahrten verliefen problemlos, waren preiswert und es hat alles stets zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit geklappt. Ja, bei UberXSaver sind die Wartezeiten tatsächlich etwas größer als beispielsweise bei Bolt oder UberX, aber dafür ist es ja SAVER und man weiß worauf man sich einlässt. Und wenn ich nen Euro sparen kann warte ich auch gerne mal 5min. Wenn man aber tatsächlich immer auf die günstigste Fahrt aus ist sollte man vor jeder Fahrt grundsätzlich Uber und Bolt vergleichen- meistens war zwar Uber günstiger, aber auch nicht immer. Alles in allem einfach nur geil. Danke!

Car 1 minute away in application. Driver goes for a round trip around the prague. Driver is not available for a call. After 20 minutes of waiting, the ride gets cancelled and new one set up. Same story repeats. I would be faster if I was not in such a hurry that I for once wanted to speed things up and take a ride instead of the public transport.

I ordered a ride yesterday from Háje. Uber app displayed the car waiting at pick up point but the plate of the car was completely different from the plate displayed in the app, therefore, I did not considered the car as my ride. After a while, ride was canceled. Later that night, I received an automatic e-mail that the driver of the canceled ride reported that I was not wearing a mask. As I never met with the driver it is hardly possible for him to tell if I was wearing a mask or not. Btw, I was wearing a mask as Uber policy dictates. But I would like to know, how would you handle the situation when app shows a customer that driver is at pick up point but plate on the car is not in accordance with the plate in the app. Surely you understand I would not enter an unverified car.

I used uber airport to get to central Prague. The service was good but I was unable in any way to get a receipt even after asking and being assuered twice. It is not a good idea to use this sevice if you need a reciept.
