I took a 'Relax stay for one person' package, a treat for my birthday, which included a 50 min massage, 90 min wellness and a room for one night. Parking was included in the offer, which was great. Overall, I was delighted with my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, just next to Metro stop Nádraží Holešovice, from where you need just a few minutes to Prague centre, and it is easy to reach it by car as well. The staff was helpful; they answered all my questions via email even before my arrival, and during my stay, they made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and cosy, and there was not much noise despite the street view.  The breakfast was pretty basic but decent. The wellness area is terrific. So peaceful, warm, and comfortable. The lady who gave me the massage, Izabela, was amazing! It was probably the best massage I ever had. I will definitely visit again, and I highly recommend it if you want to combine sightseeing with wellness, or you just want to cosy up and treat yourself like I did.

Basic needs are met and staff are kind. Spa services are not included and there are few facilities in the spa. There is a restaurant on the ground floor as well. Overall a good experience

Welcome was good and friendly but sadly and even at a Wellness Hotel i would expect a Basic Wellness package (Sauna, Spa or so) allready included. Otherwise advertising as Wellness Hotel is Out of Range. Beneath rooms ok but surrounding area was a bit uhm when we take a walk. After all 4 Stars Just because of the welcoming staff, otherwise you May think about taking extra for parking and Sauna, this could fix the area minus.

Super good hotel with very nice rooms, staff and restaurant! Below the hotel is very nice wellness that can be booked as extra! The price-service comparison is supreme. We will come back for sure! 👍

I have nothing bad to say . Its everything I expected. I was upset the restaurant wasn't open. And I also didn't use any facilities in the hotel either . Hotel was clean

Spent 4 days here and the experience was amazing. The room was very clean and warm and it is close to parks, transport links and the city centre (we paid roughly £4 in taxi to the centre.) The receptionist are brilliant, especially Andre (black suit, ginger hair!) Andre was professional but also made us feel very welcomed and gave us lots of recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Very good location, just 2 minutes from the tram and metro. Breakfast could have some more options (fruits). Hotel staff was helpful, but wellness wasn't at all.

Terrible place to stay in an weird part of town. Unclean rooms with litter and leftover food under desk & bed. Very loud rock and metal music played outside next door throughout evening. Avoid

An unrivalled level of care and service beyond the call of duty compared to hundreds of hotels I've stayed at over several decades. I'm usually too lazy to write reviews but felt compelled in this case. Thank you SO much Absolitum.

Nice and comfortable hotel with strategic location just a few metres from Nadrazi Holesovice (train and metro station). Good WiFi and very helpful and friendly staff. It is an excellent place for shorter stays (either business or leisure). For longer stays, I believe they offer 1 fully equipped apartment and that could be a good choice, since other rooms and suites don't have kitchenette. I was more than happy to stay there and I think I will book a room again in the future.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. I highly recommend the hotel, it's stylish and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It's about a 45 minute walk to the city centre, the squares and Charles Bridge, mostly along the river. There are also metro and tram stops close. The food in the restaurant is very good and there is wellness centre and spa. There is also a conference centre which was in constant use during my stay

Lovely hotel with easy accessibility to city centre.. room were clean, good looking.. we had a little trouble with wifi in the room (32), but a bit of cable moving made it work... other than that, staff was very helpful a I need to admire fantastic breakfast included ;) Go spend some time in the hotel ;)

The hotel is close to an important public transport station (approx. 150 m), making it easy to get to any part of the city you want to. The rooms are nicely decorated and very welcoming (we had room 37). The bathroom is very big and the fact it had both a shower and a bathtub is a big plus. The breakfast could have been better - in terms of variety. If you stay more than two days, you eat the same thing over and over again.

We have spent 3 nights before Christmas in the hotel. It was absolutely great experience. On the reception all the staff was very kind. Especially we liked Katarina. She was so lovely to make some cakes for the guests and she was very-very helpful as well. The breakfasts were very tasty as well. I would recommend everybody to choose the hotel for staying in Prague. Hope to return soon.

Very poor communication, in spite of multiple calls, I could not get in touch. No callback either.

Good position of the hotel, close to the city center and sights. (Of course by car or metro, tram) Although for a 4-star hotel the offer could be better, the price-service ratio is fair and satisfactory. The hotel is small and comfortable. Wifi free and good signal. Very clean and tidy room and bathroom, special compliments for the friendly staff and the service of the restaurant and wellness. My recommendations

We have stayed here for 2 nights and were positively impressed with this hotel. It’s very clean and new, the breakfast is quite small but has every basics you need. Sauna was just awesome! We will definitely consider staying at this hotel once again. Update: After staying here for the second time I want to summarise all pros and cons of this hotel. + very close to the underground station (2-3 minutes). + cozy rooms with nice wood design. + Sauna. + friendly staff. + free parking. The most hotels in Prague have crazy prices for parking, like 15-20€/Day. - The biggest disadvantage for us: Breakfast. It’s really tiny and always the same. We have stayed there for 4 nights this time and it was a bit annoying to have every morning just the same breakfast. If you’re staying only for 1-2 nights, then it’s probably okay. - no kettle and teas/coffee in the room. I feel like it had almost every hotel I’ve been so far? Also no free water. - Bathtub in our room didn't have a glass wall/shower curtain/any separation, so you can’t actually take a normal shower.
