I stayed 2 nights at this hotel, they were nice and allowed me to check in early as my flight was over night, I appreciate that. The hotel location is nice, but you wi need to walk around 10 minutes to reach the old town where all touristic places. The room was large and specious, around 30 metres with back yard view. The room was well equipped but it lacks some basic items for a 4 star hotel such as fridge, cattle, and slippers which is a bit strange. The level od cleanliness is very good. The breakfast was OK but I think it could be improved and include more varieties such as more hot food and omelette options. I would recommend the hotel for bargain prices but if you could find other hotels close to old city that would be better.

Good hotel. There is a spa here on the underground floors. Me and some friends had a fun time drinking cocktails in the hotub😅 Strange thing for me was the no swimsuit rule in the saunas. The rooms were very big and clean with good facilities. Recommend when visiting Prague! A great value, however I didn't opt for the breakfast which seemed very expensive.

We booked room with one king bed for couple, but they gave us room with two beds. We found hair in bathroom. The room was not bad, but not what we expected. The hotel has a spa that operates separately from the hotel. At least we didn't see a message anywhere that the spa would not be open on weekends and maybe it would have been good to have such a message. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good location and quick access to the old town and the metro.

We are booked Business One-Bedroom Apartment in this hotel via Booking.com. This is one of the expensive rooms with city view. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room with windows facing the middle of the building (hall!), overlooking the wall, which was ~10 meters from the window. Accordingly , not a single window in the room couldn’t be opened at all. The only source of fresh air was air conditioning, with impossible to sleep, but also impossible to turn off. It was also very cold, and it was impossible to turn on the room heating as long as the temperature in the room was higher than outside. The drain in the shower worked very bad, and to get to the toilet, you had to go through puddles that had just dried up. To our complaint that we booked a room with a city view and not the inside hall wall view, reception staff told us that this is just an option and they shouldn’t follow this. They also refused to give a discount, guided by the fact that "we wanted a room, they gave us a room." Also we traveled with the cat and like a pet friendly hotel they told us,when we arrived, that we must pay additional 25 EURO per day for a cat (!). Also this hotel have a very narrow entrance to the underground parking (it is not suitable for wide cars) On the plus side, the room was large (45 m) and clean. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

The room is great and location is also perfect. However, we were informed that breakfast was served until 11h. We arrived at 10h30 and because it was a public holiday (which since we are not from Prague, we don’t know it was a holiday) the breakfast closed earlier. We were not informed about this. They said we could take the food to our room and eat there. However, the food was almost all gone. Not the kind of service we expect when we paid so much for one room. Disappointing.

EDIT: After checking with the person I travelled with, it would appear that I was, in fact, wrong about the stated breakfast times. I have adjusted my score and review accordingly First, the positives: - The girl who checked us in was incredibly helpful, even changing the room to an accessible one as I was unexpectedly confined to a wheelchair during the stay (although she did keep calling it a 'handicap' room, an outdated and mildly offensive term) - Room was spotlessly clean - Due to it being a wheelchair-accessible room, it had a wet room in place of a normal setup - The location is great for tourism, although the quickest routes to both public transport and the city centre don't give a great first impression of Prague Now for the negatives: - The part of the bathroom floor under the shower that slopes to the drain is too small, s othe shower sprays onto the rest of the floor, which is level. This lead to half a centimetre of water over almost the entire bathroom floor which took several hours to drain away - The breakfast was... not great. None of it seemed fresh, and a lot of the cooked food was almost inedibly greasy - T̶h̶e̶ ̶d̶i̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶r̶o̶o̶m̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶f̶f̶ ̶w̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶i̶n̶c̶r̶e̶d̶i̶b̶l̶y̶ ̶r̶u̶d̶e̶.̶ ̶B̶r̶e̶a̶k̶f̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶s̶e̶r̶v̶i̶c̶e̶ ̶f̶i̶n̶i̶s̶h̶e̶d̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶1̶0̶:̶3̶0̶a̶m̶.̶ ̶A̶t̶ ̶1̶0̶:̶3̶1̶a̶m̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶y̶ ̶w̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶a̶l̶r̶e̶a̶d̶y̶ ̶t̶e̶l̶l̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶p̶e̶o̶p̶l̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶b̶r̶e̶a̶k̶f̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶w̶a̶s̶ ̶o̶v̶e̶r̶.̶ ̶T̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶w̶a̶s̶ ̶r̶e̶p̶e̶a̶t̶e̶d̶ ̶t̶w̶i̶c̶e̶ ̶m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶o̶v̶e̶r̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶n̶e̶x̶t̶ ̶1̶0̶ ̶m̶i̶n̶u̶t̶e̶s̶.̶ ̶(̶n̶o̶b̶o̶d̶y̶ ̶w̶a̶s̶ ̶g̶e̶t̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶f̶o̶o̶d̶,̶ ̶s̶i̶m̶p̶l̶y̶ ̶f̶i̶n̶i̶s̶h̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶i̶r̶ ̶m̶e̶a̶l̶s̶)̶.̶ ̶A̶t̶ ̶1̶0̶:̶4̶0̶a̶m̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶l̶i̶g̶h̶t̶s̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶d̶i̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶r̶o̶o̶m̶ ̶w̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶u̶r̶n̶e̶d̶ ̶o̶f̶f̶,̶ ̶d̶e̶s̶p̶i̶t̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶s̶t̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶b̶e̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶s̶e̶v̶e̶r̶a̶l̶ ̶p̶e̶o̶p̶l̶e̶ ̶s̶e̶a̶t̶e̶d̶. Not one to ever leave a negative review but I seen great things about this hotel and wan’t to tell you honestly what it is like !!! Nice but small and dusty room, modern reception area. Gym is very poor and the breakfast staff are so rude, cereals/bread breakfast selection was also stale (later realised on passing it is left out all day for the next mornings service). Relax days(spa) facilities are nice but limited and are separate entity from the hotel. When you get to your room there is really no explanation of how to contact reception, no notes or guidance at all, had to message through booking site to speak to someone. Staff at reception are the most unhelpful and rude individuals I have come across in particular Alex/Alec on checking out demanded city tax to be paid and “did not care” if we had paid already and was reluctant to listen to us when we were assuring them we had already but was quick to grab my phone off me to check it. The market in the hotel is limited and overpriced, £7 for 1L bottle of water. Also, on booking.com we were charged 1 amount for hotel but then the hotel just decide to stick on £30-50 with no permission, they apparently have a made up currency conversion rate which is absolutely insane!!! An absolute scam. For the price you pay you would expect a fridge, fresh water, an iron or a robe in the room, but instead you don't even get a note with guidance on how to call reception and charged £7 for water!! Would not recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are spacious and really nice. Lots of storage in the rooms. A bit off the beaten path but only about a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town. Great that you can cast your streaming services to the televisions from your phone. Breakfast was perfect. Gabriel in particular was wonderful. I did not have a good experience at their spa and would probably go somewhere else next time. Would stay again though!

The level is much lower than expected compared to the money paid. Somewhat far from the city center. Our request for rooms was not met. No appropriate and satisfactory solution was provided to us. The furniture is a bit old and the bed is uncomfortable There is no room cleaning service!! In general, I did not like the behavior of the reception staff

Es un hostel con pretensiones, pero te cobran como hotel de 4 estrellas. Un error y no volveré NUNCA a alojarme aquí. Answering the hotel answer to my previous review, we were never told about that "eco-friendly" policy, but on top of this if you are not providing a service, the price should be lower accordingly.. On top of this, when we asked for room service for toilet paper at least, we were told at reception desk that they were doing daily... so, they are lying on one side or the other. Also, we paid around 70€ more per night that what it was later on in booking.... Regarding the breadkfast, it is what you can find in an IBIS, except for the juices, IBIS' juices are better than the juices you can have here, made like Cocacola in a BurgerKing... Actually, IMHO it is an IBIS with a bigger room, but more or less you will have the same quality as in an IBIS hotel. Sorry to be so direct, but I don`t like at all when I over pay for something not worthing the price...

Our experience was very bad, the Reception was unfriendly by check in, the room wasn't cleaned, according to the reception you become the housekeeping service only if your stay is for 4 and more nights, with this high price I expected to have my room cleaned daily. The parking is for 30 € per day!!!!!!! This too much..as if you were in NewYork!!! The breakfast is not what you expect in a 4 Stars Hotel, 2 Satrs is too much for this Hotel.

Nice Hotel in a City Center of Prague. However I received a room with 2 small single beds as a single traveller. Asked a young receptionist to change to a double bed room. That was denied even though the hotel was not fully booked. Therefore service should be improved

Hotel is around a 15 minute walk to the center of town and around 40minutes from the airport. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Breakfast did get busy but staff were helpful and cleaned tables very quickly.

The room was really nice, clean and tidy! Is a plus that the hotel has laundry and you can buy some snacks at the lobby. The only thing that I found I little disappointed is that as a pet friendly hotel, it doesn't have a pet realise area where the dogs could do their necesitis. They don't provide you with a pet bed or a bowl for your furry friend. I mean, there are other hotels that charge you per stay and give you all of that, and here you pay per day. And something I noticed is that from the hallways, you can hear the noises from the other rooms. Other than that, the stay was comfortable, they have good service and a very good location!

Unfortunately we received a different room. Smaller, separate beds and without a city view. Asking in reception, they informed us that was because the hotel is fully booked. It’s the first time I see someone having a downgrade instead of an upgrade because of that. We want to know what can be done for us, because we paid for a super level room.

I was in Prague as a result of my parents needed assistance due to both of them being hospitalized. The front desk clerk Alesh (phonetically) was professional, polite and understanding of my situation. I appreciated all his efforts.

We stayed at the Mamaison for a few day to experience Prague. Overall we had a lovely stay. When we checked in the receptionist was rather slow which was heavy with the kids who were impatient. Have info said that, the suit that we stayed in was rather big and had a nice kitchen and the daily breakfast was good as well and we felt welcomed. If you need to park your car make sure you’re not claustrophobic because going into the car park and coming out is a challenge. The hotel location is great so you can literally walk everywhere.

Excellent location, quiet, calm street. The staff is very qualified, kind and helpful. There is a private parking lot under the hotel that is cheaper than valet parking in the city. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I was very satisfied, I will come here again next time, if fate throws me in Prague.

I only came for breakfast, but I liked the elegant simplicity of the interior. The breakfast buffet looked nice, and the mini-croissants were delightful; however, here's a few suggestions: - Please change the labels on your fruit juice taps: it is frustrating to be promised a 100% juice and get something tasteless, watered down to a 10%, in all four options. - If you add a bit of butter to your scrambled eggs, the flavor will improve dramatically. - Please do something about the quality of your coffee. This is Prague, after all, where you get excellent coffee on every corner. All the best to you and your friendly staff!

Wonderful and clean room. The location is perfect since it is close to the city center and to the most tram and metro lines. Staff is so nice. The only thing to be improved is the quality and choice of the breakfast.

Very nice hotel, especially for the price. The rooms are quite large, comfortable, well appointed and very clean. Comfortable bed, working area and in general no complaints from the room. Breakfast is excellent! All staff are helpful and polite. The only thing more someone may miss from a bigger hotel would be room service or coffee facilities in the room, nothing else! Extra credits for the environmental consciousness and use of recycled materials!

  • 3/5 Florian P. 1 year ago on Google
Couldnt get in our room as the room is only for 3, the offer that a six year old should stay in his own room is ridiculous, got an appartment in old style instead the hallway had a horrible smell, nothing compared to the lobby. Breakfast was ok the furniture not really comfortable. In total not enough for the five stars, would never come again and instead book a Hilton or Raddison, its worth the price.

  • 5/5 Izabela G. 2 years ago on Google
Love the place. It is clean, modern. We had a room with a kitchen with an amazing view. Maybe it is a bit far from the city center for this price but still we are happy.

  • 5/5 Lukas L. 2 years ago on Google
Great rooms, great front desk, great location if you want to be in center. The only think that needs an upgrade is the breakfast. Stayed 3 nights and 3rd breakfast was elsewhere...

  • 2/5 J. R. 2 years ago on Google
The room was nice, there should be cleaning once because of environmental purposes, but there was no cleaning in 4 days, only once fresh bathtowels, used teacups from day 1 stood on the table till our departure. One problem was, you couldn't open the door of the bathroom without stepping in the shower, because there was no space to open the door otherways. The main issue was the handling of COVID, there are signs everywhere to wear a mask, but they don't care that the guests don't wear one or tell them to wear one. The majority had no mask on inside. I whitnessed even one guest asking at the reception if they have to wear a mask and the employee said no you don't have to. At the breakfast were like from 50 maybe 10 have worn a mask. So if you want to stay safe or have health issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely stay here and will come back! ROOM: -very spacious with plenty of storage -clean and beautifuly decorated -bathroom is large and had great water pressure. Even had a towel warmer. BREAKFAST: -had to stick to the basics like cereal and bread with spreads for somethings tasty. For example they had crepes one day and they were not that great. -coffee available not so good but juices and milk were tasty and tea was available. -clean and well maintained -large breakfast area with outdoor seating STAFF: -friendly. -only reception spoke English (which is fine). LOCATION: -close to tram station about 4 minute walk. -near old town around 20 minute walk. OTHER: -washer/dryer available free of charge. -lobby market is quite expensive for 1L of water is was around 7 euros. -robes available per request.

The hotel is great! We stayed for 4 nights with our little girl and there is nothing we didnt like! Breakfast is excellent! Beds are so comfortable! It is very quiet, we never heard any noise! Also the hotel is eco friendly which is great! Absolutely recommend and we would stay there again next time in Prague! 🙂

Location is really great, really close to the city center and near the red line (2-5 minutes). The room was really clean and has everything you need to make your stay great. Breakfast is included and it has a lot of options to choose from.

We booked our short city trip to Prague kind of late. Most AirBnB and hotels were about the same price. So, we decided to book this one. Rooms and reception looked just beautiful online and they’ve been for real. Our room was to the back, spacious and very quiet. You can easily walk to the city center or main train station. You won’t need public transport. Our deluxe double room was about 210 Euro per night including breakfast for two persons. We haven’t tried the wellness though. Anyway, would have been 5 stars, but the atmosphere in the breakfast room feels like a canteen. The acoustic is bad, very noisy. For the breakfast itself you can expect everything you need. Some more love for presenting everything as well as some marmalade of better quality would have been nice.

Oh my gosh..... Where do I even start. Stay here at your own risk. A rude skinny old blonde lady working at the breakfast tell patrons it's closed at 10 everyday, and races customer to clean up everything, she literally pickup every food tray and cutlery so you cannot get it. When ALL the other staff tells me breakfast finishes at 1030, even if you come in at 10:01. Apparently because I notice the left over food are for staff meals , so she's really saving food for herslef... Her nametag is Julia or Jilka or soemthing. And FYI she never smiles out of the 6 days of our stay. On the 4th Day the second time she was rude to us, we confronted her directly and complained furiously about it and she never dared to say that in front of us again. But we find it uncomfortable how she discriminate us selectively to the polite customers and didn't treat someone else poorly who came in even later than us, and certainly didn't rudely announce to them "NO BREAKFAST, Finished !!". With her hands waving an X like a baseball umpire. And also the spa lady told my friends the Jacuzzi is closed and the water is already shut off, but I wanted to see what the Jacuzzi looks like anyways, so 5 minutes later I went back to take a look. I went to take a look at saw two people having sex in there. Needless to say we never went back... after I left in disgust the young female attendent ran out in fear, and asking if she can help me ( I guess she wanted to find out if I saw what's going on ). There's two explainations, A. She is paid off and covering for the couple, B. She knew two customers were making love in the water, bit was too embrassed and didn't know how to handle it, so instead of kicking them out she kicked everyone else out. But its not the right way to treat customer. Having said all that, the Front desk staffs were always courteous and very helpful. Hence the two stars instead of one. It should be a one Star. Because of all these rude employees the hire, I can tell a dysfunctional management when I see one.

My first time staying at a Mamaison hotel was at this hotel in Prague and I have only good things to say about it. Friendly reception, possibility to self check-in and self check-out, very spacious and modern entry hall, with the possibility to buy drinks and food at the reception 24/24h, they even sell frozen pizzas you can reheat at the oven provided at the lounge area. If you are a late night-goer, this can be a life saver. I stayed in the business apartment, which provided everything I needed and was very clean, with a spacious bathtub and fully equiped kitchen. The balcony was very spacious as well with a beautiful view on Prague’s skyline. Maybe I would have expected more from the breakfast buffet for a 4-stars hotel, but it was nevertheless varied, fresh with enough choices.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, kind and friendly stuff. It is also comfortable to be near the tramway station. On checking out we asked for a taxi, stuff helped us. But the one came, there is no taxi label in anywhere, no taximeter, no credit card device which was absolutely an ordinary pick-up; we paid the normal taxi price 900 czp. We were two girls and had rush so took the taxi and felt uncomfortable during the ride due to unofficial and unprofessional service.

We had a lovely stay in December. Stepal at reception was really kind and friendly. Their apartments are lovely as you can see from the pictures below. If you ever come to Prague, I highly suggest staying at this residence. The location is perfect for visiting Prague, right in the city center.

We got a complementary upgrade for my friend's birthday, and the gesture was very nice and well appreciated. It would've been nice if the upgrade itself was living up to expectations. The new room (One Bedroom Business Suite) was not that big and facing directly all the other rooms facing backyard and the breakfast area. The bathroom was full of hairs and not very clean. No stay over cleaning service at all, just change of towels. Overall not up to 4 stars expectations I would say.
