    I am often client and it is first time I am so disappointed in company’s politics. Case: I’ve bought new airpods which are wasted. I’ve sent first time to claim - month later they sent it back repaired. In another month they again stopped working, I again created a claim and it is at repair service now, I have to wait another month. Most of time this purchase for 4000 czk is just a headache as majority of the time they are broken and customer service said it is impossible to ask for refund. Excuse me for my angriness, but how the heck it is called “customer rights” if you sell broken item and than just say that person can apply for a credit note only after 3rd claim? Like I have to wait another months they will stop working again and only then I can apply and be without earphones another long-term? Isn’t it obvious product is broken from the second time, are you guys out of your conscious? I’m honestly so disappointed in company itself, I just had a big order from them for around 7 items and I will send them all back as I won’t support this company anymore with my money.

    I need to put this 1 star review in hope they will get their services right. I ordered many times from them and when there are some unusual products it happens often that they are late with it, lsometimes even one week later than what they initially estimate. I understand they want to have all products possible but it just affecting the quality of the services. Having a biitter taste after the last order that was delayed almost a week. Update: The products I ordered havent arrived even 2 weeks after the estimated arrival time. I called Alza again and they had no ideea where the products are, if or when it’s arriving. No ideea whatsoever. Canceled the order all together only to find out a few hours later that next day the products were due to arrive. Extremely bad experience, unbelievable for such a big company …

    I am an AlzaPlus customer, but I got a paid order that was important to me cancelled after 24 hours of delivery to AlzaBox. The communication about a "shortened collection interval" is not satisfactory (it is buried in their delivery SMS, no other notification is given). There is also no chance to revert this, to collect the order elsewhere or re-create it without the refund. Processes of Alza are not customer-friendly. Phone support was useless in my case.

    Alza seems to be a complex online retail system. Most of the products are a bit overpriced, but I was accepting it because of the comfort of alzabox service. Too bad alzabox service doesn't work anymore. It would be fair to inform clients before you make them chase packages around town... I was expecting two packages. For both, I got messages that they can't be delivered to alzabox because of lack of capacity... I was directed to pickup up point which is večerka. If anything is out of capacity, it's exactly that place. It took me two attempts to pick up at the end I was able to get only one of them haha... first time I went there during my lunch break, at the pickup point I found line of angry and confused people waiting for their packages and even more confused girl going through pile of packages scattered around the shop in total chaos. From the client shouting at the counter I realized that information provided by alza in sms and email is useless, they were expecting more details requesting to dig through your orders etc... farse... so my lunch break was going to an end I had to leave. I came back later in the evening for the second attempt, yes my email and pickup code was useless so after few minutes of scrolling through the system looking for my name we were able to locate packages and the guy behind the counter discovered that I need some extra pin to pick up one of them... so Kafkaesque, but at the same time, motivating to explore other online retail options

    I get delayed deliveries. It's understandable, it's normal, it's human, it's expected in a complex network of warehouses, trucks, producers etc. What I do not get is lying into my face about my delivery and postponing it 5(!!) times, forcing me to stay at home over 4-hour windows (working hours, mind you) and sometimes postponing AFTER these windows passed. In the end, I had to travel there and have the delightful experience of staring at a screen for 20 minutes while they prepare your order. So long.

    I shopped from Alza a few days ago, but my experience prompted me to comment. I visited Alza couple of days ago and I wanted to consult a staff member wearing a green T-shirt, but he gave me a number and said he couldn't be more helpful to me. Then I called the number, but I could not connect to the operator because of the density. On the second day, I went to Alza again with my wife, and this time I was trying to ask another employee about the same thing and ask how I can pay in installments. Meanwhile, the employee I was trying to consult yesterday came and criticizing the employee I was trying to get help about me in an abuse and racism way. But he did not take into account one thing that my wife speaks Czech very well, which also I understand very well. Tell the other employee not to mess with me. He said I am fucker and hard person. After I left there, my wife informed me about this situation, but I certainly did not keep a report, so I wanted to voice my complaint here. Other than that, another thing I want to complain about is that the credit home stuffs are rude, and although it is obvious that they do not know how to address a woman, they never try to help customers. It is not acceptable for a male employee working for Home Credit to treat my wife and me as refugees. In addition, it is not acceptable to have such disrespectful, uncaring and insulting employees in your organization. I don't know what you will do in this situation, but if this situation is not resolved and those employees still work with you, I will continue to voice this everywhere. I have no doubt that you will take a step towards this as soon as possible…

    I've been buying from them for the last 4 years but recently their merchandise has really worsened. Friend bought a TV, it broke on the 3rd day and stayed 4 weeks at their repair point. Bought a vacuum cleaner that broke 3 times during 4 months and in the end they said it works and did not fix it, received it with the same error. Received a gift of Sennheiser Headphones. They are stuck in "Power On" mode after the 4th time I've paired with them via Bluetooth. Most likely I'll be ordering coffee capsules & superglue from you as these seem to be fine for now.

    Idiots do not send PIN code as promised. On spot THEY do not know the PIN code of already paid goods. Their help line Doesn't know the PIN code. And more idiotic even they do not know that you can get the PIN on the app! Please educate your staff.

    Great experience! Needed a notebook on a specific date and was booking from abroad. Received great service and care (especially from Mr. Richter) but also everyone else on the day of handover. Guys at the pick-up and first set-up point were super helpful too. It was a seamless experience and I am really grateful for all the pro-client attitude. 'Alzaci' deserve to be praised for their work!

    Very impressive store. They have all of the latest hardware and accessories either available in store to get hands on with or available for pickup the next day. The store is well merchandised and the staff are very helpful. They even have a cafe, ATM, and clean bathrooms.

    The app isn’t great at relaying what you need to do to pick up your order. I asked an employee about this, who told me to pay through the app. After I did so, the payment was “processing” for about half an hour. I asked another employee what to do, and he told me to queue up for an order number at a ticket machine. But when I reached the machine, I saw that I needed to pay for the order again—so I decided to ask a third employee. The third employee, who was at the PowerAlza counter, saw that my order was still stuck, and brought me to another counter to resolve the issue. I could finally get a ticket number. Yet at the pick-up queue, I think I missed the number—but nevertheless, the app didn’t notify me what the pick-up counter was. (If you are picking up an item, don’t bother standing until the estimated pick-up time is 5 minutes or less.) So I had to queue again to pick-up the missed order from counter 20. Thus, picking up my order (especially as a non-Czech speaker) was a frustrating experience. The showroom itself has a nice range of brands, although the mechanical keyboards look worn.

    Showroom is very spacious and modern. You can look at everything in real and also try it out. Advice is rather mediocre. When buying, they always push the customer for a warranty extension or insurance, which is very annoying. Online shopping is ok. The collection process is a bit more stressful because the barrier is sometimes defective. With complaints, I am so far rather less satisfied. It often takes a long time and strange contractors work on the goods, with their work I am not satisfied. Often the staff at the goods issue are unfriendly. But selection and price are fine at Alza. Therefore, still three stars.

    Helpfull staff! They help you find what you want, you pay for it and then go to the pick-up spot with your ticket. The item will be picked from the storage and a staffmember will give it to you. Numbers appear on the screens, no need to understand Check. The place is so clean and full of modern technology, it had a nice atmosphere. I got a wifi-extender, works pefectly.

    Alza is usually my go to when I need a big range of options, especially bulky tech goods. The pickup process can be quite slow and it's hard to find someone that speaks English. Also, there are not a lot of products on exhibitio and for sure they can say "you can give it back if you don't like it", but when it comes to more bulky goods that can be quite expensive to do. Unless there is something I am not aware of. As a foreigner, it might be better to order online.

    My old most favourite shop in Czech Republic. Fantastic service, all staff speaks English and is extremely helpful and friendly. in the shops off-line, as well as on the hot lines over the phone. They are able to assist with helping to choose, answer all possible questions. Great offer for insurance that covers two years of breakage replacement.

    Nice showroom. But the customer service is bad. Two days ago my picking slip said that the average waiting time was 12 minutes. I waited 25 minutes. Today my slip says 7 minutes. 20 minutes have passed and I still dont have my order. The shop assistant rudely answered that it is a machine and he cant influence it. Why you machine then issues a slip with misleading average waiting time???

    One of the best online stores in Prague. You can buy almost everything here. It's highly recommended to compare prizes before buying here, because for some goods they may charge almost a double.

    Lenovo and Alza messed with me hard. Lenovo's Legion 5 15inch laptop was faulty by losing 50% of battery in 40 minutes with no battery intensive tasks active. I returned the laptop after trying to get it fixed both through their call service and support center to no avail. I decided to refund the laptop back to Alza, and they informed me to arrive the next day after returning it to pick up my new order. Turns out that the refund process takes max 3 days because you have to purchase the new laptop again and the bank transaction takes that long. The added stress of having to leave Czech Republic was there as well. The employee at Alza tried his best and got me a 500CZK coupon but that didn't suffice for the amount of time I spent there. I got a new laptop from there and the service resumed as usual which is great but this initial mess up was very stressful.

    The main store in Holešovice is quite busy and dazzling, but the staff are very helpful, and most speak excellent English. To the company's credit, when part of an order of mine was accidentally not delivered, the price was refunded without any prompting from me. The best part of Alza is probably their very cheap delivery service to "Alza Box" collection points located around the city. There is probably one within walking distance of where you are staying if you are in Prague.

    + Very spacious showroom with lots of things to see and try. + Nicely accessible with parking and a tram station next to it. - Longer waiting time for pickup (around 10 mins, but during Christmas it can take much longer). - If you are just going for a pickup, you will be forced to walk twice through entire showroom.

    Best place to buy electronics, but they actually sell almost everything you can think about, just check their website and you will see... good prices... You can buy online and pick it up at their main store at Holesovice. Usually very crowded. Their app also works very well, and to avoid the queue you can pay through the app and wait a bit less for your goods... Or, you can have a nice coffee at the coffee shop right in front of the waiting room...

    Alza seems to have just about everything you need. When you order an item to pickup in their showroom takes about 10 minutes before it is available. It's nice now you can checkin on their app instead of going to the machines in the back of the store.

    Got what I ordered - good service, one of the best prices in market, almost always availability, fast order and pick up or delivery for request. Returns works very well cash back within few days, without any issue. Big showroom allows to try various product at the spot. Recommend his place for shopping.

    Probably one of the best organized electronics stores I've ever used. I use Alza regularly. If you are buying through the webshop and the item is in stock, you can pick it up immediately in the store. Returns are also streamlined, there are self service points and lockers. The showroom is huge and it has a big variety of items

    I have ordered a gaming pc that needs to be built, I have ordered it on Sunday 7.8. Expecting it to come within 4 business days. It has taken longer than a week to be delivered to the pick up point, as I was constantly in contact with the support on Whatsapp to which they had a set of sentences I have heard many times over and over such as "wait for further email" but no real help was given to me. Next time I highly recommend buying the separate pieces and building it on your own, paying extra 600 crowns is not worth your money.

    The showroom is cool. But I had to walk 3 times through the entire store to realize where the pick-up queue numbering machine was. The wait after that was about 1 minute.
