The
app
isn’t
great
at
relaying
what
you
need
to
do
to
pick
up
your
order.
I
asked
an
employee
about
this,
who
told
me
to
pay
through
the
app.
After
I
did
so,
the
payment
was
“processing”
for
about
half
an
hour.
I
asked
another
employee
what
to
do,
and
he
told
me
to
queue
up
for
an
order
number
at
a
ticket
machine.
But
when
I
reached
the
machine,
I
saw
that
I
needed
to
pay
for
the
order
again—so
I
decided
to
ask
a
third
employee.
The
third
employee,
who
was
at
the
PowerAlza
counter,
saw
that
my
order
was
still
stuck,
and
brought
me
to
another
counter
to
resolve
the
issue.
I
could
finally
get
a
ticket
number.
Yet
at
the
pick-up
queue,
I
think
I
missed
the
number—but
nevertheless,
the
app
didn’t
notify
me
what
the
pick-up
counter
was.
(If
you
are
picking
up
an
item,
don’t
bother
standing
until
the
estimated
pick-up
time
is
5
minutes
or
less.)
So
I
had
to
queue
again
to
pick-up
the
missed
order
from
counter
20.
Thus,
picking
up
my
order
(especially
as
a
non-Czech
speaker)
was
a
frustrating
experience.
The
showroom
itself
has
a
nice
range
of
brands,
although
the
mechanical
keyboards
look
worn.
