Avoid this retailer at all costs! They are refusing to refund my money!!!

Pointless store, will probably go bankrupt in a year or two. Xiaomi, known for their phones. This store has only a selection of three or 4 phones, which are overpriced and only for the European Market. Completely pointless. Where's the choice?

For Xiaomi products, so neither 'good' nor 'bad': a place to go to if you want Xiaomi products. One good point though: the staff won't mind if you speak English, instead of making faces, being rude or simply kicking you out as in many places in the Czech Republic.

The Shop ist to expensive. I was very disappointed about my visit. Better buy online at Gearbe** or Banggo**

Small shop but well equipped. They have all new xiaomi phone models, the robot vacuum cleaner, the xiaomi umbrella, a couple models of power banks and pretty much anything xiaomi except for the scooter and pen. Some prices are close to what you can find online but some not as much.

Great products, unfortunately in wrong hands. Young arogant staff, lunch break, they didnt accept cards and they refused payment in euro. When I asked for phone number of responsible person, they couldnt give me contact. Better to buy online from elsewhere.

according to official data, the official trading center of Xiaomi. very small space, little choice of products of this company. prices slightly inflated. The products are scattered on the table and not neatly distributed. I expected more. I hope that it will be corrected

I got a new screen for my phone, very quick(with the express service) and accommodating service and top notch job, it's as good as new!

Bad e-shopping experience. I like Xiaomi products, but in particular store buying product was bad. It was promised to deliver product (electric kettle) next day after purchase - in Prague… I haven’t receive even proper recipe with order number or anything to confirm my purchase after payment. Only after two days I have receive some information that my order (finally some order number two days after payment!) has been moved to delivery. And delivery wrote me that they are processing order and will deliver next days… This is so much disappointing! Why I have been paying for fast delivery to my door?! To wait 3-4 days?! In Prague. Few metro stops far from the store itself. Main issues: no proper recipe after payment, no proper information to track order, no promised delivery next day after buying.

Overcharges like crazy. I simply needed a glass repair not a touch screen repair and they werent able to do that. Beyond the lack of ability to help, the touch screen repair was 30 percent more then I paid for the phone in the first place! JUST FOR THE SCREEN!
