This place is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. Very good hotel, friendly, clean, good breakfast. Rooms are with a nice view. Parking is possible in the hotel garage or in the aquapalace parking (P1,P2). Shuttle Bus is driving on weekends between Opatov and the Aquapalace every hour. Rooms are climatisated. Was a very pleasent stay here. Would like to visit again in the future.

This is the second time i am staying at the aquapalace hotel and it is just keep getting better. There are many different water slides in the Waterpark, the best is the Canyon slide which is an amazing thrill. The resturant in the water park is good for quick lunch with the kids and also the resturant outside the Waterpark has very tasty food like pizza, burger and pasta. There is a big supermarket nearby with a lot of good things at very low price comparing to my country. The family room is big and when we had a technical problem with the children bed they came fast to the room and fixed it. I would also like to say that the staff in the service desk is very good, especially Barbora that helped me a lot after forgetting my son cellphone at the day of the checkout and arranged it to be send by post to my country. We were for 5 days in the hotel Aqua palace Prague, as a family. First the positive feedbacks: The rooms are clean. The cleaning ladies clean the bath room and change the towels every day, but they didn't change the bed sheets during our stay there.The Aqua Park complex and all different slides are fantastic, especially for children. Children will enjoy the aqua park definitely. Now the things which can be improved: The personnel make the impression, they are under stress. They don't smile or laugh. The only person who laughed and smiled during our stay was a taxi driver, who was not a hotel personnel. The reason why the hotel personnel make this impression on a hotel guest should be investigated, maybe salary? maybe unsatisfying working conditions? Maybe too much work for one person?We booked the hotel on a half board basis, we had meals for breakfast and dinner and for each guest one small drink or water glass for the dinner included. The breakfast and the dinner were all you can eat. But the point is the foods or the dishes were almost the same every day, with very different changes. We asked for one omelet for the breakfast, we were told, we should pay for it separately!For breakfast there was just one coffee machine, and the guests should wait in a queue for 25 minutes to take a coffee, the service personnel of the restaurant didn't serve any coffee, as in many other hotels.We ordered 2x birthday sets, consisting of one sparkling wine and one small cake for the room, and we booked this a few weeks before our arrival at the hotel, with the dates and the times to be served, but the hotel bar forgot it every 2 times, and we had to call and ask where this order was!

Let's start with the advantages of this hotel. It offers easy access to its water park, with unlimited entries and exits, available even on the day of checkout. The hotel provides free bathrobes and yukata, along with replacements. The hotel rooms are quite clean, fully equipped, and have air conditioning for the summer. The hotel is located outside the city center of Prague but near a highway exit. A 5-minute drive takes you to a Park+Ride parking lot, where you can leave your car and take the subway to downtown Prague. Alternatively, an 8-minute drive will get you to the next Park+Ride at Chodov, where there is a very beautiful, advanced, and large shopping center, with a cinema and restaurants on the third floor. However, there are many disadvantages to this hotel. The most significant and utterly intolerable is the sound insulation. The soundproofing of the windows is acceptable, but that of the doors and walls is entirely unacceptable, especially the doors, which are particularly thin! From inside the room, you can clearly hear conversations and movements in the hallway. Late at night or early in the morning, you may be awakened by voices or the sound of walking. This is totally inconsistent with the standards of a 4-star hotel! This hotel is certainly very suitable for families and children, so it's normal to have children running and making noise in the corridors, or parents returning late and talking. However, if the sound insulation were better, these disturbances could be avoided. Please make improvements urgently. That's my suggestion. Thank you.

Pros: - Clean hotel with nice breakfast and facilities - Staff was very friendly and helpful Cons: - Very inconvenient mini-shower in the bathroom, which is hard to use by bigger/taller people - Noisy outside, car racers drifting overnight over a parking space near the hotel - Big deposit required at check-in, which is recharged back at check-out, however using a very bad exchange rate. Hotel uses an exchange rate of 1/26 for EUR/CZK, which is not good at all. Ask them to both charge and recharge your card only in CZK, this could easily save you 10-20 Euros at check-out.

Airconditioning is not working in the rooms. Its just ultra loud and no cold air comes out. They have some general issue with aircon. Ive got another room, but there is the same issue. At least the asian restaurant called Litchi on the other side of the road in Kaufland mall, is really delicous and authentic.

The aqua park is super, lots of different slides, really special, wasn't very crouded although it was 2 days before christmas, really clean. The hotel is great too, tho the room is a bit on the small side, tge hot and cold water of the shower was a bit hard to regulate. Beds were comfy, in the excutive floor we had bathropes, sleepers and snacks in the executive lounge. All in all very good VFM. Recomended if you come for a visit in Prague.

we stayed at the hotel in the connecting room, they were nice and clean. the staff was helpful and the service was good. breakfast is not impressive, the main attraction at the hotel is the free access to the aquapark which is the thing we liked the most - many slides, multiple different pools and rivers, most of them are indoors but there are some indoor pools as well. for me the highlight was the fitness center - it is huge and equipped with any kind of equipment you can think of.

Definitely I would come back here. I came with my boyfriend. It’s also good place to visit with kids in the future cause by water park. Great experience with hotel, restaurant, and also the reception. I am very happy and grateful for possibility of late check out. The one thing is, I can hear from the room that few kids were running on the hallway around 7am in the morning which many people could still sleep.

My kids had so much fun! The food was really good and the hotel/water park is very clean. Lots of things cost extra will a tap of your bracelet. So be cautious with you letting your kids get things in the park.

My family and I really enjoyed our time there. The hotel has robes for you to use to go to and from your room to the water park. They also have a special wristband, so you dont have to use your payment card all the time. You can pay for everything at the end. You can pay as you go as well, but the wristbands were super convenient. The breakfast buffet was big with a lot of variety, it's worth getting. They even had a vacation package that allowed late checkout. It saved us from losing out on another opportunity to enjoy the waterpark one more time before we had to leave. I recommend trying the dive class at the Waterpark, which i am going to do next and take advantage of all their massages they have available at the Waterpark

Nice hotel and resort. I could not check the resort as i was on a business trip. But it looked impressive. The rooms were good. The place is also good for corporate events.

Great place for families, food is good and the room was great, and of course the water park was awesome!

It would be possible to visit the facility during the week. But it is almost impossible for severely disabled people, because all reserved spaces for disabled people with disabled parking permits are occupied by reckless drivers without disabled parking permits. I am using the power of my ten million views to draw attention to the problem, because the operator is recognized by how he treats sick and disabled fellow citizens.

A solid good 4 stars hotel in the outskirts of Prague, with an amazing waterpark in the facility - super friendly for all ages. The hotel itself is a bit more modest in its facilities, but very enjoyable nonetheless. The breakfast is very good, and beyond that in walking distance there are at least 20 other dining options, and shopping. There is plenty of paid parking (4 euro/day at the hotel open air parklot) and it is advisable to use a rental car if you plan to visit other places in Prague, since the nearby public transportation and its connection are not as comfortable. You'll be asked to deposit €200 per room, for which you'll receive tag bracelets, which you can pay with, at the park for food, vending machines(icecream, etc), water bar, and many other options, very comfortable. The deposit is in case you lost it. They really should add kids channel on the rooms TV, can be a great +.

Perfect for a family vacation with kids! The staff members are nice and helpful, the hotel is very clean, and the food is diverse, with a variety of options for kids and adults alike. And of course the aqua park is perfect.

Rooms were good and dark. The airconditioning was quite loud though. Service was mostly good with a few strange experiences though. Waterpark was fun. We loved the VR activity room there.

I definitely feel like the reviews are mostly for the water park. We only stayed at the hotel. If you dont plan to use the water park I do not recommend this hotel. Only 1 staff person was friendly to us for the 3 days we were here. Food buffet was sub par, drinks were expensive, there was a smashed bug on the wall and dried soap on the bathroom counter so I definitely don't think cleaning was good and location was not great either. The coffee was good though

A wonderful hotel. The room was clean. The workers were all very friendly and professional. Food was delicious and with many choices. Loved that the workers had fun water activities for everyone to participate. Just the water slides had stains that looked a little gross.

It was our fifth time . Great service. Clean. Big. Loved it as always. Most important , Covid didn't damage the level of service and cleaning of the place.

The location is outside the city and the area ia a bit noisy (highways around) however you will only feel it in the room view and if you open the windows. The water park is amazing for kids and adults and this is the main reason why we strongly recommend the place. The staff in the hotel is very nice and friendly, but in the restaurant area next to the water park there were people with lesa patience (specially thoae that didn't speak basic english). We were 4 in a family room which was ok for 3 nights, but we had a serious issue with the shower. It was extremely difficult to manage the hot and cold water. It becomes very cold or very hot during your shower and it is difficult for kids (8 and 12) to regulate it alone. We would return since the water park os great, the access from the hotel is easy but next time we would try an upgraded room and perhaps the showers and facilities are better.

The overall is excelent due to the amazing water park, but the hotel has homework to do. The water installation in the room needs immediate improvement. The water in the shower is extremely hot and then it turns extremely cold and the opposite. Not easy or safe for kids use alone. The service inside the hotel is excelent but the service provided by the non english speakers in the businesses situated close to the water park area (entrance) is not so receptive for turists

The hotel is very clean and service was great when called upon. The spa was very professional. This is a great spot to spend a couple of days especially with a family. Must be noted, due to the water park attached their are lots of children that are loud and dont follow rules certain areas of the hotel but overall a great experience.

Great place with a temperature control water park. No matter what the weather is outside - inside the park it will always be warm and cozy. The stuff was OK, they went crazy when there was some noise in the reception area by the kids (after all its a kids hotel). Food (morning & evening) was really fine. The location of the hotel is far from the city center, but you can take a bus to Opatov metro station - and from there it is very easy to get around

Very nice hotel, connected to aqua park

I can’t recommend this hotel if you want to do a wellness trip with your significant other. Very loud and running children day and night, the parents don’t seem to bother that other people are sleeping on the same floor and they let there children run day and night. Also very thin walls. The service wasn’t good a all. Most of the staff I spoke to didn‘t speak english. I didn’t like the breakfast but the dinner in halfboard was fine. Last year I wrote a 5 star rezension but this year we weren’t happy with the hotel at all. We also payed 200 euros more for the same amount of nights and the same room category as last year. We were very disappointed and definitely won‘t come back. Avoid this place if you want a relaxed Holiday and want to sleep in.

Loved it the location is a drive away from Prague but it's perfect. Great customer service and awesome breakfast.
