Friendly advice, avoid this place. We waited for 20 minutes and were not served even though it was pretty obvious that we were ready to order. There was another English speaking couple trying to order food, the waitress refused them service in a most bluntly rude manner and walked off. I understand that not everyone speaks English, but at least try to accommodate by using the menu (which is dubbed in English). Terrible Soviet style service. After we walked off to a next food stop, we noticed that more and more folks followed us there. Updating to follow up to the owner's reply. This took place Monday 06 June 2023 between 1230 and 1400. Venue was fairly busy but had two waiters, a male and a female. Neither one was friendly.

Honestly I will remember this restaurant for the rest of my life, The food is disgusting, i traveled around the Europe and I can say easily this is the worst experience I get. Just don’t eat there you’re gonna waste your money. I got nothing against the restaurant the service was normal, this is the food.. Sorry guys but do something about your food.

Absolutely disgusting place! Swarming with flies with the absolute minimal prevention! A few sticky spirals completely full with flies and hundreds flying everywhere else! The food I tried was actually ok but flies of that quantity are totally unacceptable in any establishment (other than a pig farm) The zoo itself is amazing but in my opinion this place need closing down!

The waitress was seriously rude, I almost felt ashamed that I entered this atrocious restaurant.

It looks like something out of a fairytale and if weather permits the seating outside is great, but the food looks much better than it tastes. It's not bad or anything but you'll probably cook better at home. A nice stop to make in the zoo but next time maybe just for drinks

Good food, good beer, you can stop here if you need a break whilst visiting the zoo. Average prices.

The portions came very quickly, the price level was quite affordable and the portion size quite large. Friendly customer service. I recommend to try Czech traditional food.

For the Zoo level this is for sure a great place for lunch. Fast and nice service, prices OK and food was very good.

We got our food fast. It was okay. Price was okay too. But nothing special. Good to grab some food inside the zoo fast, but that's all.

Dont waste your time. Bad food, bad service

The meal was good, also the staff. But restaurant is rather expensive and pay 1€ for tap water was simply too much for me. Especially if you spend bunch of money for other meals and drinks.
