Old state company using old east east German boats from the 60's, polluting like it was allowed in the 60's. BOYCOTT them & help us fight excessive & unnecessary pollution in Prague.

Terrible experience. You book online, but if less than 4 people show up—they cancel the tour with no refund or offer for an additional time/date. You cannot see how many are booked when you buy your ticket. The place is old and run down. Recommend using any other boat tour company

We took the first boat (small old town cruise) in the morning @ 11 a.m. It took nearly an hour and we found it great. We were 2 adults + 2 kids and paid 700 CZK (approx 27 euro). You can pay cash or by CC. We had some drinks as well for very reasonable prices. (Espresso, Aperol Sprizz, Apple juice and Beer - 280 CZK). On the boat you can pay cash only. The staff was very friendly. We have enjoyed the trip a lot. Highly recommended. P.S.you can buy tickets online with 10% discount

Lovely boat ride to the zoo. Pre booked on their website to save 10% & make sure we had spaces. You can buy drinks & snacks on board. There is a lovely warm inside or you can sit on the upper deck under an awning. Took about 75minutes.

Opens at 10, I came by 12 and asked if they were open and they said yes. So I sat down but got no service and when I went to the bar and asked again they answered rude asking if i cant see that they are closed. Avoid this place there are many more better places close by

My wife and I did the Prague to Slapy cruise and back to Prague again on 12 July 2020. It was a beautiful day and the cruise was absolutely fantastic with so much beautiful scenery. The cruise boat runs well and is clean and tidy. The staff are very professional and friendly. We recommend this cruise for everyone as it is excellent.

View from the boat was outstanding, fresh fast french fries really well made, and drinks good to! Loves it!

We took the Zoo cruise, it takes about 70 minutes one way, and pretty crowded. The minus is that you have to print the tickets if booked on-line, which seems outdated practice nowadays. You can print it in the ticket office. If booked on line there is 10% discount.

Relaxing cruise with beer. Not bad

Oké an nice boat to the zoo but not very affordable and also not a very interesting

Now I love more river Vltava

The trip was rather short and most of it towards Vyšehrad rather than main city centet, 15 min spent in river lock

Ride was fine and very informative, but they only make the ride if there are more than 4 people want to go, otherwise you‘ll have to wait till the 4 people are completed, even when you pre-booked it online.

It's a small boat, nothing too crazy, Snacks and beverages are for sale. No Wifi and no credit card payments. The top deck was a bit dirty. If you're sitting inside on the lower level you get to enjoy somewhat comfortable seats but have to look at a concrete wall when waiting between the floodgates. The restroom was a bit dirty.

A lousy tour with a quick view to the Castle and Charles Bridge in the horizon. Most of the time was spend in the lock and it was impossible to hear the speakers. They call it Prague Steamboat Company but the boats are worn-out diesel boats. Waste of money!!!

Spectacular - must do when in Prague. Fantastic experience.

Haben die Schifffahrt zum Prager Zoo gemacht, sehr empfehlenswert man hat eine Stadtbesichtigung vom Boot aus, fährt durch Schleusen, hat den Zoo und das alles für einen guten Preis ca 20 EUR pro Erwachsenen Stand Mai 2023

Kurze Fahrt auf der Moldau. Für meinen Geschmack etwas kurz, da eine Schleuse passiert wird. Dadurch gehen schon ca. 20 Minuten der Fahrt für die Schleusung drauf. Wer mehr sehen möchte, bucht besser eine Tagesfahrt auf der Moldau mit einem traditionellen Dampfschiff.

The directions for the boat aren’t accurate and had to take a 1 hour bus then we walked for about 30 mins just to them not letting us take a toilet break while the boat stopped and had to wait 2 hours for not even giving us the full experience food sucks and drinks are barely even filled in a small glass I don’t recommend this bad experience waste of my family’s money
