Very nice place to stay in the city centre of Prague. Very big room however, it got a bit noisy at night as the air vents seem to be poorly sound proofed. Overall I think H7 is a great place to stay at if you are visiting Prague!

H7 Palace has really friendly reception staff and a very easy check in process. We checked in after hours and the instructions were clear and the process of getting to our room easy. The space does feel a little more like a hostel than a hotel and the walls are white thin so you can easily hear your neighbours and those above you. The room was neat when we arrived but we found a lot of long black hair in the bathroom and in the bedroom space from the previous guests which was very unpleasant. The pillows were very hard for our liking. The hand-wash and body-wash was not the best quality. Rooms are only cleaned every third day. The rooms are a good size and the cupboard space is good too, with ample shelving and hanging space for clothes. The bottled water in the room upon arrival is a nice touch and it was useful to have a fridge in the room. H7 is located close to New Town (10 minute walk) and the main shopping district, it is however quite far from the Old Town (25 minute walk) if that is where you prefer to be. Over all 6.5/10. I do not feel that the high reviews are consistent with the value we experienced.

Location is great, but our room was like a closet literally. Not enough space on the floor to open a suitcase. Smallest hotel room we have ever been in. We feel a bit duped from the photos and reviews. A lot of people said the rooms were massive, we had the exact opposite and we don’t have any tv channels. I wasn’t a big fan of the check in guy, but he wasn’t rude. When we walked into the second building there were carts and bags of laundry right in the walking doorway that were hard to get around. The location and AC are great though and the bed pillows seem alright. If I could have gotten my money back and we’d be in a different hotel right now. Tomorrow we will ask to change rooms. We will see how that goes.

The hotel is located in the heart of Prague and is within walking distance of many attractions, as long as you like to walk. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The room itself is spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again when in Prague. The H7 Palace is set in two buildings: a Renaissance Revival palazzo from the 19th century on Halkova Street and a functionalist building right behind it, both reconstructed in 2016 by a team of Italian architects and designers. It is beautiful.

If I could give these greedy people a minus 100 I would. A date was booked as an honest mistake. It was a typo. We tried to contact Agoda immediately and got no response so we emailed the hotel directly explaining the mistake. Yes it was an error but not uncommon. We did not request a refund of any kind we simply requested the date to move from November to December. After explaining this error we were met with a no, can't help you too bad. Greed, poor service, total lack of empathy and total arrogance. Greedy greedy greedy. Keep your money...but hope karma bites you back hard

We had made a hotel reservation through the Agoda website for a two-day, three-night stay from August 16th to 18th. However, due to a canceled train, we arrived around 10 PM on the 16th. The first problem was that we couldn't provide advance notice about our estimated time of arrival through the link provided by Agoda, as the link was non-functional. Upon arrival, we wouldn't have been able to enter the hotel building if another guest hadn't opened the door. But, another big problem was that we found the hotel reception closed, and there was No ONE AVAILABLE to assist us with check-in. Our only means of contacting the receptionist was via email, as the phone number provided was solely for her office. In such emergencies, there has to be somebody available who can help people check-in!!! With no other options available and it being too late to secure alternative accommodations, we had to spend the night in the hotel lobby. The following day, the receptionist arrived at the hotel, but it was even past 8 AM!!! She informed us that we were supposed to receive a follow-up email from Agoda containing our room information, including a room password or similar details. What's puzzling is that when she showed us the message containing the room information, it appeared to have been sent via the Expedia website, not Agoda. She even repeatedly asked if we had booked the hotel through Expedia. This suggests there may have been a mix-up or miscommunication between the booking company and the hotel. As a result of these complications, we were unable to check-in on the 16th, and we are currently in the process of seeking a refund either from the booking company or the hotel. Agoda is attempting to contact the receptionist via email, but they have reported receiving no response thus far!!! If the receptionist gets a chance to see this review, please address this issue ASAP.

Fab location, less than 10 minute walk to the main street. Massive room, good shower and most comfiest bed I've ever stayed in! Staff were also lovely.

We stayed in a few hotels across Europe over our 2 week vacation and this one was our favourite! Massive room with a comfortable king bed, with a luxurious bathroom that had a towel warmer and bidet. Air conditioner was quiet but effective. You're only a 15 minute walk from the old town but lots of cafes are in the area. Only downside was noise does travel easily through the vents but luckily no one was partying too late. Otherwise place is fairly quiet.

Clean and modern looking room. The reception staff was helpful and suggested nice restaurants for us to visit. The room has a kettle for you to use with complimentary tea and coffee

Fantastic place and management. I had room booked at this hotel as it was u under non-cancellation policy. However, the airport did not let me board the plane and I wasn’t able to arrive in Prague. The hotel was very understanding and supportive. I am going to Prague next month and definitely booking this hotel again and whenever I will visit Prague I will definitely book this hotel and recommend this hotel to others . I’m not a lost customer. The hotel has definitely gained a lifetime customer. Excellent hotel

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and the house keeper basically came by and cleaned it everyday. The location was great, we ended up really liking our neighborhood and it wasn't too far from everything else we wanted to see. The air-conditioning was definitely a big bonus for us as it was a pretty hot week!

Had an amazing stay for three nights in Prague. Zuzanna helped coordinate everything perfectly. The rooms were immaculately clean, location great and the loft gave the group a fantastic location to meet up. Highly recommend! G

Great place to stay if visiting Prague. Súper clean, very comfortable beds, great bathroom. 25 min walk to astronomical clock. (We did take Ubers sometimes)

Since we arrived until we left, they treated us super well and they were super friendly. We could even make the early checkin which was super helpful. We stayed for two days in the loft which was huge, several sofas and beds, two bathrooms, good wifi, good environment. 100% recommended ! Keep it like that !

Terrible management. We booked through agoda, but were in direct contact with staff for information about our room. We arrived late from a flight and there was no one available at reception (8am-8pm) and the emergency out of hours number rang a phone you could hear behind the door of the closed office 🤦. What happens when there is an actual emergency? Fire? The cleaner/security guy did his best to help us with broken English, but had no autonomy. We needed out of hours check-in instructions with room number, code etc... but these were not sent to us, spam folder checked etc. We have read similar reviews on here and it seems to be an issue with the information going through agoda and the hotel management blames them... Well it's your guests who have been forced to sleep in the lobby! Take responsibility and sort your process. We were forced to spend 120eur for EA hotel around the corner. Unpleasant and regrettable experience to start the holiday.

Rarely liked the cleanliness of a room and general tidiness of a hotel as much as this one. Beautiful, high-ceiling rooms with good amenities. Great central location too.

I had to check-in after reception is no longer working, only to find out they put me in a room which is not what I paid for and definitely not as advertised. This is not a 4 star hotel so don’t be fooled! The floor is dirty, I had black stuff on my feet from walking. Toilet is disgusting, bathroom floor sticky, walls are dirty. Wifi is weak. I am staying here for 4 nights and asked to move to another room which i actually paid for - and they tell me they are fully booked. I am not buying it. Avoid this hotel- good reviews are suspicious and dont trust photos or words used to advertise in affliates or website - it is NOT highend, it is NOT 4 star. It is a dishonest company fooling people to do business.

Practically in the centre of Prague, a stone’s throw from Wenceslas Square. The fact that it is located in a small street, shows an absolute quiet. The domotics of the rooms is something very intelligent, allows with a small key to enter both the main door of the structure and in your room. The truly 'wow' effect will come out upon entering the room, luxury parquet, 100% Italian design furniture, top quality Italian satin sheets, blankets and pillows. The practically new bathroom, with state-of-the-art showers and sanitary facilities. The general cleanliness shows a careful eye of the desire for fresh in the room. Quality price of this property, you have the real feeling of having just made a real deal in a city, Prague, likewise magical.

Solid Apart Hotel, no breakfast possible but there's a lot of nice cafes in the surrounding streets. The hotel is in a quit street on the side of one of the main roads. It consists of two buildings, the one in the back only has windows to the courtyard, so it's very quiet. The staff is very friendly and even arranged a very early check in for us. Tip: use the metro or tram from the central station to I.P. Pavlova if you don't want to walk 1.5km uphill ;)

Great place to stay, although it's not quite a hotel in that reception closes at 8 PM. However, I didn't have any problem with late check-in or accessing the building after hours. The mini-fridge in the room is a plus.

The staff, especially the receptionist is amazing! She has done everything she can think off to make our experience pleasant. When we needed to stay for an extra night she made it happen even though they were almost fully booked and we needed 2 rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious. There's air-conditioning and a big shower. It's just beautiful. Thank you for an amazing stay :)

Amazing amazing and amazing. One of the best, if not, the best experience we have ever had from a hotel. Reception was super nice. Even though we had a rough day, they stayed a bit after their shift to just help us and meet our needs. Igor was super nice and comprehensive. Would book again and recommend this place. 10/10

It’s a great value for the price, but not really a hotel, felt more like an Airbnb experience. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Public transport is very accessible. The premises and rooms are nice looking. There is room for improvement. The extra blanket in our closet had blood stains. The bathroom towels were fraying and had holes. The toiletries in the bathroom were refilled with the incorrect products, so I was trying to wash my hands with lotion. Timing of housekeeping was sporadic, so we were never sure when to be out of the room. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re on a budget and are fine with some quirks, but it wouldn’t be my first choice in my future visits to Prague.

Our first two nights were what you would expect from a hotel: clean and comfortable - a good place to rest after busy days exploring the city. However on our third day, some guests moved into a room close to ours (room 205). The guests weren't particularly noisy, but the layout of the rooms and the vents meant that we could hear every word of their conversation, singing, videos playing on their phones, and even their humming and clearing their throats. Not something you hope for when paying to stay in a hotel, particularly not at 2 in the morning when the guests got back from a night out. For this reason, as well as the hotel's not-so-interesting location, I don't intend on going back to this hotel and will not be recommending it to friends or family.

Clean and large rooms with everything necessary. Very helpful staff, the check-in and check-out process was wonderful. If only the reception was open 24/7. Water in the shower was not draining well. Overall, I recommend this place. It's not far from train station, and close to tram stations.

Very nice location and the room setup was perfect. The front desk was kind enough to provide us with useful instructions and additional bottled water.

Clean, spacious, quiet, good location. Nice bathroom, air conditioned, comfortable bed. Although no active ventilation in bathroom - could get a bit humid and stuffy.

  • 2/5 Marvyn M. 1 year ago on Google
Nice rooms but in one room, I had some of my items disappear - told that maybe cleaners had thrown them away and vents in the room meant that at the weekend it did feel like there was a party in my room. Loud music and even conversations could be clearly heard. Ruined what was a nice place.
