One of my new favorite places! Roomy with kids of tables for large parties. Has a small outdoor terrace and great hours for those that have kids! In addition they have a small kids corner! Really thought out space and super friendly! I liked their build your own salad with the garlicy yogurt dressing!

A great place even for non-vegetarians. As a non-vegetarian and not the biggest fan of vegetables, this place is surprisingly good. Every single thing, from the tofu to rice, soup to juice and their brownie was delicious. It was my first night in aveiro and was recommended by local. The waiter is friendly as well. A must go to. Price is reasonable as well. €10 for everything including dessert.

What a great find! After a big lunch I was looking for salad for dinner and Salads+ came up in my search. The employees were so kind and helpful to explain everything to me in English. I chose the 5 ingredient salad option. There is also a quiche and salad option. The ingredients were so tasty. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place. I wish I had thought to take the photo before I ate half of my salad-- but I couldn't help myself. It looked too delicious.

Lots of choices for vegan and vegetarian, nice people and good quality. Prices are also very good (14.60 for what you see in the picture). I would just suggest to change the white light in the eating room, it feels like an hospital.

Really really truly recommended! Tasty food ! Nice portions, really good deserts and all We have tried was Vegan 🌱. The chef is an elderly woman and her energy and experience are felt all the way through the meal. Very clean place and friendly staff.

Healthy and nice food for a very fair price! The young gentleman was kind enough to explain the infinite number of alternatives for 10 minutes, so it is almost impossible not to find something for your taste. Definitely recommended!

Not in the direct city center, but still in a reachable distance. This is a great option if you want to go healthy and at the same time you don't want to spend unnecessary much on healthy meals. The portions are big and meals are tasty in general. Nothing is in English here, so train your Portuguese before entering this place. I wouldn't manage without my Portuguese speaking friend. The restaurant is super busy and it was a bit chaotic. I think that it needs a bit different order flow as the one that the place has now.

Fresh food, fresh juices, good coffee, big portions, great quiche, friendly service! I will be going there everyday while here - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you in town❤️

I had a great breakfast here: scrambled eggs with coffee. The restaurant was serene and beautiful.

We had the quiche plus salad and it was so nice to have fresh veggies. Not much English spoken but easy enough to figure out from the signs. The vegetarian quiche was full of mushrooms and had a good texture and flavor.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Several vegetarian and vegan options (as well as dishes with meat). Fair prices and good service (rare find: staff speaks English!). Great coffee and tasty (vegan) cakes/desserts. Recommend 100%.

If I lived in Aviero I would be here daily! Lovely attentive staff, and a wide variety of options to choose from! So many vegan and veg options and GF TOO! And doesn’t break the bank! However it is a bit confusing to navigate - you order at the counter (they have menus at the counter). Then you get a buzzer and sit down and collect your tray of food when it goes off. You need to put your tray into the kitchen area when finished or the tray shelf, there’s no signage so just ask
