Want an apartment where your safety is at risk due to lack of following city, state, or federal regulations and building being out of code for 1.5 years regardless of multiple complaints from many tenants? This is the place for you! All building Fire extinguishers expired for over 1.5 years Elevator safety certification expired for 1.5 years. Complaint after complaint after complaint from tenants. X2 Elevator breakdowns in 3 months. Electrical fire in elevator shaft...tonight that has the whole complex waiting in the rain for the fire department due to what they determined as burning plastic in the elevator shaft mechanical system. The 24 hour maintenance you’re told you get isn’t real, look forward to freezing in a 59 degree apartment in the middle of the winter due to the complex being too cheap to send out maintenance even though they were made aware at 4pm before close. Washer dryer flood your hallway and bathroom like it did mine? Look forward to them telling you to make sure it doesn’t damage the apartment and they’ll have someone out ASAP then no one showing up until later the next day and all your towels and 2 comforts are soaked trying to control the water. Want internet that is “high speed” but doesn’t meet FCC regulations to be considered high speed and has consistent outages that last 10 minutes to 2 days and can’t even consistently load Netflix for a day without having periods of buffering. Don’t even try to get your own internet...it’s not an option here 😂 Want to have countless noise complaints on file from multiple neighbors about another tenants dog howling 8-10 hours a day just to get dodged by the apartment manager for 3 weeks?...live here. Want to get so tired of feeling unsafe living in a complex and getting no peace due to a neighbors dog that the landlord won’t handle just to withhold rent because the complex won’t respond to you just to be served with an eviction notice and threatened with lawyers made to feel like you’re the problem... -> decide to pay and still not fix any of the issues and they will STILL refuse to release you from your rent without paying almost 3k in fees although you’re living in a complex that doesn’t even meet city or state building codes and is a massive fire and safety hazard yet they refuse to fix.... Moral of the story avoid this place if you don’t want to risk being screwed over and stuck in an unsafe situation.

These people need to get a new management company. I was very excited to possibly see the property to rent in a few months. I called and there was no greeting. The guy on the phone was very short with his answers with everything I would ask in order to get a tour. He gave me ONE time slot. When I told him that didn’t work for me if there’s any other availability after that all I got was a no. So I just hung up. Sorry roe 107, I may have wanted to call you my future home but if this is how your management treats potential tenants I can only imagine how they treat actual tenants. Thank you, next.

I hate living here. The property managers feign care for their tenants but in reality do very little. Tenants leave bags of trash sitting in the hallway for days, the elevator security certification is a year expired, etc. Be careful if you sign a lease with these people, you'll likely come to regret it.

Beautifully renovated brand new apartment complex. These old photos DO NOT do this place justice. They must have been prior to the renovation. This place is beautiful! It has a great patio area with a nice grill, outdoor seating. It has a lovely dog park and there's covered parking for all the tenants.

Our apartment is gorgeous and spacious on the third floor with an in unit singular washer/dryer. Everything works wonderfully and the leasing manager was in contact with me for over a month before we moved in (very patient). I’m not sure why there is so many bad reviews, I love this place. It’s actually very quiet and looks wonderful in the units and on the outside of the building! People tend to leave trash here and there outside but that’s nothing I haven’t seen elsewhere. I’m extremely pleased and the price is awesome.

So just a heads up to whoever the management team is for Roe 107. The reviews alone is convinced me not to even consider this an option. Looks like you have a Management culture change to make, and a lot of relationships to mend.

I have lived here for 3 months and I wouldn't ever consider anyone to ever live here. I moved into an apartment that wasn't clean. The maintenance team stated they cleaned my ac vents and sprayed for pest control and never did. Their excuse was that they don't have to deep clean the apartments before someone moves in. I was told I was getting an XL apartment and when I moved in, it was the smaller one. They threatened to give my apartment to someone else even though I was waiting for the portal to post the payment I needed to pay when signing the lease. This apartment is the worst.

Main floor fire alarm always goes off. Very loud sound. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live on the 1st floor.
