Very low key, nice place to sit while the kids play on weekend mornings. They have giant connect 4, big wooden blocks, Cornhole, and one weekend had a giant beech ball. Even without the toys, kids love running around on the turf. Local coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

I love going to check Out the unique shops. Plus no matter the time of year there’s something to do in the lawn area. Winter time they have ice skating .

It always feels like we’re walking on a movie set. There are so many fun shops, but our most recent trip was to Ice Cream Bae!

Went to 801 ChopHouse in Barkley Square. The are was emasculate & beautifully designed. Easy to navigate through the area and the shops were in great condition and well kept. I look forward to returning soon.

First time gaming outside of Vegas! Cheryl and I absolutely LOVE Ameristar! First Class all the way. And we lived in Vegas for a month a year.

Park Place in Leawood, Kansas is an amazing one-stop date night/hangout spot with dining, shopping, entertainment, an ice skating rink in the winter, and a beautiful park-like setting in the summer. It is a wonderful destination in of itself.

Park Place is very nice. Several nice restaurants with our favorite, Pig and Finch. Specialty shops, ice cream, a fountain, burger joint, live music most every week and a skating rink in the winter. Nice place to walk and relax after dinner and drinks.

Very nice downtown shopping area. If you are looking for a nice place to walk through and has quite a bit of shade and lots of interesting places to walk by and through, then this is for you.

Beautiful place. The downfall was the RA dinner place. Took over a hour to get all our food. Other than that I would have gave 5 stars

I love the free weekly events (I brought a friend here for outdoor yoga and it was a fun time) and there are many quaint shops featuring different local artists. Things can get a bit pricey, but it’s definitely fun to just walk around, especially when the weather is nice!

What a great spot with many options to eat and shop and a nice little area for the kids to play during Summer and ice skating during winter.

Very clean shopping area. Nice and safe to walk around with little kids and not have to worry about their safety. There are a bunch of great restaurants and shops at a range of prices. “The Phil Collins Experience” was playing while we were there and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Definitely worth it to explore on a date night or out with friends.

It’s a shopping district… clean, nice, but expensive and feels like a pre-fabbed pretend your wealthy casino neighborhood. I did not worry about safety there, so, yeah.

Nice area with many businesses and restaurants. They have enough parking to make the visit enjoyable regardless of what you decide to do

We went here for my daughter's birthday, with a party of five. The service was very good, especially with water refills, which you will need: we ordered medium spicy food, and for a couple of us, it was almost too spicy to enjoy. The food was tasty, just a bit heavy on the spice. Unless you love spicy food, you may want to order mild spicy: you will also be drinking less water. The atmosphere was nice, and the dress was business casual. For good tasting Thai food, this is a nice place to try out.

Went to Bamboo Pennys (which was amazing! Highly recommend the Yellow Curry) and walked the strip. Very slow area with a lot of closed/empty shops.

Lots of shops and restaurants and a pretty good sized AMC Theater. There is also an ice rink for adults and kids.

There are a ton of shops in this area. If you have kids, there is an area to take them to play. We had fun playing with my friends niece. Later, a few of us went to a local spot and got drinks. There is an ice-cream place that looks really good too.

This little area has all types of shops and eateries to enjoy. Its also close to even more shopping across the street. We come here for the coffee. To walk around and see the new items each store has. I feel like you can come every few months for new items to look at and purchase. The sidewalks are wide enough to allow comfort even when the area is busy.

I had a fluke accident happen with the elevator where my phone fell through the cracks (couldn't do it again if I tried) on Mothers Day for me (doh!). Skobi at Creative Culture and Stephen with maintenance went out of their way to help me reconnect with my cell phone! Please make sure they get noticed for being the AWESOME PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE! thank you again!

It was like being on a street in Europe; Beyond charming. Valet service was exceptional and our restaurant, the Chop House, surpassed my expectations. I recomend the Chop House.

This is a wonderful place to buy presents for children and adults. They have really fun board games for both children and adults. And best of all, anything you buy you can get gift wrapped for free.

Cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Kinda cramped, almost always shaded, dark with lack of sun for walking around and no place to park except for the lot. I prefer open shopping venues especially in suburbia.

They have an amazing toy selection. You won't find these kinds of toys just anywhere. They have a lot that help with development and learning. We took our kids in and they got to play and look around. Such a fun store! The staff is also very knowledgeable on great gifts for all age ranges.

This is a mixed-use development, with retail at ground level, offices above, and luxury apartments nearby. It's somewhat like Zona Rosa in concept, except that residential areas are kept in their own separate zone. So these aren't like the five-over-one designs more common to "Downtown" Overland Park. This is definitely priced for the more well-to-do, and that's a given for the neighborhood. But even then, I like to visit the area sometimes for my BurgerFi fix!

I will not go here again. The only person who was attentive was the person taking the order. The rest of the crew appeared to be either stick up or extremely tired. Either way I asked for a thinker milkshake with no whip cream. Basically got milk, with some mix ins and whip cream. It was not a good taste either. The hype is too much. Don't bring it to the plaza!

What a fun area! Saturday Farmers Market, restaurants, a child play area, walkable to AMC theaters. Plenty of parking if you don't mind walking a short distance.

This location has a number of restaurants and businesses that have various foods and treats. Many other type of stores are located here. A very nice ace to visit. Park Place is just north of Leawood Town Center. Check both centers out.
