I have had an amazing experience at Performance Rehab on 75th Street. Trisha at the front desk is SO kind, warm, and welcoming. I’ve been seeing Dr. Rachel for over 6 months for pain I’ve had for years. Dr. Rachel has been so patient with me and has adjusted and modified my care plan to what works best for me and my body. I would HIGHLY recommend Performance Rehab, and especially Dr. Rachel, for anyone needing PT.

First time needing PT. I didn’t know what to expect, but everyone who works here is friendly and helpful…but Alison my PT for my hip was amazing. My issue started to feel better right away! She just touched my leg once and knew it was super tight. This is a great place for PT. Whenever I need it, this is where I’ll go. Update: while still going to Performance Rehab for my hip, I was at the dog park, and my dog ran into my knee at high speed! Now I’m seeing Rachel to work at getting my sprained knee, with crushed muscles and ligaments back to where I can walk again. It’s been about 10 weeks since the injury, but with Rachel’s plan that includes lots of stretching and strength training, I’m walking normally again!

Murphy Harper therapist is AMAZING, AMAZING, I can't sing her praises enough. She had her work cut out dealing with me. My neck surgery left me in such a painful/stuff robot state. I HAD very limited range of motion. A few weeks later, and following Murphy's exercise routine... OMGOOOODNESS. The pain and stiffness is about 85 percent gone. Murphy is an EXCELLENT PT. Due to my cervical procedure, I will always have limited range of motion, but Murphy has restored SO MUCH MORE than I ever thought to have returned back to me. SHE IS EXCELLENT. The staff has always been pleasant and very cooperative. Wonderful place, you won't be disappointed. Connie Baker

Anjali and Rachel have been very helpful with my chronic Achilles tendon pain. They increase your foot and ankle strength before going on to major calf strengthening. For the first time in two years, I've had a day without pain.

Chandler Holman has been so helpful and kind since the first time I met her. She has made this scary and stressful time much more relaxing. She thoroughly listens to any problems you are having and takes her time to get to know you and your issue. If you are looking for a PT Chandler is your girl!

I can't say enough about Performance rehab. I came to them after my second total knee replacement. Within three months I was back walking my dog and riding my bike. Big thanks to Kenny Mckenzie and all the trainers that help me through this process. Which compare to the rehab I had five year ago went so much faster. Thanks again.

I have been going to Performance Rehab KCOI for several weeks now after my hip replacement surgery. I have received excellent care and my hip is doing great. The physical therapists that I have worked with have been excellent giving me the right amount of challenge and exercises for situation. I am now having them help me thru physical therapy with some pain at the bottom of my foot and that also has been going well. I really am very satisficed with my care and highly recommend them.

I was a patient at performance rehab for over 4 months related to hip injury and then labral surgical repair. As a PT myself, I wanted to see someone that was experienced with this condition. My surgeon and a few other PTs recommended Kendra Gage, and I'm so happy that I ended up working with her and the team at PR on Antioch. Kendra is highly skilled and experienced, as well as kind, personable, and funny. She balanced challenging me with encouragement. She personalized my care with my goals and regularly communicated with my surgeon. I enjoyed my experience so much that I've continued with 1:1 Pilates training after discharging. I've recommended this clinic to many others already. Since I saw Kendra for over 4 months during my post-op rehab, I got to know the other therapists and staff really well. They made it a comfortable and welcoming space that I looked forward to visiting. If you need care, highly recommend this team!

A friendly and happy group of employees who are educated and well trained. The Physical Therapists are the BEST! I would recommend the 75th St. location and Alison Parks for therapy.

Mandy and Jennifer did a great job. It was my first time to have in home PT and I thought they did an exceptional job! Very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.

Performance Rehab's knowledgeable staff helped transition me from surgery to walking on my own after a knee replacement. I received tailored care and encouragement during physical therapy.

Following Knee Replacement, Performance Rehab comes to your home for 4 sessions to get you going on the recovery. Then after your 2 week visit with your physician, you are able to continue your rehab at their facility. They are great therapists and truly care for their patients.

I recently had a knee replacement and have been doing PT at Performance Rehab. My therapists show kind concern for my needs. I like their philosophy of encouraging me to bend more and stop when it hurts. The icing gadget is the bomb!

Had a great experience at Performance Rehab. I had a total knee replacement on my right knee on November 3 and another on my left knee on December 1. Marty was a big part of my recovery. He and Addy educated me, explained things to me and answered all my questions. They pushed me, encouraged me and listened to me. I always left sessions feeling great and like I had made progress. Cannot recommend enough!

I was referred to Performance Rehab by KCOI for therapy on my knees a couple of weeks ago and from the time I walked in I was greeted very warmly when I checked in. My first session with Rachel was very thorough and professional. Several other people were going through their exercises and I noticed how friendly and gentle the staff was with everyone. My next two sessions gradually got a little more intensive and I am very satisfied with how well the treatment and home exercises have helped. I have recommended Performance Rehab to a couple of my friends who are experiencing similar age-related joint problems.

I recently had hip replacement surgery at Kansas City Orthopedic Institute. Prior to surgery, Jennifer from Performance Rehab called and set up several in home physical therapy sessions for the week after surgery, along with several sessions at a Performance Rehab location by my home. Immediately after surgery (5 hours later) a Performance Rehab Physical Therapist at the hospital had me up and walking. Before leaving the hospital 2 days after surgery, I had gone up and stairs and felt very confident being able to navigate my home. The following week, I had the in-home therapy sessions that Jennifer scheduled. The entire was process has been very well organized and each of the different therapists that I used were knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

If you need to have physical therapy this is the place to go. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They try so hard to meet your needs. My physical therapist Martin has exceeded all my expectations. You can tell that he genuinely cares for his patients.

Alison at Performance Rehab made all the difference in my recovery from knee replacement surgery! From the prehab exercises through the rehabbing process, she was a constant positive force who helped and encouraged me. I trusted her analysis, and she was very concise with instructions on exercises. I enjoyed talking with her personally and felt like she treated me as an individual, listened carefully, and cared about my progress. Very professional, and very kind. Highly recommend!

One on one with Therapist. They watch the muscles to make sure your not straining them. They figure which muscle or muscle groups need the most attention and give you a picture of the exercise with a full explanation of how to do the whole exercises, you do them at home too. Safety is their main concern. Very professional, excellent Physical Therapist.

Jennifer was always on time and used our time wisely to help me improve my mobility. Because I have been in therapy after several surgeries I was already familiar with some of the exercises she prescribed. So the learning curve was not so great. . She was complimentary and encouraging on my progress each time. I feel I am well prepared to move to outpatient therapy . Judy Cooper

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Additionally, it is so nice that my therapist is working one on one with me. It is so much more effective than having a therapist who is trying to service several clients at once. To me, the individual attention is so much more conducive to having a positive experience.

Jennifer is great. She can spot where your need help and work on those places. I am doing really well in my recovery and I give Jennifer a lot of the credit.
