Taco
Naco,
is
a
combined
taqueria
and
market.
Owners
Brian
Goldman
and
his
wife
and
chef
Fernanda
Reyes
never
intended
to
have
a
restaurant
at
first.
The
idea
started
off
as
a
class
project
and
turned
into
a
catering
company
that
soon
started
selling
regularly
at
the
Overland
Park
Farms
Market.
Now
with
a
storefront
just
a
walk
away
from
the
market
they
have
come
a
long
way!
Jillian
and
I
have
always
loved
Taco
Naos's
salsa
and
kits
sold
at
the
farmers
market.
We
were
finally
able
to
visit
their
storefront
and
our
eyes
were
opened
to
a
while
new
world
of
tacos.
You
have
a
lot
to
take
in
when
you
walk
into
Taco
Naco.
On
one
side
of
the
colorful,
welcoming
shop,
you
will
find
their
lineup
of
salsas,
as
well
as
a
lineup
of
moles,
in
addition
to
fresh
produce.
The
market
also
offers
a
small
curated
selection
of
Mexican
sodas,
juice,
candy
and
imported
durable
goods.
And
on
the
other
side
of
the
restaurant
is
the
taqueria.
We
were
welcomed
in
by
several
very
friendly
employees.
Quickly
they
could
tell
it
was
out
first
time
and
offered
to
help
us
understand
what
they
were
known
for.
I
had
to
try
a
Taco,
a
burrito
and
their
street
version.
I
was
blow
away
by
how
simply
yet
extremely
flavorful
everything
was.
One
of
my
open
faced
tacos
was
made
up
of
salsa
and
a
fried
egg.
It
sounds
plan,
but
you
could
taste
the
fresh
ingredients
and
the
smell
was
to
die
for!
Then
you
get
to
the
burritos
which
are
wrapped
in
a
local
tortilleria
called
Yoli.
If
you
have
not
visited
their
location
near
Blue
Bird
Bistro
in
Westport
you
should.
Our
burritos
were
wrapped
in
their
pork
fat
tortillas.
Its
like
eating
something
that
should
have
its
own
slice
of
the
food
pyramid.
These
burritos
were
heaven
all
rolled
up.
After
we
ate
we
even
picked
up
some
of
Taco
Naco's
salsa,
tortillas
and
dips
so
we
could
make
our
meal
this
weekend.
I
am
glad
that
decided
to
take
a
concept
and
make
it
reality
I
can't
image
a
world
without
their
tacos
in
it!
Keep
up
the
outstanding
work.
