    I have not seen someone go above and beyond for a customer in a very long time. At drop off, I only mentioned to my stylist, Abigail, that I was having a gender reveal the next day so was excited for them to be groomed. However, Abigail, went the extra mile to surprise me when I picked up my pups! See the pictures down below. I recommend taking your pups to see Abigail at Petsmart! She not only did a fantastic job grooming my pups but she made a customer that she just met that day feel very special.

    I really appreciate how they groom/cute my dog hair. Katlyn treats Benji like it’s her dog. She also mentioned he might have a ear infection and his Vet checked Benji and he did have an ear infection.

    I've been going to PetSmart OP for grooming for years but after my interaction this morning, have decided to try somewhere more customer service oriented. I showed up 30 minutes early, bc it was the only few minutes this morning I could get away between work meetings, and the groomer refused to check us in. She said she was busy and we'd have to wait 30 min for our groomer. I told her I couldn't wait that long but she didn't make any attempt to find someone to help, even though I could see other employees in the back room so I cancelled. She made it clear the was fine with her. I'm looking forward to trying somewhere new that cares a bit more about customer experience.

    We love boarding Walter here, he's always so happy and loves everyone there despite his separation anxieties. They know us by name and go out of their way to make us feel loved and special everytime, so we always drive in from Lawrence to make sure he gets to stay with you. Thank you guys!

    Good experience. Store was clean, organized, and stocked well. Employees were readily available, although I did not ask for help I noticed other customers received detailed information and recommendations.

    Brought my dog in for grooming. We had his paws clipped. Once we had a chance to look at his paws some looked cut while other looked untouched. I use to like this location because they use have GREAT Techs that knew how to handle my dog and they provided great service. But those Techs are no longer at this location.

    These folks gave my dog the worst haircut I ever seen in my life .. he went from fluffy and cute to one of the worlds ugliest dogs in the matter of 3 hours , they decided to give him a skin fade on his body but didn’t cut anything off his face leaving him looking like a naked mole rat. Never again will I ever allow them to cut our dogs hair and neither should you unless you want a terrible result. Our dog has had his hair cut a few times at a different location with no issues but for some odd reason this location claimed all 5lbs of our dog was the toughest dog she ever had to groom which is the reason his face hair was not trimmed.

    Got my hammie here. Compared to small pet stores and other "big chain" pet stores they are my go to. They treat their animals with the utmost care. PetSmart gives their awaiting pets the proper enrichment they need. They have a great selection of toys, treats, food and more for every pet. And the staff that work there knows a ton about at least one pet. If a staff member doesn't know about a certain pet, they'll call over someone who is knowledgeable.

    Horrible service groomer Shirita K failed to mention any issues she had with our pup lied to our face we were never informed but yet they never documented any issues. Leah store grooming manager demonstrated horrible customer service. Lied to us and wouldn’t trust them ever with your pet! Wouldn’t step foot in again!

    My first time taking my dog for grooming. She is short hair, so just needed a bath and nail trim. We have had the worst luck finding someone who can do a good nail trim. Morgan was our groomer and she did an amazing job with the nail trim! We are definitely going back!

    Since I refuse to go to Petco, PetSmart is what we visit. Their prices are decent but they don't always match up with online. I always seem to have a really tough time with online pickup also, no one can ever find my order. I think it's a staff training issue since I was able to go right over and find it myself. Regardless I appreciate the employees and their help. Will continue to visit here as needed.

    Loved the fact we could bring in our fur baby with us to shop he was so excited seeing all the treats and toys which makes it very helpful so he can pick out qhat he likes and the cashier lady was awesome with how she treated us and our beagle

    Normally I vote with my wallet. I'm usually super tolerant and I have realistic expectations of "corporate stupidity". My experience this morning has taught me that the wheels have come off the wagon at Petsmart. After arriving exactly 20 minutes early for an appointment, waiting for ten minutes while a tatted groomer holds her finger in the air motioning for me to WAIT, and being run over by another irate customer claiming she's been billed three times from their mobile app, I was not so politely told to leave and come back at the exact appointment time. Is there a leash shortage, are kennels stuck on the boats coming from overseas? Are we not compensating said tatted groomer well enough? In any case, the comedy of errors today just shows me that it's worth paying an extra few bucks for a PROFESSIONAL organization to groom your dog.     Never enough staff at check out and a long wait to pick up online orders. That is if they don't cancel your order due to items being out of stock.

    I enjoy this location, its usually fairly slow so I can grab my dog treats and get out quicky. Also, we have purchased Betta fish from this location in the past and they have lived now for over a year. They also have some cool snails you can put in a betta tank to eat some of the algae. We were able to get a cool bright yellow one and an all black one. I also think their dog toys are really well made. We purchased this pumpkin 🎃 last Halloween and my super chewer still has it.

    We took our dog to the grooming salon and will never visit their salon again. The bather cut way too deep when trimming his nails, causing him to bleed for over an hour. She didn't even have the professionalism or decency to admit her mistake. She tried blaming it on our dog, saying that his cuticles are extra long and he moved around too much. In the 4 years we've had our baby, we've never been told his cuticles are long and have repeatedly been told that he's one of the most tolerant dogs anyone has ever worked with. She complained about his barking and crying while he was there, but what dog wouldn't bark and cry after being butchered like that? When we were told he was ready to go she hadn't gotten the bleeding under control, either. An actively bleeding dog is not a dog that is ready to go home. This was easily the worst, most appalling grooming experience we have ever had.

    I love working with Sam and DJ in the grooming Salon!!! Sam is always so loving to my dogs and I know she is doing what's best for them in terms of safety and what will look good and smell good!!!! The hotel is also great! I never have to worry about the care my dogs are given! They come home happy, health, and tired out!

    Reasonably priced pet food and toys. Much preferred over PetCo, and have super cheap stuffed animals, which is a plus when you have a puppy who loves tearing them to shreds. Puppy tax included

    Employees were willing to help when needed. The store was fairly neat. Customer service was GREAT! All in all had a blast playing with the dog toys and not being judged!! Thank you PetSmart employees for always making us feel welcome!!! 🐾😺🐶

    We went in to buy a couple of dog crates. The website said the closest location was out of stock, so we had to drive to a further location. We went in and found what we were looking for; however, a couple of spaces over was a different brand on sale for a lower price, so we decided to go with that brand instead. We got to the register to pay, and the cashier rang up our items, and the price was well more than the sale price should have been. The cashier called for assistance, and another associate came up to assist us. We explained to her what was going on, and she verified the price on the shelf, and without hesitation, she made a price correction and gave them to us for the price listed on the shelf. The tag was for a smaller dog crate, but since it was the only item of that brand on the shelf, she apologized for the mistake and gave us our total. The associate Sheiri was the manager on duty tonight. She went above and beyond her duty for a simple mistake on the shelf. We greatly appreciated her assistance and would like everyone to know how much she made our night tonight! Thank you very much for your kindness and help

    We had an amazing experience while shopping for a bearded dragon lizard! Everybody was so accommodating and helpful. Leo and the whole staff bent over backwards to get us everything that we needed to provide for the newest member of our family! They were even willing to help us carry our stuff out to the car! The staff went the extra mile!

    Cashier was very friendly and helpful with delevery purchase. Lots of animals but I wished they offered birds at this location like on Ward Parkway. .... Unless they were overlooked.

    I had to call to let them know I would be late to our appointment for Henry and they were excellent in accommodating this. I have a black lad retriever mix and he was due for summer grooming. Such a great job
