We
went
in
to
buy
a
couple
of
dog
crates.
The
website
said
the
closest
location
was
out
of
stock,
so
we
had
to
drive
to
a
further
location.
We
went
in
and
found
what
we
were
looking
for;
however,
a
couple
of
spaces
over
was
a
different
brand
on
sale
for
a
lower
price,
so
we
decided
to
go
with
that
brand
instead.
We
got
to
the
register
to
pay,
and
the
cashier
rang
up
our
items,
and
the
price
was
well
more
than
the
sale
price
should
have
been.
The
cashier
called
for
assistance,
and
another
associate
came
up
to
assist
us.
We
explained
to
her
what
was
going
on,
and
she
verified
the
price
on
the
shelf,
and
without
hesitation,
she
made
a
price
correction
and
gave
them
to
us
for
the
price
listed
on
the
shelf.
The
tag
was
for
a
smaller
dog
crate,
but
since
it
was
the
only
item
of
that
brand
on
the
shelf,
she
apologized
for
the
mistake
and
gave
us
our
total.
The
associate
Sheiri
was
the
manager
on
duty
tonight.
She
went
above
and
beyond
her
duty
for
a
simple
mistake
on
the
shelf.
We
greatly
appreciated
her
assistance
and
would
like
everyone
to
know
how
much
she
made
our
night
tonight!
