Grooming: Our little Cavapoo looks great. His fur in the sanitary areas and on his ears was getting very long, and now he is fresh and clean. I could tell they were very gentle with him as he is a timid boy.

Brooke was awesome! You can tell she genuinely loves animals. Mookie was in and out in an hour and somehow looks even MORE handsome. My only complaint is that I had to use cash to tip. C'mon PetSmart, what is this, 2012??? You should give patrons as many ways as possible to tip your employees. Show them the love , they deserve it.

My little man Boogers can be a bit of a pain, he's an old cat and it's hard enough finding groomers who will take cats, but Sam at petsmart took great care of him. He looked so much better after a few hours with her. Will definitely be going back.

I love PetSmart. They always have the stuff I need and only have one time I had to order something online and picked it up at the store. I don’t know if this it the correct review but the grooming staff is always very friendly. My dog of course doesn’t like to be always from us but always comeback liking great.

Took my dog ​​for grooming today, the staff was very nice, the girl who took my dog ​in was so sweet and kind, it was obvious that she loves her job, in other PetSmart I have not had such a great experience. ❤️ I’m happy, my dog is happy! We will definitely come again!

Pretty disappointed with this location. Their supply of adoptable pets is pathetic and their fish selection doesn't even include any salt water varieties. The betas they have aren't well taken care of, with at least half of them showing signs of illness or being close to death. The only saving grace to this location is the Pet Hotel, but even then I observed a staff member who was exercising 3 dogs in the play area paying more attention to her phone than to the pets. She wasn't interested at all in the dogs. All in all, I'd say there are some problems with this location that really should be addressed. Fortunately, other locations I've visited don't have these issues. I will say this, the floor staff that we talked with were helpful and friendly, but even then, I just can't recommend this location to you.

They treated my dog so well. She made a few new friends during her 11-day stay. The price was well worth our dog's stay and our piece of mind. Thanks, Petsmart. We will definitely be using your Pet Hotel in the future. 5 stars++++

We get Hills Z/D this place is always stocked

I’ve been coming to this petsmart for years and I’ve never had an issue but Sara today was so unprofessional and rude along with whoever she had at the register. I went in to make an exchange for a food that my dog has been refusing to eat. We’ve been trying foods out and the first time I made a return w/o a receipt I was able to be helped without an issue. I went in to exchange the food I had gotten a couple days ago since my dog still refused to eat it and Sara refused to exchange it or offer any type of solution when she obviously could and pulled up receipts that didn’t even belong to my account. I had to drive to a petsmart 4 miles away and they quickly exchanged it w/o a question or a problem. I never leave bad reviews but there was no reason to be rude and purposely unhelpful.

When I first came in, everything was organized and clean. The ONLY bad thing about the store is...the fishes. There's a lot of dead fishes and mold in the fish tanks. The other fishes are eating the corpse of the dead fishes. If you're going to buy a fish from here, don't because they do not maintain and care for the fishes well. Very disappointing. No body cares to take out the dead fishes. They just leave it in there so the rest can get infected and die or eat the dead ones. The fishes are being neglected.

Store was clean and smelled good. was well stocked on all the food and supplies. There weren't many birds, reptiles or fish the time we went.

Very nice entrance area and nice people that work there. Kind of busy when I went in but never saw the associate behind the register get frazzled. She greeted everyone with a warm welcome even while she was doing some stocking up close by registers. I applied for a job and had an interview.

Great Petsmart location. The pet hotel is awesome. There is an on site hospital, grooming area and obedience training. Lots of great food selections for your pets. Store needs more cats wandering around.

Favorite petsmart location, it has largest selection of clothes, toys, food, and misc items for all animals. I attend dog training lessons here, at Merriam, with Jennifer and she's the best. Very knowledgeable

Cory is a fish expert and helped us with all of our tank/fish needs. Very happy with our experience today. The young man at the register was super kind as well and actually carried on conversation. We will return to this one for our next trip.

Took my 13 year old dog to stay at the pet hotel for one night. It was a last minute choice but I enjoy knowing that someone is with my senior dog overnight.

Paula gave us the best customer service when adopting our cat. Going above and beyond to reach out to the rescue and later inform us about all the PetSmart store coupons. I could tell she loves pets as much as us. Our whole family is home loving on our kitty.

The food has always been good and fairly reasonably priced. This past week I took my mother there and she ordered a steak sandwich. It was so tough. She couldn't even chew it. She told the waitress and the waitress just said she would tell the cook end of subject. It's always very cold in there. They need to turn some heat up and it's very dark. It's hard to read the menu for elderly people. They need to turn the lights up just a bit. But in all the years that we've been going this is the first time we've had any issues at all

Had my friend's dog groomed by Lindsey! She was kind and very helpful. He looked like a whole different dog when we picked him up. Thank you Lindsey.

Taylor was a great help to me on my visit. And so was the young lady at the vet clinic, I'm sorry I didn't get her name! But, she was very helpful in getting my cat's prescription food!!! 😃💕

Had a lot of help from a young girl here. Quite a fish expert. Helped us get some new things picked out for our fish tank! She answered all of our questions without hesitation. The young man at the checkout was extremely nice as well! Actually carried on a conversation with our family.

They have everything you need for your pets! Pet hotel, pet hospital and even a full grooming area! Need long term pet care? This is the place!

Oh how I love this wonderful store. It's always so clean and well stocked not to mention affordable. They literally have everything you will ever need for your pet. In our case we bought a snail to add to our fish tank. They had everything we needed to buy to make a snail happy and healthy when it moves in to its new home.

I have always liked this PetSmart but I had an experience the other day that I wanted to share. I have black, 60 lb, pitt/boxer mix who is reactive. She saw a tiny dog at the cash register and lunged forward, tail wagging wanting to sniff. As I was pulling her away she bumped into a man walking behind her (he was on his phone, not paying attention) which spooked both of them. A woman passing by made a rude comment about potentially being bitten. I took her to the side and knelt down to tighten her harness and redirect her attention. A female employee (she had a unique hair color- maybe blue?) approached and asked if she could pet her and help with the harness. She knelt down and helped me (which took quite a bit of effort) and was so friendly and personable both towards me and my dog. She even apologized for the comment the woman made about being bitten. Taking a large, reactive dog into a store can be stressful but the experience goes much more smoothly when you have employees like this.
