Irresponsible staff...don't know how to behave with passengers.... very bad service... Some times it seems to be like a lorry not a bus....over load with goods on top on the bus........ I felt that this 1 point rate is also waste for most worst service..... Even bus full with passengers, driver and staff need extra unreserved passengers for extra money and stop like a pallevelugu bus In private bus sector Sai krishna travels is worest travels.....

Very worst experience,in the middle of journey diesel is over when I travelled from HYDERABAD to guntur today,2 hours are wasted,driver is searching for petrol bunk to get diesel in the mid night.

AC was not maintaining at all for 5 times i have asked for to on the Ac they are getting on for 5 minutes only after the entire night i have travelled with FAN mode only with high prices not all satisfied at all. Please give the passenger proper satisfaction on our journey dont be so commercial 👎👎👎

not clean ..and its very tough to travel in this bus during rainy days bcoz through the mirrors the water drop on the seats no clean at all..and I didn't sleep a minute until I reach my destination..it's better to travel in summer in this bus.. very disappointed 😌😌
